An amazing experience that we got to enjoy, all due to the wonderful work, that the staff do with these gorgeous animal’s, at the Sanctuary. Without them, these beautiful animals couldn’t survive in the conditions, that they were once accustomed too. Thank-you for your kindness!!!!

This was an unforgettable experience. Mr Dang shared so much information and experience about the elephants. The bonding and feeding with the elephants was so amazing and washing them and playing in the water was the icing on the cake!

I arrived, had no reservation, asked if I could use the lounge, lady at desk said gave I got my number? I said what number, reservation number, I said no she said sorry can't come in. So I left and went to the information desk and asked where I can go and use a lounge they said go to Miracle, I said just come from there and said I need reservation, they said go back and say you are prepared to pay. So, I went back saw the same lady and said can I pay to come in, she said yes, why did she nit offer that option to me 1st time if asking??

Amazing experience, would never visit a zoo but absolutely adore animals. The elephants seems to have a huge amount of space, well loved and cared for. No riding elephants! You can however give them a bath.

The staff was great and the experience overall was life altering. These animals are breathtaking and evidently well taken care of.

Excellent experience. This is NOT a tourist attraction but rather a learning and development opportunity. The elephants are well cared for, respected and loved. Facilities are spacious with ample room to be free. The history and education was well appreciated.

This is a great idea. We were on honeymoon and our first adventure in Thailand. We booked the 4 hour tour, and they also do up to 8 hours. If you do want to extend the time once you're on your tour, you can at 500baht/£11, per hour. We chose the 8am pickup. The earliest they do is 7am. I would recommend an early start as it's so hot, and the traffic gets worse as the day gets on, which cuts into you time. We were picked up by Jo, our driver, on time from our lobby. He spoke good English and had a good understanding of English. Although the itinerary is set, Jo was happy to change it to wherever we chose. We drove through Patong with Jo showing and informing us of places to visit and eat at. We then went to Kamala and had a walk down the beach alongside the beach shacks. Beautiful vibe here. We then visited the old town of Patong for a walk around.. This is full of traditional houses full of colour. The shops here are a little bit more upmarket, more like boutique styles. Jo then took us to the largest temple in Phuket, which is in Patong, which is astounding. Although Jo was only paid for driving us around, he was very informative. Every where we went, he could answer our questions and also explained about the family Thai way of life compared to the western world. Thank you Jo you were amazing. Your service and attention to detail were impeccable. From being ready to whizz us off to the next location to the chilled water and flannels! 5* Jo!

The Chaing Mai's Art In Paradise 3D Art Museum is something special. It is very nice to take special unique photos. A real recommendation if you want to see something special. We were there in the low season and there were few people, great. We spent 2.5 hours following the examples and making our own creations. Too bad you need a GSM 8Gb ram to be able to film the special effects. Only my GSM could view it and take photos (4Gb ram) but could not record the films. Too bad they did not provide anything for this. At the end is a special coffee bar and cake in a very special style. Great to photograph.

Our tour guide Ras was amazing! He answered all our questions and planned out an itinerary that let us visit everything we wanted to see. Well worth the money, we had an entire air conditioned van to ourselves and we spent as much time as we wanted in each spot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the island!

Disgusting company, booked through getyourguide, no mention of bukit elephant park, I booked Phuket elephantvreserve........ STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS WITH INCORRECT NAME. Call it bukit, then we know what we are getting instead of tricking people into believing its an accredited ethical sanctuary. Refund refused despite lies.

Super find for our departure as the lounge was located right next to our gate D6. Really welcoming reception desk staff with good English. Lounge was bigger than expected but laid out in zones so always easy to find a quiet spot. There’s a self service bar area with spirits, multiple fridges with soft drinks and beers all with a good variety. Food at one end has hot meals, sandwiches, desserts, fruit, snacks. Other facilities include toilets, showers and live departures updates. Very happy with the experience for 1300 TBH (£29).

We had a fantastic time on our tour! Our driver was on time, very courteous and friendly, and spoke English well. He was happy to go with what we wanted to, so changing a couple of things was no problem. The car (l should say luxury van! for just the 2 of us) was very comfortable with good air conditioning. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who would like to see many different sights in Phuket in a matter of hours.
