Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação em relação ao guia Vilela, da WS Receptivo.
Contratei um pacote na CVC, que utiliza os serviços da WS receptivo em Maceió.
Estávamos com um passeio previsto para a praia do Francês/Barra de São Miguel, no dia 07DEZ21, com saída prevista do Maceió Mar hotel às 7:30.
Eu e mais 3 amigas estávamos sentadas ao lado da recepção do hotel, desde antes do horário previsto para a saída.
Às 7:55 da manhã, vimos um ônibus da CVC encostando no hotel e o guia Vilela desceu apressadamente com o celular da mão filmando.
Ele entrou praticamente correndo no hotel, já filmando, por uma porta da recepção e saiu pela outra.
Em nenhum momento nosso nome foi chamado.
Achei a situação estranha e, apesar de não saber se ele seria nosso guia, saí correndo atrás dele quando ele estava retornando ao ônibus e perguntei se ele tinha ido buscar a gente.
Ele confirmou os nomes da lista e disse q sim.
Questionei o guia Vilela o motivo de ele ter entrado correndo no hotel e de não ter chamado o nosso nome. Ele respondeu que ele já estava atrasado e que se fosse ficar chamando os nomes ele atrasaria ainda mais e nos tratou de maneira extremamente grosseira, sem sequer ter pedido desculpas pelos 25 minutos de atraso.

I loved the trip with there was a very cozy restaurant with live music and the best thing that I liked that my son liked the most was the footvolley court and byt tennis he loved it and didn't want to leave there lol

Havia cancelado um passeio e agendado outro e a companhia não verificou isso(?).
Nos puseram em ônibus da CVC que deu socorro , inclusive mais pessoas do ônibus também passaram pelo mesmo perrengue. Louvável a atitude da guia Akemi que tentou amenizar o ocorrido, mas não exime responsabilidades.
