Sight Seeing Bangkok Customer Service is very bad

We booked the Ancient City Tour with Sight Seeing Bangkok, here on Tripadvisor. After paying the full amount for the tour, we tried contacting Sight Seeing Bangkok through Tripadvisor (Viator) to let them know where to pick us up. Sight Seeing Bangkok never did contact us to confirm the tour or to acknowledge our attempts to contact them via Viator. After nearly 2 weeks waiting for Sight Seeing Bangkok to answer us, we contacted Viator who promised a reply from the tour group within "24 to 48 hours". That never happened either. We did finally contact Sightseeing at their main phone number via Whatsapp, but they acted as though they never received any communications from us. They told us that they would confirm the tour ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOUR!!! They would not waiver from that unreasonable stance and I had to cancel the tour and find another provider. Viator did (I hope), cancel the tour and initiate reimbursement of the charge. Bottom Line for Sight Seeing Bangkok....BAD communication....BAD customer service. I just couldn't trust them to show up for the tour.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your kind comment, however we have tried to check all of our booking we could not locate our booking into our system, we respect your feeling at the same time we would like to suggest that, we have 18 hours customer service, WhatsApp enable mobile phone system, telephone monitoring system. We also duly acknowledge our traveller booking, I also have a doubt that prestigious platform Viator does not response your booking. Hopefully something wrong from somewhere. In the last you have not even used our tours and come for a review, i believe you should really review if we have served you well. only the exact pick up time for join tour we defiantly notify 24 hours in advance but approx pick up time is always available in our website and in Viator. I wish you best of luck however i will highly appreciate if you may consider to give us constructive review to improve our service with proper booking. thanks a lot and best of luck
