A day in Hangzhou already means a lot to my family : beautiful and breathtaking sceneries, shopping haven, delicious food, & courteous people! But our visit will never be complete without our guide Sara..from the train station all the way to downtown, she is always helping us in èvery paths of our tours especially when we encountered problems with one of the attractions and despite of the frustrating situation, we were still able to enjoy exploring the place. Not only she explains the story of Hangzhou, she was also fun to be with especially with my girls that she can even be a part of our group! We loved the Songcheng show even though we weren't able to tour the entire park due to lack of time. We were so happy being with Sara and she was one of the best guides we ever had!!

We really enjoyed our tour. Sarah was such a great guide. She was accommodating to our needs, and the plan was flexible according to our preferences. She also arranged for us to have halal authentic Hangzhou cuisine, and it was some of the best food we had on our trip. We were truly able to experience the beauty of Hangzhou. Definitely recommend!

Hangzhou is a beautiful majestic city. We lucked out with the weather as it was a little cooler. Our tour guide Sarah was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & organized. We had managed to see the best highlights of Hangzhou such as the West Lake, Longjing Tea Fields, Fei lai peak & Lingyin Temples without feeling rushed and it made our trip fun and enjoyable. Sarah helped us get our entrance tickets for the boat ride & temples. She also found us an authentic restaurant for a tasty lunch. We highly recommend Sunny Tours for a private tour of Hangzhou. Also thanks to our awesome guide & a safe tour driver who managed to get us to these places safely & timely.

I have come to China for my son's World Championship of Baseball in Shaoxing. I needed to change one pick up in Hangzhou for my sister and not myself and then a last minute limo from Shanghai for myself. Sunny and team were responsive on whatsapp and email right away. 25th August 2024, HangZhou private tour. We had a fantastic time with our tour guide SARA. We spent near 8 hours visiting Westlake, Leifeng Tower, Lingyin temple. we had a very nice luxury car accompanied with us all the time. Sara is a very professional English tour guide. Lots of stories, lots of explanations, very patient and thorough. Highly recommended!

Wuzhen water town is definitely one of attractions if you are traveling to Hangzhou. The attractions are located in east and west region of the water town. West region is much bigger and crowded. Both regions offer different experience. Advise to visit east first then west region. You may walk in the west region and take a boat ride back to see different aspects of the water town. The private transfer arrangement made our visit much pleasant and easier without the hassle of public transportation. The driver is professional and on time. Nice and clean car.

The guide and the driver welcomed us at the airport, they were kind and friendly, the guide immediately asked us which areas we would prefer to see and gave us some advice. Booking this tour allowed us to visit some points of interest in the city of Hangzhou without having to worry about things like transportation, internet connection and knowledge of the local language. I'm sorry that we had only a few hours and that we weren't able to visit all the stops on the tour, so in case you only have a few hours during the day and you're not interested in buying souvenirs, I recommend planning dinner and then the visit to Hefang street as the last stops during the evening hours. The included meal was plentiful and in a nice restaurant where they also prepared local specialties.

Sunny was so easy to communicate with via WhatsApp prior to our tour. We chose the English tour guide option and assigned tour guide was Cindy. Cindy was such a lovely tour guide and gave us a brief of the city with some historical facts, local cuisine, daily life in Hangzhou etc. details that increased our appreciation for the sights and cuisine. We visited Leifeng Pagoda and had rainy smoky views of West Lake, Lingyin Temple, Feilai Peak, Longjing plantations, and Hefang street. Although it was an extremely rainy day, Cindy was very helpful and upbeat, constantly checking in on us and was very helpful to get us our entry tickets at each spot. We enjoyed Cindy's company and informative briefs about Hangzhou. We were very happy with Cindy and the driver too. Tip: Recommend to put in a request for non-smoking cars.

As a first time visitor to Hangzhou with a few days free to explore at the end of a business trip, I was looking to experience some of the local culture and see some of the amazing sights I had heard so much about. The booking of the tour was a very last minute thing, but the process was simple from start > finish and Sunny and the team were so professional and helpful throughout. Sarah was an amazing guide who I had THE BEST day with! Not only was she super friendly right from the start, but she knew many fun and interesting facts about all the places we visited on the tour; from the history of Hangzhou to the intricacies of the temple and Buddhism which I found really interesting. She really cared about making sure I enjoyed my visit (which I did) and I can highly recommend this tour to anyone who has a few spare hours in their day!

Shirley was a conscientious and helpful tour guide. We were able to go to some places that off the beaten path that interested us. The downside was being stuck in traffic. We had to skip one site we wanted to see because of the crowds. Overall, it was a pleasant day, and it was fun to talk to Shirley.

Sunny was easy to communicate and schedule with, and our guide, Freya, was wonderful. We took a tour of Hangzhou - West Lake, Tea Fields, Lingyin Temple, and more. Freya accommodated our baby daughter and made the day easy, informative, and fun. Highly recommend touring with them!
