We chartered a car for 2 days with Mr. Orange to visit Qianling, Hanyangling, and the Terracotta Warriors. We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Ms. He. She was friendly and helpful. Ms. He is a safe driver and very patient on the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Xi'an, partly because we felt safe and were not hassled by unwanted shopping trips. David and Yaya took care of the initial booking and logistics for the 2 days and checked in on us during the 2 days. It was a pleasure and assuring experience that we were in good hands.

I travel to China 4 - 6 times a year and required 3 - 4 transfers to and from Hotels, Airports and Train stations, in the last few trip I have used Mr Orange and wish I used them sooner. I booked round trip airport transfer to downtown Xi'an, had the same driver (Mr. Wei) for both trips. Mr. Wei was very punctual and professional on both trips. Booking process was very smooth and communication was very good. Sophia kept me updated regarding upcoming pickups. Very well organised.

This tour was led by Maggie. She spoke very intelligible English and was very knowledgeable of all things Terra Cotta warriors. We did an extensive tour of the various pits of the army and very good background of the warriors and their allegiance to Emperor Qin. The fact that the site is over 2000 years old is amazing to look back this far in time. This was a very good tour in that Maggie was able to guide us away from crowds very successfully. We then ate a traditional lunch and then visited the Xian Wall fortifications. We had a quick ride on a golf cart that took us between gates (very smart to use if you can). We then rounded out the tour by going to the Muslim quarter for a quick tour. Very good value for the money.

My group of 7 made a very last minute decision to visit Terracotta Warriors from Xian. I contacted David at 10.30PM asking for transport for the next day. He got us a driver and a van within half an hour. Next day, everything went well and we were very happy with the service. His Wechat ID is chinatourop.

We travelled from Beijing to Xi'an by high speed train and arranged for a transfer to our hotel. Booking the service and communication was quick and friendly. The driver was waiting exactly where where we were expecting although he didn't have the big Mr Orange sign which was disappointing ! I had every confidence in the service as we had been given contact details of Sophia in case of problems finding the driver. 24 hours before the transfer we were sent a photograph of the driver. I think Mr Orange is a small operation but you get a very personal service. Highly recommended

I can't thank David enough for all his help & understanding. Due to an issue at immigration in Xian with the 72 hour Visa we were forced to fly onto Paris & so never made the tour. David was true to his word: I contacted him by phone from the airport to explain why we were not allowed access to visit China & he said he would refund our money. I emailed him to confirm this as instructed by him & within hours the moneys paid were refunded to our account. One day we will try again this time using a Chinese visa as we have done in the past & will definitely use this company

Before the trip even started, our tour guide Maggie was already very helpful and called us at the hotel the night before to make sure we knew the meeting time for the trip. She picked us up at 7.30 am sharp and we set off to the Terracotta Warriors Museum. During the trip she very enthusiastically told us about the history of Chinese Emperors and her English was excellent. At the warriors site she helped us go through the huge crowd and explained us a lot about the site. We never would have managed to get there and understand the local history without her help. She also took very good care of us and made sure we had drinks and were in the shade as long as possible because it was a very hot summer day. After visiting the pits, we went to lunch in a local restaurant and the food was delicious. We had a nice rest there and later we went cycling on Xi’an old city walls, which was a wonderful experience! Maggie helped us rent the bikes and kept pointing out some useful information about her native city. Finally, she brought us to the Muslim Area, where she showed us the local delicacies and left us some free time to buy souvenirs. The organisation was perfect: Maggie and the company driver were very kind and made us spend a terrific day in Xi’an. We totally recommend Orange Transfer for this trip!

Visiting Terracotta Army was our main aspiration of coming to Xi'an in the peak of tourist season and we had a very high expectation. The whole trip did not disappoint us and it actually exceeded our expectation. From very beginning, our tour guide Phoebe was very considerate by sending an email before our arrival in Xi'an informing the hotel pick up time. The day before this trip, she sent us a text message and also called us to confirm the hotel pick up time again. On the day to Terracotta site, Phoebe arrived at our hotel at the exact time she promised and she and the driver was very courteous and professional. During the period of travelling to the Terracotta site, she explained how the Terracotta site was discovered and explained the brief history of the period when the terracotta army were constructed. Once we arrived at the site, she managed everything in very detailed fashion and very accommodating in addition to be very considerate. Furthermore, she is very knowledgeable about the history behind the Terracotta army along with the history of that period of time. In particular, she pointed out many subtleties of the terracotta worriers and revealed many details on the discoveries and restorations of the terracotta soldiers. Overall, the visit to the terracotta site was memorable and Phoebe made this trip exceptional. Finally, this trip was concluded with a guided tour on the Xi'an city wall including either a bike ride or riding a golf card along a section of the city wall followed by visiting to the famous Muslim food street.

Had a great day with our Tour Guide Elina, would definitely recommend. She provided lots of information about the sites we visited and knew how to best navigate the crowds on a busy and hot Saturday.
