About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Relax556454574330 contributionsWonderfull journeyMr Rajan was a humble agent with numerous experience which all of you Will enjoy his knowledge about KL overall... Thanks u so much...Written 18 March 2024
- NorthStar153328783750 contributionsYes to the Fireflies, No to the tourThe fireflies were nice to see (not as specacular as in the pictures), the boat ride was fun. However, I had some issues: 1) Price: The value for money on this one was just not good for me (note: booking via tripadvisor one day in advance the tour was around 350MYR for me!). Taking a grab from KL there and back would have been cheaper in total. They ask for 50MYR for the tour on site. 2) Even though it was so expensive, the "blue tears" experience had to be purchased extra for 50MYR. 3) The food. You can book this tour without the food for quite some money less. I highly recommend to NOT book the food, it is very average and way to expensive for it (was over 100MYR for me!). Also, our driver was also our guide, however there was not much information. He was very nice, but I would have liked a little more information about the river, the area and so on. For this price having a dedicated guide seems reasonable. All in all an average experience, I would book with another (cheaper) company.Written 17 March 2024

- faisalk9130 contributionsEnchanting Evenings at iCity: A Family AdventureOur visit to iCity Theme Park, with its dazzling digital lights, was a fantastic experience. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the rides, and the staff were notably helpful and kind. The park left us with positive feelings, and we're looking forward to visiting again.Written 16 March 2024
- Od10 contributionsTwinkling Fire Flies and Cute MonkeysOur driver guide Rajan was excellent, informative and friendly, excellent vehicle, safe and comfortable. Fair value for tour. Option to do eagle feeding out in the boat, 50RP, before the firefly trip, and blue plankton on the sand trip, after the fire flies, where the ocean meets the river, also 50RP. All 4 on our tour declined, I guess that you would have to wait if some went, if you choose the share option in the first place, but there is a restaurant where u can wait. The boat is basic, one engine, fits about 30 people, so others join you for this part of the tour. I loved the fireflies and was very happy, but others in my group were disappointed, I guess it depends upon what u expect! I saw the odd one, then groups of five, then a few groups of about twenty or more, all flashing very bright. Great what a little bug can do! Meal was fine, nothing to sing home about, but good and plenty. Monkeys were georgous, seemed gentle and not scarey, but beware of feeding them if u dont want to be jumped on!Written 15 March 2024
- artemp2650 contributionsGood trip for one time visitingHey, buddies. What to share my experience with this trip. 1. Overall trip was really nice. Drive is super kind and vibe was cute and comfortable. Places were pretty simple, but local and interesting. 2. But, it turns out that the information in the description is rather incomplete. Keep in mind that you will be asked for an additional 50RM if you go to see the blue ties (and you won't have much choice), and also if you go to feed the eagles (but it's understandable). It is not in the description and you need be care about it and clarify with your company before start. Enjoy your trip and take careWritten 11 March 2024

- Brett L0 contributionsMediocre trip for the time poor.Just do it yourself, this is a 'dive to' experience and from this trip the Batu caves and waterfalls were excellent, everything else was forgettable, unfortunately. The driver was a nice chap but I feel like I spent double what the tour was worth and sadly would only recommend it if you're cashed up and lazy 3/5. Sorry.Written 11 March 2024

- Jet523988425230 contributionsAn interesting eco-experience.It was well worth the visit, with a 20 minute stop at a beach accessible only by boat. It was depressing though to see the waste such as pastic bottles and detritus left by other visitors, as well as flotsam. the veiegation above the level of the mangroves was depressingly stressed by the lack of water (no rain since October) - global warming? The Sea Eagles performed for us and we met the monkeys and visited the bat cave; the lunch provided was simple but what one needed. The lack of obvious bird activity may have been a function of the time of day or perhaps the very arid conditions. The fish ecosystems seemed however to be teaming. Be prepared to pay to use the loos shoreside.Written 7 March 2024
- IlovebelizeCA0 contributionsTake Time To Visit The Butterfly ParkTake time to visit the Butterfly Park while in Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy the variety of butterflies in the middle of the city. They have created a rainforest habitat with a maze of footpaths winding through lush vegetation, across bridges over koi ponds, past waterfalls, gazebos and turtle ponds. They also had a collection of beetles, stick insects and other insects, millipedes, etc. that we checked as well.Written 7 March 2024

