Cannot recommend enough. A highlight of our trip to Japan. Great for anyone interested in ninjas and martial arts, very authentic and the instructors are excellent while infusing the class with authentic knowledge about the history of ninjas (shinobi). We had Sho and he was terrific

Really fun session with the family, we did the 2 hour session after having done a more basic Ninja course with another setup in Tokyo. On top the basic shurikens, blowguns and sword techniques, there were more interesting elements in the 2 hour course. First of course was the costume, and more advanced/serious skills like walking silently, ninja signs etc. Especially interesting for me was learning the Kusarigama. (Sickle + Chain) Also appreciated the value-add in them taking photos and videos with their own camera and sending it to us after the session. Highly recommended, especially with young kids interested in Ninjas!

Very interesting session with lots to learn. The instructor was very skilled, patient and funny. She was patient with guiding us on tricks to use different ninja weapons. Worth every penny!

Did a two hour experience, had an amazing time!! Got to try out so many different ninja weapons as well as learn about the traditional meditations. Highly recommend if you want an immersive experience. It was also a lot of fun fully dressing up, and the instructor also took wonderful photos. They also have many different historical weapons available for purchase as souvenirs. It was great doing the experience as a solo traveler as well.

We had a great 2 hour lesson with Sho and both adults and a 9 year old boy really enjoyed the session and thought it was one of the trip highlights. Sho was great fun and really packed a lot into the 2 hours, was great that it was a small class so had lots of opportunities to try techniques. Loved that we were sent photos and videos afterwards.

I went with a friend and we had so much fun learning about ninja techniques and trying out weapons. Jack is a really good teacher, and they also take cool pictures and videos and send them to you for free. You can also buy the weapons and other ninja tools. Totally recommend!!

We had a fantastic time learning more about Ninja and practicing skills. The team took great care of us and balanced the lesson with lots of encouragement and fun. I would highly recommend the 2-hour lesson to get the most of the experience!

Such a fun experience! Highly recommend this interactive Ninja class. Our instructor was excellent, insightful and very enthusiastic. He was very patient and allowed all visitors to experience all the activities and provided guidance throughout the class. Photos were also taken throughout the class and provided afterwords, allowing us to be fully immersed in the class. So fun and really glad we did this!

Did the2 hour Ninja lesson with my son whilst in Kyoto from Australia. It was very well organised, our instructor Chihiro had good English and explain the concepts and what we needed to do. Would highly recommend this experience.

This was one of our highlights of our holiday. It was lots of fun as well as educational. My favourite part was the hidden room!

I learned a lot about ninja techniques and methods! The teacher is cool and patient! And the staff takes wonderful shots! Would recommend to family and friends!

Unique experience in Kyoto. The place is carefully prepared for a ninja training reflecting the original skills they had. The staff is really kind and supportive and the sensei is an exceptional teacher guiding you and your beloved ones through the moves, skills and teachings. Also at same time is able to make it fun for younger ones. 5 stars not enough form them. Can't recommend enough.

What a unique experience. My 13 year old really enjoyed the two hour lesson too. It is an authentic learning experience I don’t think you can have anywhere else.

Our instructor during our 2 hour session was brilliant. She adapted really well to our two excited boys and also made the session fun and interesting for us two parents too. We all came away having learnt something and had a lot of time together. Thank you.

Great fun. It is interactive from the start and you all get to try loads of weapons. Our 11yr old boy loved it - definitely recommend for kids and families.
