We were very anxious getting aboard this bus after reading many horror reviews about other companies and their drivers driving like maniacs. This bus was equipped with very comfortable beds, allowing me to just about lie down fully (6foot); equipped with USB C-A ports and cabin lights inside the bed. From the cleanliness of the bus and the fact it had USB-C ports you could tell it was fairly new! AC was powerful but you can switch that off, after getting sleeper trains prior, this was much more comfortable, albeit if you do get travel sickness it will be miserable let it be known. You feel every twist and turn, but strap the seatbelt tight and good to go. Staff also very helpful on this BUS, and it had a toilet onboard so no need to worry about holding it in for stops (which we were most worried about). 8:30PM - 7AM [Hoi An > Da Lat Bus] VIP SLEEPER.

We had an excellent day on our ride from Hoi An to Hue, very comfortable VIP Limo. Anh was especially nice and friendly and helpful. The company is lucky to have her. Thank you so much Anh.

The trip from Ho Chi Min is 18 hours and yet it felt much shorter. The bus is super comfortable, the driver drives very comfortably as well. The space and privacy are great but best of all is the staff. Wonderful people! We were late because of the traffic and they coordinated with the tax driver to meet the bus on the way so we would not miss the bus. They are the best and I highly recommend them! Truly wonderful experience! :)

We used the limousine bus to get from Nah Trang to Hoi An. The toilet on board had no water. In our booking it stated that we would get the limousine bus to Da Nang where we would have a break for an hour before transferring to the last bus for 45 mins to get to Hoi An. We booked this bus specifically because the drop off location was in walking distance to our accommodation. We were escorted off the bus at a random intersection and put into a car (2 girls which was a bit daunting) and was made to pay an additional 400k dong (€15) to get to our accommodation in Hoi An when it was barely a ten minute drive. Overall a very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend especially for girls travelling.

Everything was fast and extremely easy. I asked for a taxi from the office to my hotel and the lady at the desk was super kind.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Me and my girlfriend booked a ticket for a nightbus from Hanoi to Hue. Around 4/5 hours after departure, I felt a sudden bang, and the window glass shattered onto me. I don't know what happened, but for sure that could have killed me. I'm still shocked. We stopped, and when we asked the bus driver to help us, he started yelling to us and said that we should continue our journey sitting on the bus floor. After having a long argument, another bus came and we ended out journey on a dirty and overcrowded bus. I've tried to contact the Vietnam Travel bus assistance, but none answered.

Terrible experience! It was very hot weather and made us wait for other "VIPs" to arrive then we can be seated! Instead of first come first serve seatings. Shortchange us, overbooked the seats. All same paying passengers, but picked on us 2 tiny size Asians to share the pathetic single joined seat in front with the driver. While you placed the other "VIPs" foreigners, some not even adults, to be seated comfortably at the individual arm seats at the back. You call this VIP Limousine service? In our tickets you dont put seating number, this should be free seating, first come first serve seatings. But you internally assigned seats to us, double standard. It is not just an hr sightseeing ride, but 3-4hrs journey. You should ensure since everyone is a premium paying passengers, everyone should seat comfortably the same. We are not economy class paying customer while they are first class paying customers! Not to hold back the 3-4hrs travel plan, since we waited for other "VIPs" who came late and already delayed our journey time, I have no choice but has to accept the front sharing seat with the other poor local lady who doesn't see the unjust treatment from your company, or else I would have cancel this ridiculous seating arrangement. If your seats are full, dont accept anymore booking. Just tell us upfront when we make booking, not until booking has been made. Not recommended, this is terrible service!

No toilet on the bus for a 8 hours trip, 2.5 delay to destination with no traffic, bus driver forgot a passenger in one stop, “bed” seats are one sqm and very uncomfortable, bus driver took the longest and most dangerous route to avoid paying tools, no one speaks a word of English, first stop for food is a rip-off place for tourists.. paid 164.000 dong for a Lays chips and some type of muffin. They also loaded the bus trunk with building materials and all my bags got super dirty.. if you need to pay penitence for your signs travel with this company, after that you will certainly be forgiven. Never again.

It was the worst experience i have ever had. Their team members even don't give a clear explanation or even the correct seats. I booked 2 tickets for VIP bus but they are forced to stay both of us in one cabin and put our things out of the cabin in the walking space. We also got the last row, which can't decline the seats even in the sleeping cabin. For 18-hour ride through such narrow space, it's not even worth for 20 dollars but the ticket price is 42 Dollars per ticket (same with local flight ticket to Saigon)

When we arrived at the location provided we were given tickets and corralled into a small, dirty holding room. We were then herded onto a van with no explanation of where we were going. The van was full so they plastic small plastic chairs in the aisle for people to sit in. Panic began to set in and I contacted the company on What’s App. They also had no idea what was going on and had to contact the garage. We finally arrived at a parking lot with buses. We boarded our bus and hoped that the experience would improve. Unfortunately there was very little air conditioning and it was like roasting in a small oven. When we booked the tickets it said the trip would take 6 hours. It took over 9 hours.

We, a family of four, took the travel bus from Hoi An to Hue. We met the bus at a cafe in Hoi An. It was reasonably priced and very comfortable. They were about 30-40 minutes late, but we arrived quickly in Hue. The bus stops in Lang Co for a break - note to everyone, check your tickets carefully. When buying the ticket, it shows two "Hue" destinations. One is only Lang Co which is still an hour from Hue city proper. My spouse accidentally bought this ticket (same price). Luckily, no one was planning to get on the bus at Lang Co so they let us stay on to Hue. Driver was mellow, van was very nice.

I booked with travel bus a bus from Ninh Binh to Hoi An. The service was amazing. They organised a driver to pick us up and drop us off at our accommodation. The bus was very spacious and comfortable. Communication was great, they always responded straight away and even kept in touch to provide assistance with booking tours in Hoi An. Overall, was a great experience would definitely book with them again.

Where to start? Massive thanks to Ngan who helped me out of an embarrassing situation. Booking process is easy and confirmation is promptly followed by a courteous message via WhatsApp. One of the pickup locations was nearby our hotel in Da Nang (near the beach). On the morning of our departure we checked out and made our way with our big backpacking bags to the pickup location. I informed the WhatsApp number that I was waiting at the pickup spot when they asked me for my booking number and informed me that I had made the booking for the wrong day! (Had it booked for the 16th vs 15th) Suffice it to say that the girlfriend was not happy with me (rightly so). Almost immediately Ngan text me to say that another bus would be leaving from that location the same day at 2:50, keep in mind that this is 10am and already 35 degrees. Alternatively, we could make our way to the head office and catch a bus from there at 11am instead. Needless to say, we hopped in a grab and went straight for the office. We were greeted by Ngan and the rest of the team who pointed us to a top of the line limousine bus, complete with massage chairs and complimentary water! Not to mention, we had the entire thing to ourselves. Within no time we were whisked off to Hoi An - on the only bus journey I’ve ever taken that I wished would have taken longer! The ride was smooth and relaxing. All of this without any extra charge despite it being my fault entirely for booking the wrong dates. I cannot recommend Viet Nam Travel Bus highly enough. Great vehicles and even greater staff. Will definitely be travelling with them again.

The bus was comfy and it stopped regularly for toilet breaks. The company was amazing with their communication after our Grab took us to the wrong location, we were very grateful they held back the bus for us as we were quite late!!
