We had fun on our one-day tour with our amazing tour guide Mr. Enver Mutlu. We were able to visit a lot of places in Pammukalee. From hotel pick-up to drop off, buffet lunch is included, ticket for Heirapolis. Over all tour was excellent! And A+++ service was given to us. We do recommend this company. Till next time again! 🥰

It was our second time to visit. From last time we realised few changes. All good We also visited bath at this time as we wasn’t able to use it last time. Great experience. I will advise you to buy combo ticket with attraction situated 10 km from Hierapolis. Great antique city ruins with less crowds than Hierapolis. Absolutely worthy to visit!

The place is must-see - one of the mors pictoresques I have seen in my life, BUT you don't need to do it with a tour and spend lots of money on something you can do on your own. If you stay in Pamukkale, it is just a very short drive by car or by taxi. I think the tracking lovers can even walk up hter - it is very close. Essencially, all in one place - Hierapolis, Calcium terraces with blue water, termal water pool. There're also hot springs off the site, but they are not something that can't be seen at other places of the World. The narrative part of the tour is very generic and can be spaced within 20-25 min. The lunch is OK, but meat selection is poor and a cup of coffee will cost you eur3. Besides, think twice if you really want to spend your valuable travelling time at 2 outlets where you will be taken - one onyx and second fake brands clothes. The choice is yours.

The place is magnificient, but you don't really need to spend lots of money on tour if you stay in Pamukkale. It is basically just one venue, very close to the tpwn - you can reach by taxi or by car if you have it. The rest is hot springs (also very close, but nothing particular - you cam see the same in many parts of the World) and two merchants outlets - onyx and textile (mostly fake brands). The narrative part of the tour can be spaced within 20-25 min and hardly differs from what you can read in a tourist guide. Give it a thought.

I was unsure about Pamukkale until I found this agency. After a long bus journey the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating with very professional manners! I was pleasantly surprised how Bayram looked after us, from making sure that we’re hydrated to organising the many activities around Pamukkale such as paragliding. For anyone who is thinking on going to Turkey I would recommend too book with Moonstar Tours as you would be pleased with the results.

This tour company offers many different services. Every person working there is helpful and supports you in every single step. We had a day tour in Pamukkale and the guide deserves a 10 for his efficency, simpathy and how he explained everything, always with a smile on his face. We were a group of 7 people and we immediately felt like family and had lunch all together. We really recommend it to everyone!

We was hosted in karahayit, in 1 call they resolve me about the service that i asked, about to have a private guide and transport to a group of 9. They pick us in less than 40 minutes, the tour guide and the places that we visited was great. The availability and quick response is a 10/10. 👍👍👍

Moonstar tours arranged our Pamukkale/Hierapolis tour and transfers to/from Denizli airport. Muhammet was very helpful and responsive, keeping in contact with me over WhatsApp. We had terrible weather the day we planned to do our tour and he agreed to change it to the next day last minute which was greatly appreciated. Once in a Lifetime experience ,everyone must see entrance is not too expensive and very cleaned environment,you need at least 2 days to finish and enjoy your trip.

My boyfriend and I were backpacking in Pamukkale. We arrived in town around 5am. The only open place was the Moonstar agency, Bayram (Sales Manager) was very kind and selflessly helped us with our trip and planning the day in Pammukkale. When he found out that we were walking towards the south gate of the national park (a dark, lonely road without trails), he worried and drives us there (completely free of charge). I believe that such a considerate and honest person deserves the best ... I have no doubt that his tour is excellent and will give you a fair price. Thank you very much Bayram!.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was so nice. They drove me to the bus station and even took a detour for me to see something along the way.
