INDRAN was fantastic as a host. He arrived on time and gave us plenty of time at each place. Joined in the chatter between us and some American girls on the trip also. Really good day! The Batik store and the Pewter factory were unexpected stops but both were brilliant. Then onto the Batu caves where we were given an hour to climb all the 272 steps to the caves! Not for people with bad knees! Onto the hot springs which was a bit useless and then the visitor to the waterfalls. Remember to take towel and swim gear!!! Lunch at the end which was a full Malaysian meal from a local cafe.

We did a private tour, excited for hot springs, waterfall and Batu Caves Batu Caves - looked awesome, the steps going up are challenging and and going down quite slippery when it rains. Very colourful and would recommend. Hot springs - just raised concrete beds filled with varying temperatures of hot water, not very comfortable and locals use it for washing themselves and making use of natural hot water. Waterfalls - long steep walk, monkeys will steal your bag or empty it looking for food if you leave it unattended. There's nowhere to change however the waterfall is pretty but I've seen better. Would l recommend, no to the hot springs and waterfall

We were very surprised by the nice and clean airport in Terenganu. What a pleasant place until people found out that we were Jewish. They started to be even nicer and wanted us to know we were welcomed. Everything is even cheaper than in Thailand we were coming from. The airport shuttle was a specious and clean minivan. The driver named Kabu was a kind young man from Terenganu. Making stops anytime we needed on the way to Basut. Our first experience in Malaysia.

This was a great little tour that was supposed to be six hours turned out to be almost 8 hours most delightful indeed!!!! 😁😁😁 we were picked up air-conditioned vehicle by our tour guide name Aris, and he was very knowledgable and talk to us about many things about Malaysia and the places that we were going and answered a lot of our ask the cost questions A wonderful guide for sure and when we return back to Malaysia we will be seeking him out and booking him again!!!

Tour guide spoke English but could only understand of few words. When he spoke while driving the car couldn't hear him over the car and road noise. Stopped for lunch at an Indian restaurant. All the food was spicy. So had NO LUNCH.

We had a great time on our Penang tour with Ronnie! He knows so much about the island and made everything super interesting. What was awesome was how he matched our energy—really friendly, fun, and easy to talk to. Ronnie took us to some cool spots we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting Penang!

Went early on a Saturday morning. Traffic was light for KL made driving around to the different sights very easy. Highlights were Chinese temple and Petronas Towers. Our driver Hery was very friendly and informative and a safe driver.

My driver Rajan was wonderful and very friendly. He made the trip very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the booking does not indicate that stages 3 and 4 of the cave tour require 5 people minimum. When I arrived after booking stage 4 I was only able to do the short stage 2 tour.

Excellent. Wasn’t 100% sure what to expect, but it was like watching little LED lights popping in the bushes from a boat. Seeing the temple and the monkeys on the way there was a bonus. I’m not sure the restaurant fully understood my food allergy though.

Nice Tour. Picked us up from our location and brought us back to the same location. Enough time spent at each spot. My favorite being the waterfalls. Special thanks to our Tour Guide Mr. Indran! He was amazing to work with from the beginning. Super communicative, flexible, knowledgeable and overall amazing. He made us feel like family and safe at all times. If you book this tour hopefully you'll get to meet Mr. Indran. He's amazing and made our vacation so very wonderful! He's the best tour guide we've had by far! Keep up the good work Indran!

This is definitely one of the most difficult hikes that we have ever been on but it was well worth it to see the rafflesia flower. The guides were wonderful and did their best to make sure that we were safe the entire time and made us feel very welcome.

Loved ALL the sights and food was amazing. Caves were AMAZING and tour guide was very friendly. No complaint. Perfect tour for tourists. HIGH RECCOMMEND. If you don’t book this tour you are wrong. MUST DO

Really enjoyable experience with Aris, who had the perfect balance of giving sufficient information and plenty of time to enjoy each activity. He was friendly, funny, professional, and thoughtful. We really enjoyed Batu Caves, how lucky are we that people praying tolerate tourists observing their sacred ceremonies. A truly wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the hot springs too, and waterfalls, highly recommended.

A great day out. Harry was a terrific tour guide who made us feel very comfortable and relaxed as we drove around. Batu Caves are busy and it's a hike to get to the top but well worth it. Make sure you bring your bathers for a swim in the waterfall, it's absolutely amazing and a well needed cool off on a hot and humid day. The Pewter Factory and Batik shop are quick stops but quite interesting.
