So one adivice is to arrive at porto de galinhas earlier than midday. Next to porto de galinhas beach there is a fair where you can buy a lot of things, like t-shirts, drinks, souvenirs, food and etc.Written 8 November 2022

The first tour was the most beautiful adding the Penelope car with its great views and soundtracks. The second tour was a mix of shopping, a little bit of history, beach and a wonderful sunset at the Jacaré river listening to Ravel’s bolero. I recommend both tours and if you have Solange as your guide it will be a wonderful experience!Written 8 December 2018

Quando cheguei no aeroporto dos Palmares em Maceió, simplesmente não tinha nenhuma placa com o meu nome, fiquei perdido com aquele monte de gente perguntando se queria taxi, uber, etc. Dai tivemos que separar a família e ir de grupo em grupo para tentar descobrir se tinha alguém nos esperando, foi um sentimento bem ruim, pois quando se chega num local desconhecido se espera ter apoio e foi tudo que a Luck não nos deu. Péssimo. Não recomendo como Receptivo no aeroporto.

Para nuestro primer viaje a Maceió contraté con esta empresa para que nos hagan el traslado aeropuerto-hotel y hotel-aeropuerto.
Al llegar el servicio se cumplió como correspondía, nos recibió una Sra llamada Gertrudis que nos pidió los datos del vuelo de vuelta para coordinar bien el horario en que nos pasarían a buscar por el hotel para llevarnos al aeropuerto, nos dijo que el mismo día en que saldría el vuelo nos dejaría en el hotel (Ritz Suites) un mensaje confirmando la hora en que debíamos estar en el hotel. Llegado el dia de pegar la vuelta nos dejan el mensaje en el hotel y para ser precavidas decidimos con mi hermana estar 2 horas antes de la hora que nos habían indicado. Esperamos y esperamos pero NUNCA LLEGARON! NOS DEJARON PLANTADAS! Tuvimos que ponernos a buscar un transporte a la 1 de la mañana y rogar no perder el vuelo.
Reclamé en varias oportunidades de manera telefónica, deje mensajes y comentarios en todas sus plataformas pero nadie me responde! Estoy por iniciar accione legales en defensa al consumidor para obtener la devolución de mi dinero.
NO SE DEJEN ESTAFAR!

Fizemos o translado do aeroporto, além dos passeios para dunas do marapé e maragogi. Guias super preparados, transporte com veículos de qualidade e os convênios locais com hotéis e pousadas de qualidade.
Comprei os passeios pela decolar e infelizmente, outros foram direcionados para uma empresa horrível.
Voltarei a Maceió e na ocasião, farei todos os passeios com a Luck. Serviço muito bom.
