Joy Africa was great to work with and they made our experience great with our lifetime experience on Kilimanjaro. After that we did our safari in Serengeti with them. They were magical and easy to work with. I recommend Joy Africa!

If I could give 10 stars for this company I would in a heartbeat. I had a wonderful experience with Joy Africa Safari for my birthday this year. We did a three day safari to Serengeti with Hot air balloon on the morning of my birthday it was amazing and then we went to Ngorongoro crater, Joy Africa safari made everything so much easier, from booking the hotel, hot air balloon etc. This was definitely one of the best birthdays I’ve had in such a long time, thanks to Joy Africa and the entire team. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone out there.

My favorite part of our expedition was having a parade of safari vehicles following our comfortably appointed Land Cruiser through the Serengeti, because we were with the BEST ANIMAL TRACKER in East Africa!! Joy Africa's guides are MAGNIFICENT at locating the most elusive animals and getting the passengers up close and personal for an UNFORGETTABLE experience! I've been on multiple safaris in the past, however, Joy Africa, provided THE MOST EXHILARATING experience EVER! HIGHLY recommended for the best adventure and safest cultural experiences.

I had the opportunity to participate in climbing Kilimanjaro with JoyAfrica. It is an experience that I will never forget. Two things made the trip: 1. The expertise of the porters and 2. The preparation for the climb. Vince was very professional, kind and accommodating. We did have some communication issues but they were resolved. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to summit with JoyAfrica. I would like to come back and do the Serengeti tour in 2023

Kilimanjaro, we got so much more! We had the experience of a lifetime, not only did joy Africa Safari take care of every detail, big or small; but they went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. Everything was well planned and executed flawlessly. The staff was on point on every detail, from the pick up at the airport to our final farewell; they handled everything with excellence.The team was very knowledgeable, responsive, caring and engaging. They know Mt. Kilimanjaro like the back of their hand, they provided historical Information about the mountain, the native plants the routes, and much more. I am especially grateful for how they kept each individual in mind and worked to ensure we all had a successful and enjoyable trip. Every time I think of our trip I simply smile. I have been on trips were I have done safari, I have never done one like this! Our guides knew the area and found the game, we saw all of the big 5 and everything in between. They spent time driving and scouting the area to ensure we had days filled with adventure and great views and sites. From the owner to the porters, guides, chef and drivers, I can honesty say that they all made sure we had an amazing adventure both on the mountain and the safari! We trusted Joy Africa Safari for our trip to Tanzania to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on safari. There were 8 of us total, all women. We spent 8 days on the mountain and it was absolutely the best experience with a group that I’ve ever had! They took care of every detail that we needed and didn’t know we needed. They made us feel safe and cared for, which was very important considering the accomplishment we were working towards. We left the mountain successfully and feeling as if we were leaving our family. Our safari experience was best in class!!! Our guides, James and Chicho, found all of the big 5 animals during our 3 days there, which is almost unheard of! It’s as if they were in tune with them. They ensured to show us care and caution and had so much knowledge. They left nothing wanted on the table. I also have to mention that the owner, Vincent, made sure that all of our accommodations and meals were first class. I couldn’t have planned my travels better myself. He has the ability and the local and cultural knowledge to give you the experience of a lifetime! I can’t wait to return and have my next journey with Joy Africa Safari!

What an amazing company! I was very pleased with Joy Africa Safari during my trip to Tanzania where few of my dreams came true (climb Kilimanjaro, observe Giraffes in their natural habitat, and get to know the Maasai community) They are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, attentive to detail and flexible. I had to switch my diet during the trip and they did their best to make sure I had everything needed. I was also happy with their choice of accommodation in Serengeti and Arusha! I used Joy Africa Safari when my friends and I summitted Mt Kilimanjaro. After the climb, we spent 3 days on a safari on the Serengeti and Ngorogoro. Vincent and his team are top notch. In preparation for the climb, Vincent met with us to address any questions that we had and offered his expert advice on how to plan for the climb. When we got to Tanzania, Vincent and his team did not disappoint. They were all very attentive to our individual needs. While on the climb. they were attentive to our medical needs, fed us well, and assisted us to make sure we all had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Vincent and his team if you're planning to climb Mt Kilimanjaro or if you want to go on a safari. I can't think of any animal that we did not see on safari. Vincent and his drivers made sure we saw the Big 5 and even more. Highly recommend!

The company owner, Vincent, is a very friendly, professional and honest guy. He made me and my wife a perfect trip and you can tell he has a genuine wish for us to be happy and satisfied. Our driver James was also brilliant – experienced, professional and friendly. We received good advices on what trip to choose and what parks to visit, and we were very happy with the total experience. We saw a lot of animals 😀 By travelling with this company you also make a difference for the local community.
