About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Footprints2827480 contributionsBest of days meeting elephantsBeing up close and personal with elephants was the best! I paid for a guide once I got the elephant sanctuary and it was definitely worth it. Sadly the water level was too high for the elephants to enter the river. The conservation work they do is amazing.Written 24 November 2024
- M4547NJscottc0 contributions50/50 split for ratingBatu Caves are an amazing man made spot in a natural surrounding. Was an awesome visit. The elephant reserve not so much. Few elephants and only interaction is the ability to feed the baby elephants. Was disappointed here. Also, do NOT go on a Friday as everyone is in prayer and lots of traffic and empty reserve staff.Written 19 October 2024
- philippsX3082YU0 contributionsAbsolutely amazing experience!Batu caves were stunning, and definitely something you should see when visiting KL. For us personally the highlight of the trip was the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary, though. Getting up close with elephants, seeing them get bathed and visiting the Baby Elephants was a once in a lifetime experience. Our driver Richard did an excellent job at making us feel safe on the road and keeping us entertained. The 1 1/2 hour drive to Kuala Gandah passed in a blink as we were chatting and learning about Malaysian culture and history. On the drive home we were quite exhausted and had a good rest before arriving back at our hotel. We definitely recommend taking this tour.Written 5 October 2024
- paulamim20240 contributionsFraud AgencyIt’s a fraud agency. Please be careful folks. They take money for the entire trip and don’t get you the tickets saying this place is closed etc. complete liers.Written 1 February 2024
- NobodyKnowswealive0 contributionsGoodBeautiful, spectacular and one heck of a climb. Lots of monkeys, please tread carefully. I went in the evening about 4pm so it wasn't hot, quite cool and was a lovely climb up 272 steps. Probably won't do it again but definitely something to do at least once in your lifetime.Written 10 January 2023
- F206LAtonym0 contributionsGreat driving experienceWe were picked at Kuala Lumpur airport by James. He was excellent, we were totally lost within the airport, but he tracked us down and took us to our Hotel in KLCC. He was friendly and polite and an excellent driver. We really appreciated his efforts (and phone calls) to track us down. A big thank you to James.Written 19 December 2022
