When I reached out via WhatsApp, WeChat and Text 30 minutes after our scheduled pickup time, they let me know they never got a confirmation email but found the schedule in their system. Refunded and said “sorry for the inconvenience” Glad I was refunded but not so happy my entire day that was planned and a tour that was planned cannot happen now. Wasted our day in Beijing as it is now too late to schedule another tour seeing as it was cancelled same day. Do not recommend.Written 20 May 2024
