The wisest choice is the “Wise One”!
A big thank you to Captain Nemo and crew for a fantastic day out: the pick-up and transport to and from hotel to boat was smooth; the schedule for swimming, lunch and the Greek mosaic Church is well-paced. The “Wise One” is very clean and a great boat, with a good layout for sunbathing on the top deck and dining below. The lunch and beverages were good and the tour was very good. There was a nice relaxed and fun atmosphere, with nice music and a mixture of families, couples, girls on a trip, solos and nationalities. The interpreter is attentive, warm and announcements are clear. It was a great day out and the 4pm finish was perfect as it allowed me to have a rest and plan my next activities. I hope to see the “Wise One” and her crew again very soon.

          Excellent Service!!
All prices were reasonable and person was very helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend using them. It was very reliable, punctual and his rates were competitive with the market. He was always available on WhatsApp for any queries we would have.

Wasted a day of my holiday!
Do NOT recommend! Got there. Waited 40 minutes so they could sell us overpriced (and quite unnecessary) goggles and bandanas, got on the buggies where we got to go very slowly behind 20 other buggies. It gets boring very quick anyone over the age at 6. Afterwards we got to wait an hour in the heat while they try to sell photos. Wasted half of the day very agitated and desperate to get back to the hotel. Not worth it! If you want a thrill just hire a jet ski.

Very bad and not advisable to visit
Beach is very dirty with cost of 13 euros and it worth nothing . Sea is dirty. I spoke to one girl from authority organisation team to complain about the dirty place and that there is no even mattress on Sun beds, she left me and went away in non polite way. I wish the Turkish ministry of tourism see my post, this is true disaster and extremely a very bad image for tourism in Turkey

What a fantastic day out we had . The boat was amazing , the staff extremely friendly , happy n nothing was too much trouble . Few stops for swimming and the slide into the sea was fab . Bbq lunch was lovely n the foam party was a great giggle . All in all a fab day out for the whole family.

Stunning views on a good day
Don't bother with this if you have skied in Europe, you will have been on bigger and longer cable cars for a lot less money. Having got that out of the way this is a great tourist destination and provides wonderful views over Kemer and surrounding beach resorts. You can get here by public bus (55 TL from Goynuk or 30 TL from Kemer or Tekirova.) You can also buy tickets and a transfer from Kemer booking office or, of course, book a tour with one of the many operators. If arriving by bus you will need the transfer from the main road to the base station (7km) 100 TL return.( or you could walk it!) We arrived at midday and were told the shuttle ran every hour but 15 mins later it arrived and took us to the base station. The driver was excellent and told us his return schedule but also said if we were ready early he would take us back. If you buy tickets ag the base station they are sold in Euro or USD and converted to TL as the inflation rate is high. In peak season there are queues to board the cable car which holds about 80 people. The trip up takes 10 mims and you are rewarded with great views across the local area. On our day there was cloud forming and dispersing so some patience needed for the photos. You can eat in the restaurants at the top (quite expensive in comparison to other local outlets) and even Parascend for 180USD. Half an hour at the top is plenty unless eating and don't forget that it's about 20 C colder at the top so take suitable extra layers. It can be snowing at the top in winter.

          Not bad, not great
Going on the buggy was great, whole day dragged out and noone to really explain anything. Felt left alone with no info for ages at the start but at the end would probably do again. Decent to break a day up. Got the trip for 15 quid, wouldn't pay more than that again. Try to flog you photos at end of day that aren't very good and the price is extortionate.

          Not what we were promised
Went on the medusa pirate ship today promised all inclusive with 7 different alcohol included and that the bar never closes. We were told a renowned chef on board to prepare lunch. What we got beer cheap vodka or cheap wine. Bar stops serving when stoped for an hour at Turunç even though guests didn't disembark. Lunch was cold chicken breast cold macaroni and salad with one slice of bread no butter mind you. They do provide cold fries if your willing to pay 100tl or $6 Australia same for the potato chop $6 and ice cream. And all the the other snack they sell on board are ridiculously expensive. The animation show the promised was 4 guys dancing around 🤣 all in all was disappointing. I suggest bring your own snacks and alcohol and just get pay for the boat tour. Also the boat is not that modern old toilet seat is broken the sunbeds were sticky and the carpet were a trip hazard.

Buggies okay, poor quality photos are a rip-off
This is set in a totally off-the-beaten-track bit of countryside. The old buggies are fun but don't expect to go over 10mph as it's a safari group thing, aimed solely at photo opportunity stops. They setup watermud areas which is fun. You WILL get covered so be warned, ha ha. As a group we bought £100 of pics (was originally £260). The pics we got on WeTransfer are so poor none can be printed. Each pic is less than 1mb which is very low quality. This was not what we were shown on site so we felt completely ripped off. They would not send the higher quality pics to us despite many messages which did leave us with a sour feeling about the whole operation.

          Private bout tour
We only had one full day in Marmaris and they helped us book a wonderful private boat tour the night before, and even dropped the tickets off to our apartment and picked us up the next day. Boat was great, captain we very pleasant and accommodating and the price was competitive.

