This is our second trip to China booked and coordinated by Jackie from Easy Tour China. My family had a good experience with our previous trip and this trip did not disappoint us at all. Jackie was very responsive and efficient during the process of planning for the trip. As my dad wanted to visit his dad's hometown in Hainan, Jackie helped to customize our itinerary to our needs. Our guide Cynthia and driver were both very friendly and informative, making the trip very smooth. We were very thankful of them going an extra mile to ensure that we had our dinner every day before bringing us back to our hotel despite our special vegetarian dietary requirement making it hard to find restaurants. The local guides/drivers and hotels coordinated by Easy Tour China were all of good quality and trustable. They refunded us some entrance tickets that we pre paid after realizing my elderly parents can get discounts - something that we would not have known and they could have easily keep the money for themselves but they did not. I will definitely recommend booking a trip with them esp if travelling with elderly for a fuss free experience :)

Our family with young kids spent 10 days in Beijing and Xi’an. It was a mind blowing experience for the children to climb jinshanling Great Wall taking in a non-crowded, majestic view of this historic sight. We travelled first class via the high speed rail to Xi’an to see the terracotta warriors and again, it was a first time experience. Throughout it all, we had the privilege of knowledgeable English and Chinese speaking guides and safe drivers. The guides and drivers were all highly responsible and initiated particularly Candy and Liu Shifu in Beijing. All these would not be made possible with Jackie planing and coordinating behind the scenes. Jackie made sure to customise our holiday according to our whims and fancy - eating local food, staying in a courtyard hotel in the hutongs and more… we will definitely use Easy Tour China again in our next trip to China.

My friends and I just returned from our 14 days wonderful trip with Easy Tour China.  Our attempt was trying to cover most main attractions in Hunan, Jiangxi as well as Yunnan in 14 days.  The challenge was that many of these places are rather far apart and we might end up spending most of our time on the road...Luckily we found Easy Tour China! Thanks to Silvia of Easy Tour China, she did an excellent job in assisting us to plan a complete itinerary with a perfect balance of tour activities, travelling time as well as our leisures time.  During the whole trip, though not physically be with us, Silvia was quick to respond when needed as if she was there with us at all time.  For instance, our flight from Zhangjiajie to Kunming was unexpectedly cancelled by the airlines due to some technical problems and there was no other flight available on the day.  This flight cancellation would mixed up our tight schedule and would effect the rest of our trip activities, hotels, etc.  Within half an hour after contacting Silvia via Whatsapp, she managed to booked the hi-speed train tickets, arranged a private van to take 5 of us from the airport to the train station, so that we all could catch the train and were able to reach kunming on the same day with no major effect to our original plan (several more hours delayed but that was OK). All in all, Silvia was super friendly, smart and knowledgable, helpful, honest, considerate and extremely responsive.  We really enjoyed our 14 amazing days with Easy Tour China and would recommend it to friends and anyone.  Will definitely come back..😄🤗 Great experiences with Easy Tour China!!!

We had an amazing trip arranged by Jackie. The whole trip was 22 days long and we were worried as it was the our first time in China, but Jackie was available our step of the waynto clear all our doubts and customised our trop for us. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to China.

6 of us (3 couples) went on a customised private muslim tour to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xi’an, Zhanye Danxia, Geo Nat Park, Xining & Beijing.. arranged by Easy Tour China (ETC). We chose ETC as it has responded very well to our needs. Thanks to Silvia Gan for the handling & providing us with a wonderful & fascinating experience of seeing little bit of China, but enable us to feel the vastness & greatness of the land, history, culture & development of the places.. especially getting connected with Islam in China.. I have just spent 2 fabulous weeks in China. ETC arranged a fabulous holiday covering all my needs and attractions for my first trip to China. In all 3 locations the guides and drivers were wonderful , knowledgeable and friendly. The standard of hotels used was excellent. Sylvia was always available for questions. I would definitely use ETC again for my next visit to China.

Easy Tour China arranged a bespoke one day tour of Shantou, Guangdong province for my family. Our guide Darlene was knowledgeable and flexible. She was able to find my grandfather’s ancestral village and arranged for us to visit the school and ancestral house, which was very special, especially since my grandfather left China more than 60 years ago. Since we were interested in Chaoshan cuisine, Darlene recommended a speciality goose hotpot for lunch and we were able to try lots of delicious local snacks throughout the day. In the afternoon, we visited the Chen Ci Hong former residence and learnt more about the region’s history. Darlene finally gave us a tour of the old town with its unique architecture and landmarks. Shantou remains unknown to most Western tourists, but it’s history, culture and food are so interesting, I would really recommend it!

