We had a wonderful time for the 4D3N Lake Toba/Samosir/Sibea Bea Hill/Medan trip. We had a very good tour guide cum driver, namely Mr Candra. He is a very humorous, responsible and knowledgeable tour guide. One week before our departure to Medan, we were advised by Mr Jonggi Turnip that there were landslides along the way to Berastagi and the road had partially cleared and yet to be fully opened. In this instance, our itinerary to Berastagi is scrapped due to safety purpose and Mr Jonggi had replaced one additional night staying on Lake Tobe island.. This had opened our eyes that we toured the Lake Toba Island as well as in mainland of Sumatra Utara. We visited Alaman Plaza at Turpuk Sihotang. It was a very best trip we had with the humorous tour guide cum driver. We hope to join the same tour agency again for the trip to Berastagi/Medan in near future. Lastly, we thank you Mr Candra as well as Mr Jonggi to make our trip so fun and memorable.

We did a 4D/3N Lake Toba Samosir Island/Berastagi/Medan tour with PT Enos. Our guide cum driver was Mr Candra Silalahi. He's very accommodating and has a good knowledge of the places we went to see. He's not only funny but caring as well. My husband has mobility issues and Candra is always around to make sure he moves about safely, whether it's crossing a road, getting in and out of the car or climbing steps. Very happy with his service and highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful tour of Berastagi today. I hiked up a mountain to see the volcano and sulfur smoke emanating from the top. My guide took me to browse in a local farmer's market. We visited a Catholic church which had a Batak traditional home that I was able to see from inside. We visited a beautiful Buddha temple and saw a local sulfur mineral spring bath for soaking in.

Friendly and accommodating driver, helps to know what you would like to see but also able to provide good recommendations and a rudimentary introduction to the sites in Medan.

When we first decided to visit Lake Toba and its surroundings from 17-20 September 2019, we searched the internet for a comparison of itinerary and price of a reliable tour company. To our dismay, there were not many reviews of PT Enos Tour Medan nor others. We wondered if we should go ahead or book from a local tour agency in our home country. Finally we took a chance and went ahead with PT Enos Tour Medan. They did not disappoint on our 4 days 3 nights tour as we were well fed with a good selection of tasty food of different cuisines. Not to mention our comfortable 4-star lodging besides the sightseeing. In fact, our driver cum guide, Mr Chandra Silalahi was jovial, friendly and very accommodating to our slight detour in the schedule. My aged parents (79 and 86 years old), my husband and I were very happy with the services rendered. In short, it was a very memorable trip and I strongly recommend PT Enos Tour Medan to anyone who intends to visit this region in Indonesia.

Wish if I could them 6 stars😊 Anyone visiting Lake Toba, medan or Berastagi can choose Enos tour blindly. Hardly you get a guide so trustworthy, dependable, decent and helping. Jongi Turnip is a very good guide, having lots of info about North Sumatra, local lifestyle, people, history and landscapes. We are a photographer couple, thought of making it a no-photography and relaxing tour, Jongi and his enthusiastic driver took us to so many beautiful places that the 'photographers' in us could not stay calm and ended up shooting the beautiful frames of lake toba! He arranged comfortable hotels and always addressed all our needs cheerfully. He even took us to extra places which were not in the original plan. On the way wherever we appreciated any site he stopped the car proactively to let us take photos there. We cant thank him enough for everything he did for us. We did not have to worry about anything while touring with him.

I strongly recommend Pt. Enos Tour Medan for everyone who like to travel to Medan. It’s definitely an reliable & professional Tour agency. There are only three of us. This is our first time visit Medan. We had 5D4N Medan Lake Toba trip with Pt. Enos Tour Medan. Mr Jonggi helped us in getting the most convenient hotel with our budget and arranged our itinerary. As our flight retimed, he did help us rearranged the itinerary, so the schedule wouldnt be so rush. There are three person, we always got extra bed for the twin room. Mr Ali did a great job as our driver and tour guide ! He always welcome us earlier and being very punctual. As I am a vegetarian, he managed to arrange the local restaurant and ensure us to have vegan foods all the times. He is very informative, experienced and professional driver. He always keep us in safe and comfortable. He gave us lots of useful tips for bargain and suggestion about the place to visit. We feel very happy and satisfied with our medan tour. We will definitely come back again with Pt. Enos. If you dont want to get cheated and being disappointed, Pt. Enos Tour Medan is one of the best choice! We had a fabulous time with Canra Turnip. Canra is very professional. A very careful and competent driver. He gave us good service, was punctual picking us up to start our daily tours, etc.

We were unable to get the Enos tour as they were fully booked at the time of our visit. However, an old friend of ours picked us from the Airport and later took us for a private tour around Medan. This is our 5th visit to Medan. We have already visited most of the the attraction in Medan and it was a wonderful experience for us. Beautiful city historical with friendly people, delicious food of many choices and multicultural. This time around we only visited some Churches, Orphanage and a refugee camp under the supervision of United Nation. We will come back again with our other family members and hope to visit some other attractions around Medan.

Enos Tour Medan did a good job of sorting our travel arrangement for our trip to Lake Toba near Medan, Indonesia. We were recommended good local food (burung puyu goreng) and sights to see (Berastagi). More improvement in terms of itinerary flexibility and including ferry transfer surcharge would be good, along with guided explanation of local culture/history.