Of was a ling drive for a short tot with no time to have a look stond yourself.
We were picket up with a car dan after this picket up one other couple still expecting to be transferred into a bigger group and a bigger car. This turned out not to be the care so the 2.5 hour drive we were not that comfortable with 3 adults in the back. Also the driver/guide was on the phone a lot while driving swirling one one side tot the other on the highway.
When we arrived we went to see the st. Peter's church while there were still people there having a funeral. I think returning at a later time would have been more appropriate. We felt very uncomfortable taling pictures while there were people there remembering their loved ones. After that we were dropped at the red square an when we found our guide he gave us a tour of the old part of town that included him pointing at restaurants and calling on the phone. I had already asked him if we would have some time to stroll around he told me we did but we never did. At this point all th restaurant made us hungry and the 4 of us agreed to ask if we could have lunch. The guide was very irritated and made a shortcut to the indian restaurant. All the while he was constantly on the phone with what we suspect was his wife and having what we suspected was an argument. After the restaurant we still were not able to walk around for ourselves but he wanted us to go to the museum that all 4 of us declined. Even more irritated by this he put us back in the car with a short stop at the replica ship. The next stop the guide stayed in the car told us to take pictures behind the building. We still dont know what he wanted us to take pictures of so we took the time to go to the restroom and buy something to drink. And that was it! We were driving back to KL. With an irritated driver on the phone and trucks honking because he couldn't stay in his lane. We were happy to make it home in one piece. It was a bad experience and we had been on multiple tours. My recommendation is to read up on the town's history and arrange for your own taxi to Malaka. You will be able to enjoy it much more

Shocked to hear your irritating experience, We are really sorry that we are failed to fulfill your satisfiction level. Using phone while driving is a big voilation throughout the world as well as the rough driving, but very disopointed that this blunder is related to us becuse our drivers / guides are well trained and strickly follow the role of law, ethics and the tour intneary which we advertized. The satuation you faced is a rear case becuse the reviews on our platform clearly indicate that we are delivering best services, which are above the satisfactory line and touching victory stand position. Funeral is realty and we will have to accept the unexpect satuation. However your review and your rating are not matching to us, very sensitave case for us and will hurt our future travelers expectations. Therefore i want to investigate your case personly but did'nt find your booking ID. We will appriciate if you will provide us your booking Id starting from BR............ through my email id asni.bam@gmail.com. We always care our valued customers and provide best services all the time but we wlcome the feedback to minimize our mistakes for our future long term busniss.

I arranged for a private driver tour to Malacca with a friend. We had a wonderful tome. Our driver Lawrence was on-time to pick us up and through out the tour let us know what was planned next to visit, when we were stopping to eat lunch.
Being able to explore at our own pace and how long we stayed at some sights really made this a perfect tour.
Lawrence was great on telling us the history of what we visited and just making sure we had a good time!

Malacca has some historical buildings, but in my opinion nothing outstanding. The best part for me was the old sailing ship and the nautical themed museums. We were left to our own devices to discover Malacca, maybe we missed some things as we were not accompanied by a guide. Overall, glad we went and got a feel for Malacca, but would not want to visit again. The experience could have been better if we had been accompanied,

This trip was amazing. All we really wanted was a private car to the Malaka, but we also got a great driver/guide Mr Maaran who was very helpful and kind with great knowledge about the area history. The price really was good for what we got. And the food was also good. Would definitely recommend, especially Mr.Maaran.

We had a very enjoyable day trip to Malacca with Raja. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories of Malaccas history. We had a very nice traditional lunch and enjoyed the many heritage points of interest. I highly recommend this tour.

Malacca is a lovely town which is much more slower and calmer than Kuala Lumpur. The area itself is nice and we were given lots of time to see local points of interest. The lunch was delicious and very filling. Our tour guide, Mr Stephen was excellent and knew so much about the history of the area.

We had not visited Malacca before so it was of particular interest. The trip allowed us to stop off and look around, having been given a good explanation when we travelled of what we would be seeing. Lunch was included and it was very good. A good day out.
