Mr. Ary was a great driver and always on service to cater to our needs. Also very flexible so that we could make the most out of the trip and exactly see what we wanted to see.

This airport is rapidly deteriorating, and is already worsening the lousy reputation brought about by its flagship carrier, Malaysian Airlines. First, the train connecting the two terminals hasn’t worked for over 2 years, and transfers are being done with makeshift carbon monoxide filled buses. If that’s not enough to take your breath away, the gate staff and security are extremely lazy. Rarely do they open the gate at the scheduled time, and are usually rushing passengers through to make the flight. I was transferring from the Osaka-KL to the KL-Chennai flight. The plane for the second flight was already there on time, but left over 30 mins late. The security check lane for the flight wasn’t opened because someone ‘forgot’ to tell them to open it. The gate agent promptly placed the blame on the security. So essentially, no one takes responsibility at this failing airport. If this slide continues, I’m afraid that someone will take advantage of this confusion and get something on board that wasn’t supposed to be there. My advice -transit through Singapore. They run a tight ship than their Malaysian loser cousins.

Security through scanning of hand luggage can be hit and miss, I had two .308 used shell cases made in to key rings, they were taken off me, whilst the one on my wife’s key ring sailed through. The terminal is modern with the usual shops and eateries , there are two terminals

Our driver, Razif, was amazing. He managed the intense traffic like a pro! There was a festival at the Batu Caves. We'd been warned that parking nearby would be difficult, if not impossible. Imagine our surprise when he and the 2nd driver of our group managed to park right close to the cave entrance and close to each other...in spite of the hundreds of cars packed into the area. Each time we asked them to stop, they were right there when we returned. You can only appreciate that if you'd seen the traffic in the city! We had a great day, thanks to Razif. We highly recommend this service!

We needed someone to pick us up from Port Klang and take us to our hotel in KL and to take us to some places of interest on the way. I contacted Razif and he was great at responding, he listed lots of places we could visit and gave us a good price for an 8 hour tour, we then asked for another day and also to take us to the airport. He was brilliant, always punctual and his air-conditioned car was a delight in the intense heat of KL. I asked him to add a stop that I had read about which was no trouble and he also suggested more unusual tourist spots like the National Monument which was very poignant. He was happy to keep adjusting the schedule as we changed our minds about when we wanted to eat or what we wanted to do as we found the heat difficult. He was always happy to take photos for us too.The car was comfortable for 4 adults and our luggage. I would definitely recommend Razif and if we were ever in KL again I hope that he would be available to be our driver again!

Razif was excellent. No questions. He took his time to make sure we saw all Kuala Lumpur had to offer We certainly visited the main sites around the city and had time for lunch in Chinatown. Keep in mind that Kuala Lumpur is a big city and to really see everything you will need more than a day, for sure. But all in all all aspects of the tour were covered and my wife and I recommend Razif as your guide.

We used Razif twice while in Kuala Lumpur. Our first trip was to go to Kuala Selangor to see the fireflies and blue tears. Razif also took us to a place where we could feed silver leaf monkeys and to Sri Shakti temple on the way - both amazing experiences we weren’t expecting!! Razif also did our airport transfer and easily fitted five people and three suitcases in the MPV. Highly recommend Razif, great value and great service.

The trip was so smooth sailing. I didn't regret booking Mr. Razif.such a reliable driver. From berjaya square, he was able to fetch us and went to batu caves and direct to Kuala gandah elephant trip. He booked us a tour guide a head of time as well. An unforgettable trip shall I say. Salute to mr.razif which drives so smoothly and we are able to take a nap in his car while on the way towards Kuala gandah. With family flying over for a short visit from Manila, decided to take them to Malacca as I haven’t been there myself though lived in KL for the past 7 years. The tour service was excellent from the booking and to the tour crew Rosman ( tour guide) and Razif ( driver). Both were very friendly and accommodating to make sure that we get to see the most of the trip without having the feeling of being rushed or pushed to go every where. They made the trip truly personalized to our family members’ interests and pace taking into consideration our 73 year old aunt who was with us.
