We booked our excursions with Andy for Vietnam and unfortunately our cruise and stay got cancelled, Andy refunded our money as soon as I told him that we had to cancel. An excellent company so easy to book with and great customer service from them, would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again in the future as I’ve always wanted to see Vietnam. Unfortunately we were not able to take up our booked trip with Andy given that our Cruise was cancelled. However the standard of service provided by Andy was exceptional. From his prompt, polite and to point replies to our many queries, his catering of our special requests, his flexibility through to the immediately return of our deposit was first class. Hopefully one day we will get to meet Andy but until then many thanks from afar.

One word: Coronavirus. We were on a cruise ship that was to visit DaNang at the end of February where I had contracted Andy for one of his awesome tours. With all the craziness that ensued, our port call was rescheduled to the beginning of February. Upon calling Andy, he was kind enough to make room for us on his tour for that date. Unfortunately, by the time we sailed to Vietnam, we weren't allowed to dock. They held us at bay for 8 hours waiting. Unfortunately, Andy had already driven to the port to pick us up and waited there until I could get word to him that it didn't look good for the government letting us in. I asked him if possible to please refund my deposit. Andy was prompt and refunded it that day. I only wish that more tour operators acted in such an ethical and understanding fashion. Andy, we WILL return to Vietnam and when we do, you can count on us to rebook with you!

Andy was extremely helpful and when we contacted him to originally book our trip he replied to our emails and gave us a couple of recommendations. We then had to contact him as our cruise dates had changed and he replied straight away with confirmation of the change of date. We then contacted him to cancel and he refunded our deposit.
