          Once in a lifetime experience
This is definitely one of the most difficult hikes that we have ever been on but it was well worth it to see the rafflesia flower. The guides were wonderful and did their best to make sure that we were safe the entire time and made us feel very welcome.

          Fantastic tour
Really enjoyable experience with Aris, who had the perfect balance of giving sufficient information and plenty of time to enjoy each activity. He was friendly, funny, professional, and thoughtful. We really enjoyed Batu Caves, how lucky are we that people praying tolerate tourists observing their sacred ceremonies. A truly wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the hot springs too, and waterfalls, highly recommended.

A great snapshot of Kuala Lumpur's beauty.
A great day out. Harry was a terrific tour guide who made us feel very comfortable and relaxed as we drove around. Batu Caves are busy and it's a hike to get to the top but well worth it. Make sure you bring your bathers for a swim in the waterfall, it's absolutely amazing and a well needed cool off on a hot and humid day. The Pewter Factory and Batik shop are quick stops but quite interesting.

          Well worth doing.
Our guide Josh was excellent. He communicated well and he had a great knowledge of customs, history & culture. I highly recommend this tour.

          Best Tour Guide!
Ronnie Ranjit was my tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledagble historically and culturally. I wanted to see a lot of the street art so he adapted my tour to allow for enough time to get to the streets and some obscure side streets to see murals. It was a great introduction to Penang and I am glad I choose this tour.

          5 hrs well spent
Highly recommend this tour. Great historical and cultural intro to George Town. My guide Ronnie Ranjit was the best. Knowledgable, and accommodating. When I said I wanted to see street murals he made sure I got to see more than just a couple that might have been standard for the tour. Let me wander the temples on my own time. I never felt rushed to get to the next location.

          Good trip with caveats.
Overall a good trip. First stop was the hot springs which was a waste of time as the water is just too hot to get in. Next was the waterfalls which were lovely and nice for a swim but quite a few steps to get there. Batu caves were up next and even more steps but worth the effort. A little too touristy and filthy because of the monkeys eating bananas. Hardly a spiritual place but the caves are spectacular. After lunch we did the pewter factory which I found surprisingly interesting. Next the batik workshop which was quite interesting and I bought a shirt there from a good range of choices at a good price.

Great guide but not a great tour
A difficult one this. Our driver Rajan was an excellent guide and quite entertaining. However as a couple our opinion was that the pewter factory was very interesting, the batik factory was not and frankly I wouldn’t recommend any one visit the Batu cafe, at least not the main one containing the temple as over commercialised and too many people. Perhaps other caves may have been more interesting, but we were only given an hour for the visit. The hot springs are not in a natural settings and are a waste of time and the waterfall is ok, but again a fairly quick visit of an hour. The lunch was excellent and there was plenty of delicious food. Unfortunately overall I would recommend the company , but probably not the tour in its present format.

          Battu caves couples trip
We had a private tour for the 4 of us which i would definitely reccomend paying the extra £10 to do as this meant we weren't waiting around for other people and could do what we wanted really. Our guide Fauzi was brilliant! So much knowledge about all things which he was happy to share with us. The caves /steps were great. It was very busy so try and avoid weekends if u can however we still did everything we wanted to. Wear comfy shoes to climb the 200+ steps and women need to have their knees covered to climb the steps or go into any of the temples. They weren't really bothered about your shoulders so you could just take a sarong and cover up temporarily for the steps or you can buy them there. If you want to see monkeys this is a great trip. There were loads sitting on the steps and running up and down and across them. Take an apple or banana to (cautiously lol) give them but don't have any sort of plastic bag on display as they can get quite aggressive if they think you have food. The hot springs were ok, it was basically just a pit stop to sit down for a bit and put your feet in the hot and boiling hot pools. There were also some locals filling up buckets to drink and wash clothes from the bigger pools which you aren't allowed to put your feet in. The waterfall was ok, lots of steps to climb to get to the first and then 2nd level and it was very busy with locals and families having BBqs when we went (on a saturday) so didn't really feel comfortable getting in our bikinis and having a dip. We just dipped our feet in. There were also monkeys playing and looking for food about half way between the first and 2nd level which was fun to see. The pewter factory was ok. It was quite difficult to understand the guide at times as he was speaking through a mic'd up mask and as it was a weekend there werent many workers in the factory. It was interesting to see but thankfully we didn't spend alot of time there. We also had a quick pit stop at a silk shop where we saw them starting a print from scratch how they add the design and colours and then the finished article. You can also buy sarongs, shirts and some cute kids clothes from here too. Lunch was included and we were really surprised at how much food we got. We were given a big plate of delicious rice and then lots of side plates of different veg kept coming. This trip was very good especially for the price so would definitely recommend it. Top tips: 1. Go to the toilet at the pewter factory. Do not go at the waterfall. It's a public toilet which is basically a hole in the ground, or a step up to a hole in the floor. I'm still traumatised by the experience. 2. Take some fruit for the monkeys. 3. Tip your guide - they are fab! 4. Traffic is very busy, especially around the caves so be mindful of that. And that weekends can be extra busy.
