- Sunil K0 contributionsPenang tourWell informed guide Weather was terrible but the guide made sure that we got the best possible outcome Highlight was Penang hill tourWritten 27 August 2024
- AndiHyltz0 contributionsConvenient way to see the city sights. Our tour guide was very informative and gave us rime to freely explore each location while he waited in the vehicle. He was on hand to take photos If needed. He was also quite flexible and suggested other places to visit based on our interests.Written 21 July 2024
- 222deepaka0 contributionsCaptivating PenangBreathtaking views from Penang Hill and a tour of the city of Penang with historical context by Shawn our driver/guide. A day well spent.Written 2 July 2024
- Y4600ESmaxl0 contributionsBad tour guideThe tour guide was unprofessional kept trying to flirt with my gf most of the trip, and seems like he kept doing the same with other women on the trip. Won't be using this tour service again.Written 26 June 2024
- HedyD0 contributionsShore Excursion Group Hill and Temple, PenangThis small group tour was the perfect way to spend the day in Penang. The driver/guide picked us up across from the port entrance and we passed several sites as we traveled to Penang Hill. After some explanation of what we would see, we were given free time to ride the funicular to the too to explore on our own. Next we toured Kek Lok Su Temple on our own, again after being given some facts. We prefer to tour in this manner, with time to explore what interests us and away from a group and a chatty guide. We also stopped at a batik shop and still had time to wander Georgetown before the ship departed.Written 13 May 2024
- Journey7405390 contributionsEnjoyable and also a culinary paradise.Penang Island 🏝️ is my most visited place in Peninsular Malaysia 🇲🇾 and is like a second home away from home. Will continue to visit Penang as we have many relatives there.Written 14 March 2024
- ArmyRangeratMIT0 contributionsPack all of Penang in one day!If you want to catch the entirety of Penang in one day, this is a great way to do it. Picked up from our hotel and on to each of the major sites and temples throughout the island plus a very fine lunch back in the city, we could not have planned a more efficient day of seeing everything… Considering the tour was eight hours of chauffeured and guided touring, this is a good value for the money. Ong made sure we were well taken care of with all of our logistics plus added in a nice amount of perspective and history along the way.Written 25 February 2024
- Ai Huck L0 contributionsFRIM - a nice nearby getaway from the bustling city KL!It’s a nice getaway from the bustling activity of Kuala Lumpur! Situated in Kepong, the institute is a green lung and full of interesting plants in a man made jungle that was started almost 100 years ago! Lots of nice types of accommodation for those who like staying close to nature, they have hostels, camping grounds, chalets and even colonial type bungalows for rental and events!Written 19 February 2024
- Cecile L0 contributionsPenang adventureIt was worth it, it was so educational, fun and you are able to maximise your time especially for us first timers. The guide was very well versed, helpful and accommodating to our questions 👏👏Written 11 December 2023
- Gamaliel A0 contributionsWay overpricedFirst, we waited for an hour at the jetty for our guide, then he tried to convince us to go back to KK. Food was OK but the snorkeling at Manukan was average. Totally overpriced, get the tour from the jetty, you will get it for much less.Written 11 December 2023
- Ray M0 contributionsGreat day out.Great day. Tailored to suit us by Ronnie. Lunch was a lot so don’t eat too much before you go. The fast lane at Penang hill was fabulous. Very little wait time.Written 21 October 2023
- Alex D0 contributionsThis is an absolute must see when you visit Kuala LumpurAbsolutely breathtaking. Although it’s a little outside of the centre of the city it’s well worth taking the time to visit. The light, shadow, and sunlight streaming through the caves roof is amazing. Make sure you don’t eat or drink anything in view of the monkeys or they will come out to you..Written 30 August 2023
- clairerU8003UM0 contributionsWhite water rafting Kiulu riverWe had a great time on this trip. I'm a little afraid of deep water so was quite glad the water level wasn't too deep but plenty enough. The rapids were a grade 2 which was enough. We had plenty of opportunities to get out for a swim too which was nice to cool off. Really lovely lunch at the end and overall would highly recommend this trip... lots of fun and the guides were great fun too.Written 28 August 2023
- Richo0 contributionsWouldn’t recommend2 hour drive from KK in a minibus. We knew the distance because we had been on a previous visit years ago. Mini snack of fried bananas and something else (unsure). Off down the river to see proboscis monkeys. We did see a few as well as a crocodile hiding next to riverbank. Back to land for tea. Buffet laid out in centre of room. I’m vegetarian so my food was supposedly prearranged. They brought out some fried potatoes that I would have eaten had they not been stone cold. Filled up on tiny bananas and watermelon. We had to scrape our plates into bowls and put plates and cutlery into another. Hubby spotted 1 of the staff removing bits of meat and fish and putting into a dish which he took away. Short boat ride to see the fireflies which we hadn’t seen on our previous visit, and then the 2 hour return journey.Written 24 August 2023
- inthikabh20220 contributionsPoor experience- don’t trust what they advertiseFunny how I received the email asking to leave a review our experience for genting highland and Batu cave day tour, this is what we thought we paid for as well. And got the tickets confirming the same and on when we booked the itinerary clearly stated an hour I’m Batu caves and on the ticket under what’s included it clearly stated the same. But upon getting into the van we were informed it was only Genting and the Batu caves only for private tours and they refused to take us to Batu cave. Complaining to trust pilot didn’t help either , they just copied and paste the response from agent which states it’s for private tour. And the agents have since updated their itinerary on the websites . Scammers however the driver and the guide was super friendlyWritten 17 August 2023
