Met our expectations. We were driven to the top sites. We had the opportunity to choose exactly where we wanted to go. Driver spoke good English and was very friendly and polite. As long as you don’t expect to have a tour guide explaining your visits and are able to figure things out by yourself, then this is the best way to do a Phuket discovery excursion. Fully recommend.

Terrible management, dont know what they are doing. I bought the tickets on tripadvisor app and received confirmation received the tickets and once i arrive at the stadium they say my name is not on list because agency did not provide my name to the satium staff. Horrible horrible experience would never book through them again. Do not people.

Our guide was a man called mr yu he was grate told us all about the park and where thay rescued the elephants from very interesting and so moving if anyone comes to Phuket you just have to go what a great day one of the best since coming I really recommend it fantastic people it’s was an excellent day

The best driver/ tour guide. We made our own itinerary and he was able to bring us to each and every stop including the mall. My husband was so excited when I brought him to the nut factory, and I can tell he liked the upside down house. I was able to go to the mall and buy a quick gift for myself, go to Mua Doo Restaurant for food and pics, as well as Tiger Kingdom, and a few other stops along the day. We enjoyed exploring the town of Phuket in the privacy of a private vehicle with a driver that was friendly, informative, patient, and enjoyable to be around. He also has suggestive itinerary if needed.

Sarita was amazing. She treated us like family. She is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommended Sarita as she made our journey perfect.

Very respectable and punctual driver. Knowledgeable about the area and was able to accommodate our multiple stops. If the guide suggests a lunch spot, avoid the Phuket Lobster House if you value your time, money, and tastebuds.

We were able to get the van to pick us up at our Airbnb in the city for a 500 baht surcharge instead of from the airport, as we were staying an hour away. Our driver was early and friendly, and got us to our residence in Pattaya in 2 hours instead of 3. Would absolutely recommend this service!

This was quite frankly the worst theme park experience I have ever had and I’ve been to a few. We had to wait 1.5 hrs just to get in despite booking tickets online. We couldn’t find a decent place to sit it was so busy and we didn’t even attempt to go on any rides. It smelt like strong chemicals in every pool, the chlorine smell was intense. We bought cocktails just to try and enjoy ourselves and they were badly made and not cool. We lasted an 1.5hr before we simply gave up on trying to have fun. It’s such a money grab. This whole Thai trip we’ve had was amazing except for this.

Driver came early. His knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even gave us an extra hour free of charge. Will recommend to all friends who will go to phuket Driver took us to the temple, couple of lookout, old phuket town, bee farm

The girl who was supposed to meet us at the airport was not professional at all. The sign was a sheet of paper written by a 3-year-old child who couldn't understand it very well. She sent us to a corner and never told us what was going on. I asked her several times and she told me to shut up. Finally, she took us to the middle of the street and a van stopped and almost pushed us in. Afterwards, everything was fine with the driver.

A fantastic day I would recommend this trip. We have done a lot of boat trips in different locations and this was the best we have done. The crew could not do do any more. I would highly recommend.

A fantastic sanctuary. Mr Yu was an amazing guide, super friendly and very informative! We had plenty of time to learn about the sanctuary, feed and bathe with the elephants without feeling like the elephants were being pressured into anything they didn't want to do! You can tell that the staff really care for the welfare of the elephants! Lunch was really tasty and the papaya salad making was a lovely little touch. My partner really enjoyed her birthday experience!

We had such a wonderful time with twilight sea canoe tours. This tour stood out to us because it was one of the only ones we could find that offered a chance to see the bioluminescent plankton. We were assigned to Lateb and he really took such good care of us! For starters, these guides really are skilled with the rafts, maneuvering in and out of lagoons and dark caves with tight spaces and Teb really went above and beyond to make it special for us. He had a lot of interesting antidotes about the island and area and took so many wonderful photos of us- even crawling into the water to get our photos from the best angles. We came to Thailand on our honeymoon that took us two years to take! It really meant a lot to get some photos of us together on the adventure. The company asked several times where the vegetarians/ allergic to fish were and took alot of care to make sure we knew what dishes were safe to eat at the lunch and dinner buffets. My whole life I’ve always felt like everyone thought I was a huge pain for being a vegetarian- I felt honestly moved to see a whole table with vegetarian dishes including a homemade soup, and 4-5 entrees and side dishes. There was really something special about this tour, and the dinner was the best Thai food I’ve had in the whole 9 days we’d been in Thailand! Everyday I had been hoping to eat something good and spicy but then would get stuck eating more western food bc it was vegetarian. The tofu curry, green curry and chili pineapple dishes were my favorites. This was a special one of a kind experience and I really appreciate them taking such great care of us. We’re going to tell everyone we know about this!

Dol was amazing and super patient with us as the itinerary changed due to traffic. We visited La Gritta, Patong beach and Nara spa. Had the traffic not been so bad, I know Dol would’ve been able to show us more. He was an excellent (safe) driver and very attentive guide.
