We were captivated by the landscapes of Jordan, it’s beautiful (less so by the visit to the city of Amman)! Jordan Horizons Tours offered us a customized trip (Dead Sea, Mount Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum). They were very attentive, professional, available, and responsive. We are very satisfied.

Jordan's a great spot for a family vacation. There are Roman ruins, then there's Petra, and you get a PoV of Bedouin culture. Coming to the tour package - they follow it to the tee, give you ample time to get ready and have amazing drivers tagged to you. Would highly recommend this for going with fam

My husband and I came to visit Petra and Wadi Rum but we ended up discovering Jordan and falling in love with the country, thanks to our guide Ashraf. Ashraf picked us up at the Hussein Bridge Crossing and in three days gave us a solid understanding of his culture and country. We loved it! Easy & fast deal with Aida. Just need to be open and honest to her and tell her what you want. Even last minute changes is dealt with professionally. These 2 days trip from Irbid to Nabi Syuaib & Nabi Yusha, Ashabul Kahfi & Amman Downtown and Irbid to Petra & Mu'tah will not be a memorable trip without our tireless captain Alaa'. We dont even see any tiredness from his face alrhough its a long day.

My partner & I visited for 4 days, and thoroughly enjoyed it all. We were so looked after and so well guided all the time. Ahmed, our driver, was calm, pleasant, punctual and easy-going, and was always happy to answer our questions. We never felt under pressure for time and he made sure we were relaxed at all times. We saw everything we wanted to see and we are so glad we went with a tour group so we could relax and enjoy ourselves without having to do any planning. It has to be noted that our tour guide in Petra, Sammy, was honestly the best tour guide we have ever had. Impeccable English, witty and extremely knowledgable, not to mention took amazing pictures of us! He has all the iPhone tricks! Jordan is super safe and I felt really comfortable at all times. We had a great tour to Jordan organised by Jordan Horizon Tours. From the beginning they were very professional and informative. Aida shared a detailed itinerary beforehand and tailored the trip to ensure we saw as much as possible in the 4 days we had in Jordan. We had an exceptional driver Ahmed, who transferred us to each location around Jordan, and shared many great insights into the country, the people and the food! Due to the current (Nov. 2024) conflict in nearby countries we were initially a little apprehensive to visit, but we are so glad we did decide to visit now as Jordan is safe and unaffected. I would recommend anyone to visit Jordan now and use Jordan Horizon Tours to plan your trip.

We had an amazing time in Jordan starting from being picked up in the airport by our driver Faed, who turned out to be super knowledgable, friendly and always on hand to help with anything. We stayed at Wadi Rum, visited Little Petra, Petra, Karak Castle, St George’s Church and Mount Nebo, finishing the trip with a stay/swim in the Dead Sea. We would highly recommend all of it. Such a well planned trip. Importantly, it was all calm and peaceful with Jordan not impacted by the current conflict in the Middle East, yet suffering from it as people perhaps think otherwise. A beautiful country steeped in history and well worth a visit.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect from Jordan, but it was 1000% better than I could have ever imagined. My family and I are not used to tours and we usually explore countries on our own, but this time we decided to do it though Jordan Horizon tours and it was the best decision we made. Ibrahim Smadi was our own personal driver and he made sure we were always comfortable while giving us very interesting facts during sight seeing. He is great at managing how much time you need at each place - yet you never feel rushed or like you didn’t see everything you wanted to see. Ibrahim knows the perfect places for each sunset, and on top of that he is a great photographer! He took some amazing pictures of us (super instagramable) if you are into that, definitely picture frame worthy. Ibrahim, although not a tour guide, was very knowledgeable of his beautiful country, and for the places that tour guides were included, Ibrahim made sure to choose the best guides for us (specially in Petra where our guide name was Sami). Overall it was an amazing experience and we feel so fortunate for the great time we had. Words can’t describe how great the experience was, I guess you will just have to try yourselves :).

Jordan Horizon Tours did a fantastic job. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Jordan until the day we departed, they were highly professional and always on time. Our guide and driver, Ibrahim Smodi, was exceptional. If you're traveling with your family, he is the best person to take you to the archaeological sites. He explains everything clearly and kept the entire family engaged with his insightful commentary. Ibrahim also took amazing photos and provided great recommendations to enhance our experience. We literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall, the service was outstanding. The entire team was welcoming, and they made my family and I feel completely safe throughout the trip.
