Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is an activity that i would highly recommend to any one visiting Uganda. It is adorable to see Gorillas in their Natural Habitat. These gentle giants shoe how really close we are related to them by the way they handle themselves. Why Bwindi Impenetrable National Park? The Park has more Mountain Gorillas than any other Park in the world. This therefore creates a better experience and offers higher chances of sighting many including infants, Juveniles, blackbacks and Silverbacks. The forest itself is unbelievable! You are covered by the canopy as the rangers are forced to make pathways due to the thickness of vegetation. This truly makes the whole experience fascinating and reminded that this forest is like no other. However, be reminded that tracking Gorillas is not a walk in the pack! The terrain is steep in some places and can get slippery. Prepare for a long trek coz sometimes it may take up to six hours. Carry your packed lunch, enough water and not forget your facemask. In your backpack carry rain gear since it rains unpredictably. You are highly advised to always hire a porter to help carry your luggage so as to take some weight off yourself. For those travelling without local tour operators, make sure you purchased a gorilla permit from Uganda Wildlife Authority before showing up for the activity. Payments on ground are not allowed and they operate a cashless system. There are different trailheads in the Park namely, Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga and Nkuringo. Please show up on one where your permit reads, otherwise you may not be allowed to track since you have a permit of a different location. accommodation facilities are in every trailhead but luxury ones being more in Buhoma and Nkuringo.

Enjoy a lazy ride on the river with a lunch after the boat trip. There was a tour guide who leads the trip and be willing to tip him. He was knowledgeable about the area and the bird life on route.

My driver, who happens to be the CEO of the company was so friendly. Everything was so smooth from the first contact I made. He helped coordinate and do accommodation reservation for me since I was arriving late night. I arrived and he was waiting for me with a "Name Tag." He is very professional and experience. I definitely recommend him.

The personal care by Alex. Safe and comfortable with excellent stay at the Pakuba Safari Lodge. The timing of the tour could have been better managed on the second day, Missed the cruise on day 2 which would have been better that the early morning game drive.

The murchision water falls view experience, was wonderful. I also loved the early morning game drive, which gave me a whole new experience of watching the wild, aside from documentaries.

The tour guide was AMAZING!!!!! We had lots of fun, she was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the whole day.

I had a wonderful, adventurous and memorable trip around Uganda with Ssemambo Alex tours and travel.

It was such a fun experience that it made me crave more time in the pearl of Africa's wilderness.I had a great time at the top of the greatest waterfall and i also enjoyed the boat cruise at the Albert Nile in Murchison falls National Park. We were also able to visit the Karamajongs in Nakapelimoru traditional village in Kotido district. We got to know how these people do their daily activities and we were also able to join them for example in dancing. The safari was extraordinary and I believe anyone would want in on the fun too.

The safari was an experience of a lifetime for me.The beauty of this country lies not only in its wildlife but also within the diverse cultures all around Uganda. The guides were well learned and very helpful in tending to our every query. i enjoyed every moment of my trip, the pearl of Africa truly is a place to be.
