Kate is an amazing and cheerful guide. She drove carefully in snowy conditions and cared about the children. Highly recommend this tour!

Kiyoe san was a lovely host and got us everywhere we wanted to go. She was super helpful with my older father (+ his walker). Great experience!

Driver and vehicle (Alphard) arrived at hotel to pick us up early, which we appreciated. Drive to Furano took just over two hours before we were dropped off at Farm Tomita which was beautiful. After a quick briefing, we were left to roam the farm on our own to enjoy the flowers and snacks on offer. Some of the flowers were just starting to bloom. Suspect that had we visited two weeks later, the flowers would have been in full bloom. We then proceeded for lunch before being driven to Biei to another farm to see the different coloured flowers grown on a hill in multi coloured rows. The farm in Biei also had alpaca’s and they allowed feeding which was fun. On the way back to Sapporo, we stopped at the blue pond. We left at 8am and returned by about 6pm. The whole service was very professional and we enjoyed the flexibility that a personal driver provided.

It was canceled unexpectedly and had to find short term an alternativ. As we were travelling it was an unhappy experience, fortunately booking.com worked and we had our tour booked there

Beautiful views (even in winter when the blue pond is frozen) and our guide was wonderful. A great quick trip for experiencing a little bit more of what Hokkaido has to offer!

The private car driver is very kind, the places are stunning in winter (lake Toya, cape chikyu, jigokudani), the driver also recommended lunch in lake Toya at a local Japanese restaurant with delicious scallop rice and miso soup, we enjoyed the whole trip very much

Our driver spoke good English and drove us well. We encountered snow storm situation that caused part of the highway to be blocked but she drove very carefully through heavy snow along the detour journey. She recommended us a good ramen place when we said we’d like to try one after visiting the zoo. We made pit stops along the journey for us to get coffee and snacks. Good trip!

First of all, I love this tour very much, the Driver Kate or something sounds like that, she is very polite and professional, she always did extra, she is very talkative. I am very satisfied with this tour thank you!!

The driver was so kind and went out of his way to help us and support us, as well as explaining the places and help us planning the trip. My parents were extremely happy with the experience. The photos do not do justice to the places. If you’re thinking of booking this service, please don’t hesitate. The Japanese and the Sapporo people are really kind.

Great trip well planned trip by the transport company. But for those who have seen lavender fields in Provence this may appear over rated. But it is still a pleasant day trip for the family in summer

Our driver Kate was excellent. She met us at our hotel promptly. She was safe, efficient and professional. Her car was immaculately clean. I hope she can drive us again another time. It may be pricey but it's worth it in my opinion. You don't have to worry about transfers, bus schedules. Just sit back and relax and enjoy. Too bad the flowers were not in full bloom. Just keep that in mind when planning.

My two adult children and I enjoyed this tour very much! We saw a lot of beautiful scenery in one day. It was very convenient o have a private driver who was very helpful and friendly. W head the best time!
