Our driver, Ms Liu was excellent and attended to our needs. We saw everything we wanted to see in Kyoto and were happy with our experience. Ms Liu was able to find a way for us to visit our last stop (Fushimi Inari) as Police had the roads around the shrine closed. We are grateful for the service we received.

The experince with Alphard car service was tremendous. The Driver, (sorry cannot recall name) was on time, courteous, extremely helpful and made the entire day memorable. He wa able to assist us in finding the resting place of our relatives, took ust to several local sites which were nearby. He made sure to allow enough time fo us to explore on our own while also getting us to the various places we wnated to see, none of which were the usual tourist sites. A fantastic day, will do it again.

Toshi was very good. We saw a great deal on an extremely hot day. Knocked out most of the main attractions over in one fell swoop, so now we can enjoy the next four days meandering without any anxiety about missing something :)

We were unable to travel to Kyoto from Fuji area due to bullet train cancellations because of Typhoon Shanshan. We tried every way to get there including a rental car (also unavailable). They were unwilling to refund our money so we lost $500. Very frustrating as we cannot control a major Typhoon hitting Japan! Will never book with Trip Advisor or Viator again.

Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about Kyoto. His English was excellent! However, he is more of a driver than a guide as he does not accompany you to the sights except for the last stop at the Fushimi Inari Shrine (the one with tons of torii gates). There is extensive walking/uphill hiking to several of the temples, which was quite arduous in the August heat. The map that the driver provides is NOT drawn to scale and he underestimates the walking time (at least for our group in the heat of August). Recommend bringing portable fans, cooling towels, "sun"brella, and LOTS of water.

Toshi, our driver, was terrific. Our trip from Tokyo to Kyoto was delayed because of a typhoon, and he was kind enough to pick us up at the train station the morning of our tour and then take us and our bags to our hotel before starting the tour. He was accommodating, informative, very pleasant and has a good sense of humor. He took us to places we would never have found on our own. This trip was a great value and we are so glad we did it!

Our tour guide Eric is amazing, he was very interactive and fun! This is an amazing way to see Japan! We learned so much, and we had fun too! If we could, my family and I could definitely come again, the kids loved it and had so much fun.

Toshi our driving took us around major sites. We enjoyed it so much & packed in loads to one day. We were grandparents, teen & child - all had a great time.

I would not recommend this tour based on their bad customer service and dishonesty. The train to Kyoto had an accident causing a full day of train cancellations so we could not make it to Kyoto for the tour. We had to cancel because a situation that was out of our control so we informed them right away to let them know and to inform TripAdvisor. The driver was originally supposed to meet us at 11 am at the Kyoto train station and I let them know about the accident before 8 am. They kept saying the driver is already waiting at the station (it was only 8 am) using that as the reason they could not give us a refund. We didn’t appreciate the dishonest business practice and bad customer service. I will choose a more trustworthy tour company next time.

We had a very chill and fun trip to Hokkaido because of Easy Travel. They were very easy to talk to and was very accomodating. They answered all of my questions right away and they always provided me with the summary of our trip the next day. Their drivers were also very accomodating. Even though they speak very little english, we did not encounter any problem communicating with them. Thank you very much and until our next trip to Hokkaido! 😊

Our driver and tour guide Toshi, was fantastic, he was friendly easy to communicate with, very insightful and beyond accommodating. He walked us to the sites where possible. Suggested great lunch spots and gave us lots of places to eat and see around Kyoto. We couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

Since we were staying in Osaka with just one day planned for Kyoto, we decided to book a private tour to make the most of our day. It was absolutely worth it! Terry, our driver, picked us up at Kyoto Station and made our day seamless and enjoyable. First stop: Arashiyama. Terry walked us through the beautiful main garden and the serene bamboo forest, then gave us plenty of time to hike up to the Monkey Park. After that, he drove us to the stunning golden temple, Kinkakuji, and suggested a fantastic ramen place for lunch. At Fushimi Inari Shrine, Terry showed us how to properly pray at a shrine and waited patiently while we hiked up through the 1,000 torii gates. The tour ended with a drive to the Gion District, where we were fortunate enough to spot some geishas. We wouldn’t have been able to squeeze in all these activities if we had relied on public transportation. Plus, the added benefit of Terry’s local knowledge made the experience even richer. This tour was well worth it and highly recommended!

If you need to see as much as possible, this the tour. Our tour guide, Terry, was really flexible with us and very knowledgeable. Since it was 5 of us, sometimes it was hard to hear Terry especially with teens in the car. His English was understandably and has some good recommendations. He never rushed us and let us go at our pace. I can’t even imagine having to see all the sites on our own.
