About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Sandman1170 contributionsIguazú Falls Brazilian SideThe Brazilian side offers breathtaking views, and the helicopter ride was incredibly scenic. Everyone had a window seat, allowing us to capture some fantastic photos. The safari was enjoyable, with a diverse array of birds to observe. However, the boat ride was undoubtedly the highlight. It was an absolute blast, and they even drove us into the falls, soaking us all to the bone. It was an unforgettable experience. Mauricio was an exceptional tour guide. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He didn’t rush us or pressure us into doing anything. Instead, he patiently guided us through the entire experience, providing us with all the necessary information and assistance. Mauricio was truly a valuable asset to our tour.Written 9 December 2024
- Gill3120 contributionsGreat day visiting both sides of the falls! Our tour for just the 2 of us was with Maycon; he was a fabulous guide full of interesting facts and answered all our questions! There had been torrential rain for 24hrs so Devil’s Throat was shut sadly, but the falls were overwhelming and so full and spectacular. We saw both sides and both were amazing - definitely recommended:)Written 9 December 2024
- martina c0 contributionsGreat preparation and tour executionThe tour was well organised, great communication and very clear. Our tour guide Roberto was fantastic, good storytelling, knowledgeable, well equipped, even first aid, water for the group and rain coat. Despite heavy rain and bad weather he encouraged us to go with trail and I felt very safe. The experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend to take the tour and relay on your tour guide.Written 8 December 2024
- collind4410 contributionsA fun day seeing both sides of the fallsIt was an excellent tour The group I went with were fun and the guide good. Seeing both sides in one day is definitely doable with this tour.Written 28 November 2024
- Mark_YVR0 contributionsDefinitely need to see both sides, and this tour will do it!The guide, Mr. Brhenno, was one of the best: funny, full of historical stories, was always pointing out interesting features and animals, and was flexible to the interests of the group. Seeing both sides of the falls is recommended (personally, I preferred the Brazilian side), and it is so much easier with this efficiently run organization.Written 22 November 2024
- brettp8700 contributionsBest day out ever!!This is a brilliant tour. I think it would be impossible to self-guide a one day trip seeing both sides of the falls and taking the optional boat trip under the falls. The guys at Gray Line know how to make the most of the day. And what a day it is - the falls are the most amazing thing any of us have ever seen - we were blown away. I won't post photos as you don't need to - there are thousands online. Look at them and know that basically you will see all of that and more. It's not a cheap day out after the park passes, the boat trip and out of pocket expenses - but it's absolutely worth every penny. Strongly recommended.Written 16 November 2024
- 849gislainen0 contributionsGreat experience!Wow...these guys where the best. We had booked this trip a year ago. These last 2 weeks my father in law became less and less mobile. When we got to Foz we started to learn about the work that it takes to go to visit the Water falls. My father in law was not hoing to be able. So these guys last minute changed everything for us. They ended up fibdibg a wheelchair, our tour became private and one of the guides pushed him all the way to the platform in front of the Devil's Throat. He had a lot of fun. We went with the other guide on the trail and it was fascinating! We all met later. The guides get you in front of the lines everywhere. Getting a guide if you are an elderly or have one with you is the way to go. These guys will adapt and make your visit very pleasureble. Things I learned about Foz. Both sides on the Falls is a very , very long day and unless you are young or in very good shape skip and do on 2 days. The Brazilian side is nicer than the Argentinian. You see more beauty. The Brazilisn side you see from the front and in the Argentinian side you will see from above. Also Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil meet so your trip can be much more than just the falls. Plan well, read well before you go and contract these guys for your tour!Written 10 November 2024
- Rakesh R0 contributionsFabulous day tour of one of the great natural wonders of the world!Well organised tour with excellent communication. The falls are amazing but this trip allows you to enjoy the whole experience with great organisation that reduces the queues. I would thoroughly recommend it!Written 9 November 2024
- duhronn0 contributionsFriendly local guide shows you the best of Foz de IguazuLucas was a great guide! Super friendly and personable. Took us on a day through Iguazú falls getting to do everything we wanted to in the falls. Helicopter ride, boat tour, walking along the falls, bird park, coati and capybara sightings. Great trip from start to finish!Written 9 November 2024
- joannehurley0 contributionsAmazing views from everywhere..What can I say, its truly amazing wherever you are but the Devils Throat is the best part and we did helicopter, boat trip boat sides and stayed inside the park.Written 1 November 2024
- I8968FZrichardh0 contributionsAn excellent adventure! The views were wonderful. Great family outing…I would suggest it to anyone. We had super weather and great company in the others in our tour group!Written 26 October 2024
- L8780YJandresd0 contributionsIguazú falls from the Argentinian and Brazilian sidesAmazing views of the falls from both the Argentina and Brazil sides. Our tour guide Henrique was very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. He truly went the extra mile!!Written 1 October 2024
- mbalsevich0 contributionsIrreplaceable views, but comes with a price, specially for self organized familiesThe views are amazing and the path over the river is great. This is a different view you don't get from the Brazilian side. HOWEVER... the rest of the infrastructure and organization are dated and insufficient. They only accept pesos, it is quite more expensive than the Brazilian size, long queue to pay, crowded and disorganized, the boat rides don't allow under 12 (brazil I went with 7 year old) police stops you "tourists only payments" on YOUR WAY OUT (basically an extortion). Al the vices of Latin American countries in one. Basically: if you're adult on an organized/ guide tour, the views are TOTALLY worth it. If you're a family with young kids (12 or less) brazil is vastly better, except for the unique views of the garganta del Diablo.Written 30 September 2024
- PIERRE GEORGES B0 contributionsI was blown away by the sheer magnitude of these novel ending falls. In one word WOW.What an excellent experience. I was not quite sure what to expect and I was blown away by it all. My recommendation is that you start your journey at the last stop and walk backwards as the last stop is where the best and most powerful falls are. Also if possible start early to avoid the crowds as it does get crowded.Written 17 August 2024

