You will be asked to make 100% dried sweets from Wasanbon. The fluffy and smooth mouthfeel is the deliciousness of a freshly made product. You can't understand the taste of high-class Wasanbon until you try it! POINT1 You will be asked to make 100% dried sweets from Wasanbon. POINT2 You can choose the shape of the dried sweets from the cute wooden patterns created by the craftsmen. POINT3 You can enjoy the deliciousness of the product because it is freshly made.

  • At An, a Japanese culture experience located in Karasuma Gojo, Kyoto, anyone can enjoy experiencing Japanese culture. Why don't you take the first step towards Japanese culture with hermitage an? We are waiting for you with a lot of fun + learning experience programs. In making dried sweets, each person chooses their favorite mold and makes dried sweets. Wasanbon, a sugar unique to Japan, is used. You can choose either Sanuki (Kagawa) Wasanbon or Awa (Tokushima) Wasanbon. The mellow taste of 100% Wasanbon is exceptional. Making dried sweets that are fun to make, cute to look at, and inspiring to eat. Please experience 100% Wasanbon dried sweets with your own eyes and tongue! * You can make colorful dried sweets by coloring them for +200 yen. If you have any request, please let us know on the day. * Customers who wish can order matcha (500 yen) on the day of the event. * In addition, there are matcha and dried sweets making & Japanese sweets making experience, and a point-of-sale experience course. * Must wear a mask when entering the room
