Us girls had an amazing time, the scenery on the white water rafting was amazing, and the quad bikes was such a thrilling experience. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a joyful, fun experience.

On our honeymoon in 2017 we stayed in Komaneka in Ubud where they organised a tour through Liong's company. After that tour which was really good we booked Liong again directly and cut out the hotel. He took us on an authentic visit of the surrounding areas of Bali, he was very charming and knowledgeable of the area couldn't have asked for anything more. We visited rice paddies, temples, and even drove us all the way up to the Ulun Danu Beretan temple, lastly we went to a traditional house to further learn about the Bali way of life.

I stayed in Bali around two months- I have to say by far he was the best driver- not only took time to do sightseen but also knew all the important places to go for spiritual work- I was a bit of a mess upon arrival and he listen to all my stories and took me to the right places to feel better. I can't wait to go back to Bali and do exactly the same things I did in my last two months- awesome driver and affordable as well. :-) NB

First of all, whilst we booked a half day tour he did not pressure us to wrap it up and make it quick. In fact he continued to suggest places we might like to visit based on our interests, unfortunately it was me who didn't have the extra time! He explained the culture and gave us tips for everywhere we visited from how to wear certain things to the history behind locations and local customs. He was incredibly friendly and great to chat to, without further expectation he drove us around to anywhere we wanted to go and hung out with us too! An absolute legend and lovely guy. We had a fantastic day with Liong, he gave us a great tour for one of our days in Ubud. We highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a good driver, give him a call.

Liong is the most amazing driver in Ubud. His English is excellent, he is always cheerful and smiling and willing to do whatever you like and again with a smile. Such a warm experience to all the sites I wanted to visit. Nothing was too hard. I hired him twice whilst I was in Ubud for two full days and I will not hesitate to hire him again. This was our favorite activity while visiting Bali! Definitely do this at the beginning of your trip. Liong did such a good job describing the culture, the people and everyday life in Bali. This is the tour to take if you really want to know the heart of the country. We had the opportunity to walk through one of the villages, meet two local families, trek the rice fields and then have a traditional Balinese lunch. The cost was only $28 a person. Do bring a hat though...the rice fields are extremely hot.Overall, Liong was extremely knowledgeable, funny and just an all around nice guy. He gave an excellent tour. If you only get to do one activity in Bali, this is the one. Heidi and Don

Simply put, Liong exceeded my expectations on every level. The value for the money was excellent, he was amusing, thoughtful and resourceful. He was constantly seeking out interesting things of particular interest to me and made me feel very comfortable. I am very glad I had the opportunity to meet him and I look forward to booking with Liong again in the future.

We emailed Liong before we arrived at Ubud and his responses were always polite and always on time. He personalized our tour for us based on what we wanted, where we wanted to go and even at what time we wanted to go. We visited a beautiful coffee plantation with a view to die for. Then headed to Tirta Empul, a beautiful temple with a super interesting backstory that Liong told us all about. and then we were off to the rice terraces for sweeping views. Liong was a careful driver, always courteous and knowledgable about the culture, the people and his surroundings. His english was great and his information was welcome! We were 3 women, all by ourselves and he made us feel very safe. He helped us with some negotiating tricks and even introduced us to a great restaurant with cheap and delicious food for dinner! I would definitely recommend him!

We defently can't confirm the negative rating from some people here. This was not our first stay at Bali / Ubud and again we decided to book a driver including guide. Not so easy to decide due to a lot amount of offers. But we've booked NAKBALI and we are really satisfied. Liong was such a perfekt guide with knowledge about the country, it's people and culture. Liongs fleunt engish helps us to get ALL our questions answers. Liong led us to phantasitc places and as we are so happy about our 1-day tour with him we booked him also in the next days to bring us from the hotel to Ubud city centre and picks us up as we wanted in the nights. We should have known better than to trust this company. We decided on a tour, gave a deposit (although Ketut wanted to have all the money before the tour, we said that we'd pay the rest of money afterwards) and the next day happily waited in a lobby for a driver and a guide to come pick us up. After 15 min of waiting we became suspicious and phoned Ketut, who sweared that the driver would come soon. And that so called "soon" was after an hour... And to make matters worse, the driver came alone without a guide. When we saw the driver, we immediately decided to cancel the tour. Not only he could not speak English, but he also looked like a thug. We couldn't communicate with the driver, so we asked hotel's staff for help. Appearantly, the driver was notified to pick us up only after we phoned Ketut regarding our late driver (hence, the 1 hour wait). We demanded refund and I don't know how it would have turned out if not the hotel's staff, who phoned Ketut and talked briefly with him. After several hours we had our deposit back, but still, our day and mood were ruined.

My husband and I have been to Bali many times now and always have Ketut organise all our tours. Ketut is always very helpful and accommodating, organising tours for us at the last minute but making our trips very memorable. Ketut helps us out with finding places we have heard about but don't know much about. My favourite tours would have to be the agung show package at Bali Safari park and swimming with the dolphins at benoa. Thanks Ketut for being so helpful, see you next time we come to Bali :)

We were in Bali for spring break 2014 and met a family who just went on a biking tour. Biking tour was recommended from others and we were looking forward to it. We booked the tour last minute but Ketut was very accommodating and was able to pickup all 7 of us in the morning. When corresponding with Ketut via e-mail, he described that the tour will start near the volcano mountain and said that breakfast and lunch "feast" will be served, including smoked duck and chicken. The day will end with trip to the Monkey Forest after lunch. GOOD: The bike ride from the volcano mountain through rice paddies and villages was great. A guide led us through from the front and a van followed us throughout the whole trip. My 7 year old girl crashed and had to ride the van but the crew was very helpful and accommodating. BAD: Breakfast and lunch "feasts" were anything but. By the time we got to our breakfast, it was almost noon. The breakfast "feast" was 3 pieces of fried bananas and 2 slices of fruits. Lunch was almost at 3pm and consisted of small plate fried rice and water. When asked about the smoked duck and chicken feast, the restaurant didn't know anything about it. To top it off, driver had no idea that we were promised Monkey Forest and said that he had to take us home. UGLY: I asked the driver to take us to Ketut's office to ask about why he didn't deliver what he promised. Driver told me that he doesn't know Ketut and he only talked to him on the phone just the day before. Seems that Ketut sub-contracted us out and failed to tell the driver about the details. After returning to the hotel, I emailed Ketut how disappointed I was and asked him to contact me. To this date, no response. The biking portion was great. Scenic routes and attentive crew. Overall, the tour operator oversold and under-delivered.
