Very long day, much longer than advertised
The place itself it well worth a visit. However the duration of the journey is testing (to say the least - 15 hours. There’s no way they could do it in 12 therefore this is misleading/ a lie). The description claims that there is a stop for dinner - there isn’t - and that they stop at Kirmizi Su - they didn’t. So again this is misleading. The guide was decent, although it was difficult to hear him. On the way home the coach was damaged due to a random attack, the guide dealt with this very professionally.

Over all good but with some issues . Great place but early start, not enough time, ticket not included
Really enjoyed the experience and it was wonderful to see such a natural wonder and amazing ancient history. However I would say that there was a little false advertising in that the stone factory on the way and the wine factory on the way back were not advertised on trip advisor as being part of the experience( although I enjoyed the wine). If these are to be part of it then at least being transparent about this up front would I feel make some tourists less disgruntled and more likely to actually buy from them. Equally the ticket price of access to Hierapolis was not included in the fee and this would have made things smoother in terms of collecting money from everybody on the coach. Finally the tour advertised that we were also due to stop at a local village with red hot water springs, but due to an incident with a collision on the coach (which was not at all the fault of the drive or the tour company for the record!) it entirely slipped my mind that we were supposed to visit this village and these springs after Hierapolis but they were never mentioned. Again being more clear in the advertising about what is and what isn’t included in the tour would be really helpful. To also feel like you can comfortably see all the sites at Hierapolis I think an additional hour or two would make things much more relaxed, and a later return rather than an early morning start which for us was 5:30. I think on holiday 6:30 is acceptable but not earlier! - but that could just be me!

Spectacular place but not enough time there... Shame.
Prompt pick-up 5.30am, knowledgeable guide, very interesting info. Badly organised coaches with wrong languages mixed, so had to stop and swap folk between coaches several times, both out *and* back...!! Long way (4hrs +), so the 20-30min comfort stops both ways were reasonable. But the extra stops at an onyx factory and wine tasting were not... weren't interested in these at all, weren't on the itinerary, and they cut into the limited time at Heiropolis and Pamukkale - which was the focus of the trip!! Ended up taking photos of the information panels for later 'cos not enough time to stand and read them! Those stops were a waste of valuable time. The place itself is spectacular but having barely 2.5hrs there, in a 15hr daytrip, isn't long enough....

          Wonderful experience
Was a wonderful trail, all the instructors involved were very kind and helpful. Lots of pictures were taken. The trail was beautiful with lots to see. The horses were beautiful and had a few cheeky snacks on the ride.

Nice tour but with intermediate annoying stops with scam sales
Amazing places, really worth visiting. You have 3 hours there to do what you want. Many people went to bath in Cleopatra's bath, but we couldn't care less: surrounded by magnificent archaeological and geological wonders, so we spent the time to explore them. Lunch was good. What we really didn't like is those intermediate stops at a jewels manufacturing place and at a wine factory place where also a tasting session took place. These things are really scam, overpriced products presented like they are rarity or miraculous things that one should definitely have. So we would have rather spent more time in Pamukkale than wasting time in these places. But unfortunately you can't choose that. An additional thing I didn't like, is the bus. Very uncomfortable seats, and some with the broken button to push the seat down, which for a long journey is a a problem as you can't rest well and you end up with back pain. The guide was alright, he provided some background of the area, but for the details we looked on the panels in the archaeological area. He gave also some basic description of the travertines, but the details we found out on the web, as there are no panels with geological descriptions (shame!!!).

Disappointed as no water in the pools
Disappointed with Pamukkale. No water in the calcium pools. Only water in the bit you walk through. It was a rather dirty looking white pumice stone. A long tiring journey but the mountain trip was pretty. Enjoyed Hierapolis but Pamukkale was the reason for the trip.

          Well worth it
We both really enjoyed this adventure seeing parts of the area in a 4x4. Take in the scenery and some local villages as part of the journey. Regardless of age, the water guns became an essential part of the experience and even created some degree of comradery. Not sure they'd allow water balloons but would be tempted to take my own water semi automatic gun :)

          Be Careful if on cruise
If you are in a cruise, be careful because you are not going to be on time at the cruise when you return from this boat trip. In our case, the boat trip was scheduled at 11 AM and the cruise had to leave at 6pm, so everybody had to be on board at 5:30pm on the cruise. It was impossible to return on time to the cruise because the boat was returning between 5:30pm to 6pm. We had to cancel the boat trip right there and obviously, we didn't get back a refund.

          Wonderful Scuba Diving Experience
This was such an incredible experience! The communication to get to the starting point was very helpful and immediate. The staff on the boat were very kind, helpful, and overall wonderful people. We felt very well taken care of with hands on dive instructors and boat crew. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they made him feel very special! The underwater sights were so beautiful. We were taken to see a plane crash along with other beautiful marine life. Would absolutely recommend, and I would also definitely do this again! 10/10 experience

Fun adventure on a real pirate ship!
We really enjoyed the pirate ship, swimming stops, and dance party time. The ride was smooth, and we really liked jumping into the blue water from the jumping spots on the ship!

We were collected personally by Year at our hotel. Very professional with an open and friendly style, she was considerate, one of our party was struggling with a back pain. Our coach did have problems but she immediately resolved this by arranging a replacement within 5 minutes. I have been to Ephesus before but learned some facts from her that I hadn't discovered previously. All in all she was a first class guide and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone. Also she had a great sense of humour as one of our party is a bit if a joker. Amazing trip !!

        Ephesus trip booked through Bodex
Pick up @ 7am from hotel 75m uphill from the Istankoy Hotel, Bodrum.
Stop for turkish breakfast costing 20ytl each. Some hotels provide breakfast packs for free. Stop at Galata jewellery for tour/ shopping & nice toilets. Arrived at Ephesus at 11.30. English guided 2 hrs tour. Excellent. Lunch stop at Sultan restaurant - v good buffet. Drinks extra. The trip to ceramic factory with demonstration of production & painting techniques. A lot of waiting around doing other things or waiting for others to re-join. Departed Selčuk at 16.10 for journey back to Bodrum. Arrived 18.30. Long day travelling but the visit to Efes worth it - not sure about the add-ons though!

The trips involvs a lot of stops in irrelevant shops, while the Ephes visit is only 2,5 hours which hardly gives any time to see the sites.
The bus was crowded and people mostly didn't wear masks, the tour guides didn't require it.
The lunch was ok but lasted only 30 minutes, while a visit to a jewelry shop was more than an hour.
Not worth the money, better rent a car and go their on your own.

An accurate description of the day. would be helpful. The multiple stops were just a. waste of time. Breakfast was not included, but we. had to stop to provide business to a local establishment. Then the visit to the Jewelry factory where anxious sales people were ready for us to spend $1000's. The 'included lunch' - canteen, was another tour stop where we had to wait for other tour busses to vacate.....so stopped at a candy factory!
The Ephesus. guide was OK - but it was all 'hurry up and wait' around other tour groups. Then learned much wasn't covered - suggest the private audio tour. where one can get all information, plus walk at ones own pace.
