We had a wonderful afternoon exploring the complex with Misa, who kept us engaged and answered all our questions. The boat ride back to Hoi An was a relaxing way to end the day. Would recommend!

Amazing tour so much to see and do Bao our guide looked after us all well. Knowledgeable and easy to understand, made us feel we a group of 13 various nationalities were one family. My first solo trip (husband unwell) and felt very safe and included by everyone. BaNa hill has so much to offer from the entrance the grounds which are impeccable, the cable car has stunning views, all areas, of which there are too numerous to mention, were beautiful. Buffet lunch had many many options and was included in the price as were a Beer ticket very enjoyable too! No sales pressure for anything which was very refreshing. So much to see and do for all the family. There were also people in wheelchairs so everything very accessible.

Boa was a very lively host and ensured our group was "1 family" He kept us entertained with his singing ish lol. He made sure we all met at the right times and generally facilitated the day. His enthusiasm was very catching and everybody in the group were soon talking to each other .

Amazing trip with our guide Bao who was so enthusiastic The bridge is fantastic but make sure you try to pick a nice clear day, morning is better. The cable car is great The French village spoilt a little and made into a slightly tacky place Less time in the French village would be better

This was one of the best trips we have been on so far in vietnam! Our tour guide Quyen was lovely and very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the history of the caves and mountains. The food was also very nice at the restaurant. We also got to see some monkeys on monkey mountain which were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this trip if you are in da nang or hoi an!

Quyen was a great guide, very personable and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed to all the places we visited. Lots of information and advising us on where we can go look for information!!

Bao was an amazing tour guide who kept the mood up and was always energetic. He made the trip fun and memorable (despite the weather being not the best). Would definitely recommend using Simply Vietnam Travel (we will definitely use them again when we come back)!

Bao was a great guide. He took care of the whole group in a very kind way! He cheered up us with his open style on the bus ride and sang us a wonderful Vietnamese song. The tour was well organized and timed in the way that we could see the Golden bridge when the fog disappeared. It was a wonderful day with lots of new experiences!

Our guide Bee was fantastic - perfect english, very kind and friendly and knowledgable. Driver very safe in the hectic traffic. Marble mountains stunning. Lots of steps so be prepared for that - we were lucky as was dry - would be very slippery if wet. Visit to marble factory was interesting and was an extra I think. Good drive along beach in Da Nang which was a bonus to see too. Lady Buddha was amazing and saw monkeys too. Fantastic trip and good value for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Pretty fast paced but small group tour so worked well. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide (Bao) was amazing and frequently went out of his way to make our trip a pleasant one! He was highly respectful and kept us engaged on being “a family” and staying & doing things together. He was punctual and kept up to his word when planning the days activities!

The guide was very good, he took his time to explain each part of the guided walk. The lunch was tasty too. The transport was clean.