          Lazy day
We spent 7 glorious hours on our trip. We stopped off to swim in the beautiful blue/green waters. We then stopped off at a lovely seaside town, where we did a bit of shopping. A absolutely lovely day out. Highly recommend.

From the get go the trip was disorganised, waiting a long time to depart, can't drink your own water/juice has to be bought on the boat. Arrived at first stop 20 minutes if swimming then back to the boat. May I add all sun loungers where taken at top if the boat so was forced to sit down stairs, which was even more chaotic as families where somehow allowed to take up 8 seats because they where all laying sleeping in the booths (absoloute ignorance) lunch= awful. And if you didn't like it you had to pay for more food! Ridiculous. Them we went to turtle beach where we seen 1 whole turtle. The whole turtle beach aspect is an absoloute con. The Kings tombs, little to no information or history behind it just a quick stop to look at them. The mud baths, absolutely awful we seen maggots in it. AVOID. Then back on the boat to the worst boat trip I have ever experienced. And not to mention 1 toilet avaliable for the girls. Absoloute joke.

This should be top of you Turkish Bucket list. Firstly I will say that if you're going to do it then don't book it through TUI because they charge double what most places to at £39. The little beach hut down the south of Icmeler beach is a good place to get it from as they sell it for £17!

It's such good value for money. You get a 2 hour boat trip from Icmeler, then go to turtle beach where you get to see some massive Loggerhead Turtles swimming about. you also have time to swim in the sea, which is incredible. The shallowness of the waters means you can walk about 100m out from the sand and the water still only be waist deep!

From here, you're on a smaller boat on the African Queen, and head down tiny narrow water ways to Blue Crab where you get to see (drum roll please) some Blue Crabs. (Well, sort of. Only a bit of their claw is blue...

Then on to the mud! So bring you in and you get straight in the mud and smudge it everywhere, jump out to crisp in the sun then go shower. The they hose you down and you jump in the sulfur pool (which by the way, stink. And they taste how they smell, so be aware.)

After that it's a little sail back down to go see the kings tombs and [SPOILER ALERT] you get a run down of how the king married his sister and all the slaves died because of one mosquito....

Then a 2 hours boat trip home. Definitely worth the money, particularly the trip home you're sat going towards the sunset!

It was a super long day 11 hours we left 8.30am pick up and returned 7.30pm. Half an hour into the boat journey we got too jump into the sea for a lovely cool off than followed by a scrumptious lunch. Choose the fish as the chicken was just one big nugget!

the fun started when we got into small boats and zig zagged thru gorgeous greenery my eyes were in a treat with such beauty! than we got into the mud baths oh wow how amazing it was and it felt great on the skin. Showers were there to wash off the mud and a dip into the thermal pool. I was in there only for a few seconds as it smelt really bad and was too too busy.

we had belly dancer on the boat that entertained us it was rather bumpy on the way back. The dancer was a good distraction.

I wouldn't recommend it for small children or babies.. as there is a lot of jumping in and out of boats, walking up and down steep hills to get to the mud baths. I saw a couple really struggle with the pram. Also people with mobility issues will find the trip a struggle.

It was a very long and tiring day but we enjoyed every second!

Quad safari was a lot better than last year. More time on the quads and a nice lazy 30 mins at the river.

The Turtle beach trip was well worth the money. May sound like a long day but it’s stress free and you basically do things at your leisure

All thanks to Mike for organising things. Will Defo be booking via him next year

We came to Marmaris as a group of three, we pre booked the Rhodes ferry and then booked a boat trip, Turkish bath and trip to Dalyan whilst in Turkey. The level of communication was excellent, right from the UK to the resort. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice given was really helpful. The prices for the trips are also cheaper than a lot of the hagglers on the street. The boat trip and trip to Dalyman were amazing and I would definitely recommend.

The only issue we had was at the Turkish bath (this was the actual supplier not the tour agency); however we were listened to and some of our money refunded due to the poor service of the spa itself (this was about the extra services not being as advertised, the Turkish bath itself was a good quality). I WOULD LIKE TO STRESS THIS WAS NOT THE TOUR COMPANY’S FAULT and this was dealt with professionally and quickly by them.

If I return to Turkey I would use this company again.

I think this trip is one big con. Apparently turtles haven't been seen for over 20 years, the bloke on the boat told us that the turtles hide under the boats whilst you're on the island, what is the point in this trip? Very very very long day and quite boring if I'm honest. Staff on the boat are too over powering, constantly clunking beer bottle right next to your ear, which is very irritating. When we got off the boat they were stood there shaking a tips box, I can think of a tip i would give them and it is not money! I feel like they don't care if you have a good time, they are just in it for the money, very cockey and 'in your face'. Trip was also wrongly advertised via Tripadvisor, states that you get a buffet lunch, the buffet lunch did not exsist, all it was was disgusting BBQ chicken, greasy tomato pasta, small bit of bread and cheap salad. They offer you an evening meal at extra cost but we did not go for it as we thought it was quite expensive and managed to get something off the boat. Any all inclusive boat trips for Marmaris or lunch included ones all consist of this meal, so may be worth taking your own food if possible.
