- cosie900 contributionsNot to hotel transferGot picked up at Bangkok airport. It was a very nice car and nice driver, just 0 english so no communication. This was fine really until we got to the Pier before getting on the boat to Koh Chang. He got the ladies at the Pier to explain that the transport ends there. The transfer is not to your hotel. We had to pay an extra 860baht for ferry and taxi on the other side. No response either from organiser. We just booked our transfer back through the people at the pier. Not sure if they are available online but probably worth just reaching out to your hotel to organise the transport.Written 28 October 2022

All sorted on WhatsApp in 10 minutes and car delivered to our hotel within the hour. 4000 BHT for 5 days, unlimited mileage and return with same amount of petrol. 5000 BHT deposit. When finished, they collected car from airport and returned deposit... So easy. Highly recommended....Written 14 July 2022

Never again!The pick-up service left our bags on the side walk and took off, without informing us. we were left at dawn, no taxis around and the sidewalk bbq guy informed us, that he was gone, despite we discussed with him that we will have a sun dawner before we go back. a Won't book them ever again.Written 28 February 2014
