      The best tourguide.
Our tourguide Rajan was an excellent guide. He was a library of knowledge and he was so much aware of the wellbeing og his customers. He has a happy, smiling and pleasant behavior and was a very good driver. We felt very safe on the way. We give him all the best recommendations.

      Great cruise with awesome crew
Great cruise with a relaxed, professional and fun crew. The program was well balanced and we enjoyed every aspect of it including food and beverages. The crew always had an eye on everybody’s needs including the safety of our daughter. We would come back any day and can’t recommend it enough.

KL half day tour to Batu Caves
Al was prompt with his pickup and informative with his knowledge of KL. We particularly enjoyed the Pewter visit to Royal Selangor and the caves themselves, albeit spoilt by rubbish everywhere

      Would not recommend
The car was in a unsatisfactory condition with the rear seat belt casings broken. The driver drove at high speed with one hand being used for constant mobile phone calls. Considering the cost it was a very poor experience

      Great intro to KK!
Amazing tour with a very experienced guide, full of interesting information and the right stops for a basic experience in this city. We've got to experience the best of the area with a couple of extra things we didn't plan for. Guide was very accommodating and made us feel safe and valued

      Beautiful evening
The temple was beautiful and the monkeys were friendly, loved the boat ride and the firefly. Our driver went out of his way to help.

Good ride on the boat but unhappy with how wildlife attractef
The boat trip was great but didn’t like the look of the fish farm with the captive Ray in one small area being man handled by all and sundry. It would have been good to have seen the eagles and kites without them being fed so frequently from the boats. Lunch was ok.

      Great tour!
We had a great tour with Geson. He was very informative and we got to drive to the top of Kek Loc Si! Unfortunately we didn’t get to do the Penang Hill because it was closed.

It was very good. The driver was very kind and gave me two toilet breaks in the middle of the three-hour trip. The tour was just right, the time was right, the schedule was right, and the Japanese were very grateful. If you get hungry on the way, they will stop by a restaurant or wait for you in front of that restaurant, and I think that price is cheaper now.

Great experience seeing the orang utan from such a short distance. The boat ride is every 45 minutes and quite punctual. The boat ride is around 10 mins time to the island and you'll be greeted by a proper structure. The orang utans are given freedom to wander in the wild, while us the visitors are enclosed in cages, viewing them from within. There are only around 15 or 16 orang utans so don't expect to see an army of them. This is good as they are aggressive by nature. Please do donate to support these organisations.

It was an early start to the day, a 3 hour car ride to the Bukit Merah Laketown resort. Our tour driver Aris was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable about the tour area, took our pictures and sent the pictures immediately on whatsapp, very respectful and even opened the car door for me every time, a very chivalrous man. We stopped once on the way for some snacks and restroom. Got to sleep during the car ride so the early start was not too bad. Had lunch at the Bukit Merah laketown resort while waiting for our boat. 15 mins boat ride to Orang Utan island where we got to see 6 Orang Utans on the day. After that headed to Perak Cave temple and the steep and narrow stairs to the top (~400-500 steps) almost left me breathless but my husband climbed the stairs effortlessly and encouraged me along the way. After that we stopped at Birch memorial clock tower, and walked through Ipoh heritage walk and concubine lane and bought some Ipoh white coffee, Teh tarik and candies to take back home for friends/families, and then we went to see the Ipoh railway station. Didn’t spend much time at the train station though as other than it being a nice building it was just a train station. The last stop was at the Kek Lok Tong cave temple. Another cave temple which was very beautiful and much cooler inside the cave. There is also a garden behind the cave which was very beautiful. After the tour it was time to head back to our hotel in KL, a journey which was only supposed to be 2.5 hours took us almost 5 hours because of the traffic so prepare yourself for some long journey incase of unexpected traffic. A long day but it was worth the visit. Higy recommend the tour when in Malaysia.

What a fabulous place the sanctuary is. It was a day the traffic was bad but Rajan our driver and guide was very informative and we got to the jetty for the boat on time. Wonderful to meet the orangutans, with such sad tales some of them but also funny characters. The temple is astounding, so beautiful and the artwork amazing. Big thanks to Rajan and we enjoyed our day!

The Orangutan Island tour with Rajan was a good experience. It took 3.5 hours from KL city. Rajan accompanied us on the tour which lasted approx. 30 minutes, sharing some knowledge about orangutans as we tried to spot them in their enclosures. We managed to see about 5 of the inhabitants of the island. The tour was organized adequately, and Rajan was very friendly and easy going, providing local knowledge and insight into the culture of Malaysia.

This is a 12hr trip so be prepared to travel! However our driver Rajan made the trip very informative and interesting offering lots of information about Kuala Lumpur and all the sites we passed by. It was very interesting to hear about the industry and cultural of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia and answered all the questions we threw at him. I would recommend this trip and hopefully you will get Rajan add your driver too!

Despite the long drive from Kuala Lumpur, the trip was definitely worth it for us. A great experience.

Our guide Rajan was punctual, friendly and very attentive. He tried very hard to make sure we had a nice day, which he did very well. We can only recommend him.

We were picked up on time by our friendly and nice driver Albinhar and he had interesting information to tell about all the destinations.
The trip to the orangutans was also a great experience and informative. The boat trip there and the location on the island were great. Also that the man is there in the cage. The temple afterwards was very impressive. An exceptional location with all the rock formations. The stop in Ipoh was unfortunately much too short. There you could only rush a few minutes through an alley. So unfortunately we missed an alley that I wanted to see so badly.(Now I know by my own research :Market Lane)I didn't have time to look for it.All other destinations there are in my opinion superfluous (train station, bell tower). No idea why this is in the program. Then prefer more time in the alleys where beautiful murals would have been to be discovered.
But our driving Albinhar I highly recommend! He is very reliable and nice.He speaks very good English and responds to all questions.

A long way to go in a day. Pick up & comfort of vehicle good. Guide friendly& English a challenge but we understood each other. Needed longer on Island & a bit poor Disney land where boats are picked up. Chinese temple very good, don’t bother with railway station.

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent experience. We're delighted to hear that you found the pick-up process smooth and the comfort of the vehicle satisfactory. It's great to know that the guide was friendly, even though there were some language challenges. Communication is key, and we appreciate your understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the limited time on the island and the less-than-ideal experience at where boats are picked up. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Chinese temple visit. We understand that everyone's preferences vary, and we regret to hear that the railway station did not meet your expectations. Your input helps us continually refine our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you again for choosing our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future. Safe travels!!
