The trip was the highlight of Da Nang for us! Our tour guide was very lovely and knowledgable! A great tour of history and ancient culture!

Everyone should visit and learn about the story of the My Lai Massacre. It was a horrible atrocity committed by the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war. We must not forget the past so these kinds of things never happen again. Guide Emily was amazing, very knowledgeable about the subject.

The service is great, even before you go on the trip the tour guide is ensuring everything is good, in this case the TG from Hoi An express travel was Thu Hang. Thu Hang was so nice, she made us feel comfortable and made the tour enjoyable and relaxing without any stress, the car we went to/from the excursion was comfy and the driving was good. My Son sanctuary is a very moving place, with the surroundings, and the nature around the place makes it beautiful, it’s a must see place.

Buy your ticket at the cable car gate - it is much cheaper - and don't do the buffet - there are plenty of better choices in the Sunworld park and even walking along the paths to tha cable car.

Very much enjoyed this trip from Da Nang. Our guide Emily was excellent - kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and we felt very well looked after. Loved the drive over the pass into Hue, the places we visited and the delicious lunch. Well worth the travel time and highly recommended this tour to see the historical sites of Hue.

The Team at Express were in constant contact via WhatsApp before and during our stay in Hoi An. The driver was waiting at pickup area and was efficient, polite and a really nice clean car. Straight to hotel in Hoi An, bags out of car and a seamless service. Express also offered numerous tours, which we will do next year when we come back. Our trip back to Da Nang Airport tomorrow is booked and the Team at Express also organised lounge access at the domestic terminal before we head back to Ho Chi Minh. All in all I cannot recommend the Team at Hoi An Express Travel highly enough, well priced, efficient, polite, well organised and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Team Express Travel Hoi An. ❤️

Our tour guide Emily was fantastic , very knowledgeable and very considerate to all the guests. She also acted as our professional photographer for as many photos as we wanted at no additional cost. The tour was as advertised as a small group, there was only one additional couple in our group and we appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics.

Great communication. Driver was there when we arrived. Accommodated our flight switch. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

This is a great way to visit Hue from Da Nang. Our guide was very informative and provided great commentary on the history of each location we visited. A highlight of the trip was the Kings Tomb which was amazing. The travel to and from Hue was comfortable and air conditioned with cold bottled water provided. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in travelling to Hue.

What an amazing place it's like vietnam,s version of Disney world. The place feels magical. Bestvto go early as it gets very busy by late morning. We got a grab taxi there and back. Plenty to do and most things are free. You can even get a guide to explain the history and why it is called Ba an hills.

Not recommended as you can purchase the ticket yourself on the Ba Na Hills website for a much cheaper price. This trip does not offer anything apart from the cable car ticket like other trips usually do (transport, guide, lunch, etc.).

Absolutely fantastic day despite raining weather. Our guide, Emily, was an absolute treasure and took extra time to guide us and tell us about the sites. She was extremely friendly and well informed, and we really appreciate the thought she put into our itinerary for the day to help avoid the crowds. Well worth a morning's exploration and would highly recommend.

If it is raining and cloudy I wouldn’t bother going. We couldn’t see the views at all because of the mist and a few of the attractions that we were looking forward to, like the Alpine Coaster, were closed which we were not informed about until we got there and paid for our ticket. The golden bridge is also much shorter than it is made to look in photos and without the views behind it there isn’t much to see. We tried to focus on the indoor attractions like the 4D experience but this was one of the worst 4D experiences I’d seen - it was poor quality images and the screen even glitched at one point to show the IP number which took us out of the experience even more.