We just returned from a 3 week customized tour of China and couldn't be happier with the level of service that we received from Easy Tour China. We are a group of four, relatively fit friends in our 60's. We had all travelled extensively in many parts of the world, but had limited experience in China. We wanted a mix of hiking, cities, villages, authentic cultural experiences, and of course food was a priority! Charlie designed an itinerary for use that met all of these goals. He adjusted and rearranged the schedule to accommodate last minute flight cancellations and availability of guides. He was our "behind the scenes" support and did a truly heroic and professional job of it. The guides and drivers were also very good. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and fully of enthusiasm for their parts of the trip. They helped us arrange additional activities, made sure we knew the history behind what we were seeing, recommended local foods to try, and really enriched our time there. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all well located and high quality. They ranged from pretty and simple to truly extraordinary. Oh, the wonders we saw.... The sites of Beijing, hiking on The Great Wall, the ancient towns of Lijiang and Shuhe, monasteries, temples, food markets, Zhangjiajie, Tiger Leaping Gorge, a bike ride around Dali and Lake Erhai, the Great Panda Breeding Center, a truly amazing Szechuan cooking class.... And so much more. It was the trip of a lifetime. If you are thinking of visiting China, this is truly the way to go. Easy Tour China receives our highest recommendation!

I am a 60+ woman who loves to travel, with family and friends or on my own. I've done many tours on my own and can say that Easy Tour China is one of the best tour company I've had the pleasure to use. Everything was very well organized. Jackie, my main contact, took care of everything (hotel, transport, tour guides, etc.) and even helped me with internet connections and phone service. He stayed in touch the whole time I was there, making sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule. Which it did! Even on days when I didn't have a guide with me, Jackie was there for me. He answered all of my calls and text messages very quickly and always with the answers I was looking for. Jackie made my trip to Beijing easy, stress-free, confortable, safe, and so very interesting! It was a beautiful discovery, every day. Also, it was truly comforting to know he was there for me. When you are stress-free in a foreign country, this makes your experience so much more enjoyable. As for my guide, Dina, she is such a wonderful guide as well! She went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful visit of Beijing: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Old Hutong neighborhoods, Lake Houhai, and more. She also helped me with public transport (how to buy tickets, how subway and bus systems work, how long it takes to go from one area to another, etc.), and the restaurants we went to had delicious food for a modest price. Dina is from Beijing and knows the city extremely well. Her stories about China, the Chinese people, history of Beijing, Chinese culture and traditions were great. I learned a lot with her. And it was really interesting: not too much info, not too little. Also, tour guides often take you to stores where they get a commission but that's not Dina: she is not the kind of guide that pushes for consumption. She is truly considerate of you, the visitor, and she'll take you where YOU want to go, to do what YOU are interested in doing, and she'll make suggestions if you ask her for something specific. This was my first visit to China and based on this introductory experience in this beautiful country, I am definitely going back. I had to thank Easy Tour China for this. It is truly an exquisite tour company and without a doubt, I will use it next time I am in China. Very trustful and well organized tour company!

Earlier this year, my friend and I embarked on an incredible journey to China, all thanks to the impeccable organisation by Charlie Chen. He meticulously planned the perfect itinerary that allowed us to explore the rich tapestry of Chinese culture. The guides, Michael in Chengdu, Betty in Xi’an, and Alice in Beijing, were both knowledgeable and exceedingly passionate about sharing cultural insights and taking us to various fascinating dining spots. I am genuinely grateful to the entire team at Easy Tour China for orchestrating such an unforgettable travel experience. The only caveat I would highlight is the prevalence of indoor smoking in China despite being banned. As a tip, it would be advisable to opt for higher-up rooms when booking accommodations.

We're so fortunate to have had Silvia help us with our trip!! We enjoyed so many varied experiences thanks to her. She arranged drivers and guides in the more remote areas and tickets for entry into the National Parks. We were able to have a custom experience, tailored just for us and still be independent tourists in this beautiful country!! We now have a new friend in China. Wang Xiang was a wonderful guide. At all times we felt taken care of while learning about historical subjects and every day life in Beijing. She was an excellent guide and I would love to return to see more of Beijing with Wang Xiang.

Wang Xiang (Sharon) was an excellent tour guide. She made sure we were well taken care of, she let us enjoy the sites (we did Great Wall and Forbidden City over two days) while she did all the legwork, including waiting in long lines while we explored the Great Wall. She also arranged for us to get amazing massages after our first day of touring.

Despite the flooding in Guilin affecting my trip, Jackie have supported me with great professionalism and made the extra mile. Really appreciate it. Thumbs up. 👍
