We used KL Taxi Tour Service for our last month Kuala Lumpur family trip. Used their vehicles for to & fro Johor to KL and KL city tour. For city tour, owner himself was a driver and he provided excellent service not only by being punctual, also acting as tour guide and explaining briefly about every location when we are about to enter every location. Their rates were very competitive. I recommend availing their service for KL city tour and other taxi services to/ from KL

Nice trip... We went to Batu Caves then to Genting.. even the weather at Batu Caves was hot but still not stop us to take pictures as much as we could.. Even we canceled our trip to Malacca but still have a good time visiting famouse placess in KL.. from Central market .. Masjid Negara.. Merdeka square .. KLCC etc.

We had a trip out to the Tapir Sanctuary which was organised in advance for us by Saiful, the drive was good, he helped with some of the translation and the morning went well. He was happy to take take us to the Batu Caves on the way back. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Saiful was an excellent driver & drove us from KL to Cameron Highlands, stopping off at the waterfalls & tea plantations en route. We also booked him for our return back to KL a few days later. He was very informative, prompt at arriving & great at communicating via email & WhatsApp. We would highly recommend him.

Saiful was waiting for us when we left the cruise ship at the appointed time and place. We only had 6 to 7 hours so wasn’t sure how much we would be able to see given traffic etc but he got us to every highlight on our itinerary except the Batu caves which would have made the day too rushed, Saiful explained everything about each site he took us to and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. We also had time for a lovely lunch in Chinatown. He got us back to the ship in plenty of time. I would highly recommend Saiful for any tour as he is kind, informative, professional and reliable.

We were a group of 3 families with kids ans did 2 full day tours (including several activities: elephant sanctuary, deer park/zoo, Batu caves, firefly boat, blue ocean, Melaka, etc) with Saiful and it was all an incredible experience. The service far exceeded our expectation in every aspect. The van was top notch and clean and Mr. Saiful ensured we were all comfortable during the tours. We ended up booking a van to the airport from his company as well and couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to everyone!

Our driver was on time. He communicated his timing via text which was good for get us ready. The drive was pleasant and we got to see nearby towns of Kuala Lumpur. Our itinerary was revised to accommodate a stop at a Buddhist temple. He patiently waited for us while we toured the temple. Center part of Melaka was fun to walk around and easy to navigate. He dropped us off and waited for us. We enjoyed exploring the town and he helped us with taking pictures. He got us to back and forth with no stress. Additionally, we tremendously enjoyed a pleasant conversation about culture, religion and family life in Malaysia. We would definitely would take trip again with our driver Afiq!