It was a wonderful trip to the Argentinan side of the Iguazu Falls. The pick up was on time and the trip was very well organised. Antonio, our guide was very cheerful and helpful. He ensured our safety throughout the trip. Like other reviews said he is knowledgible and gave us interesting facts about the Iguazu Falls and the animals living there. It wasn’t too crowded on the Argentinan side and we had sufficient time to take photos and enjoyed ourselves. Devil’s Throat is definitely breath taking! It’s truly a memorable trip and I’d recommend this tour to my friends and family visiting Brazil/Argentina. Muito obrigada!

Our guide was excellent, and made the trip super easy from border crossing to viewing all the circuits at the falls. He also took us to lunch at a local churrascaria on the Brazil side before ending the tour!

The pick up was on time. The bus was comfortable. The guide was able, kept everything under control, trying to please everyone; pleasant demanour. Most of the day went by waiting at the border and queing up for almost anything else. Horribly crowded. It was even hard to get a good glimpse of the beautiful waterfalls. Drop off at the hotel.

Dear Arnar S,
Thank you for your review.
Due to the date you posted on, I'm assuming you went during Carnaval, which is very crowded and full. We hope you have another chance to visit again when it's a bit less busy.
We hope to see you soon.
Thanks,
best regards,

We bought full day trip to Argentinian iguazu fall. The trip was suppose to include the return transfer from Foz do Iguazu (Brazil), garganta del diablo, lower and upper circuts. Apart from both of us there was an older lady 67years old). When we reached the bridge to the garganta del diablo we said yo our guide that we will go faster to spend there more time so she( our guide) can go slower with the older lady. Our guide agreed and said she would be waiting for us. When we came back we waited 1 hour fir the guide and as we could not get any wifi to write to our guide we decided to go to lower circut were we immediately called the agency asking where is our guide. We thought that something had happed to the older lady. To start with no one spoke English or Spanish do it was difficult to communicate. We said were we are and asked where is the guide and we were she is at the exit of the park it was around noon so half a day of our trip. We went only to lower circut as we were afraid we would run out of our time. When we went to the exit (we still had time till the end of our trip) we searched for our guide, for the car ...our guide left without trying to call us or make sure someone else would take us back to Brazil. She took also the money for the tourist tax. We found wifi and wrote her were she was but she replied that she waited for us 1 hour but the older lady was tired so SHE LEFT. After that she switched of her whats up. We were very stressed and we called again the agency and waited 1,5 hours for another guide who finished full day trip with other customer and went with them back to Brazil. Please be aware as this was a serious negligence of safety. Something might have happened to us but the guide which we paid for did not bother to take care our safety, did not tried to call us to make sure we are ok, left us in the foreign country without help. We asked for the refund but we were informed that we can get 25£ discount for the next trip which we will never book again. Just the calls we made on roaming in Argentina would be much more than 25 pounds. Unfortunately we will not get any refund hence we would like to warn everyone so nobody will experience what we have had.

Dear LuigidX9631ZV,
Thank you for your review.
The guide advised that you decide to move away from the group to do more instead of going along with the guide and the shared group. She advised against it due to the chance of a Mismatch, but as you preferred to go ahead, she settled a meeting point and a time and you missed that time to be there. She waited but eventually had to continue with the tour.
When we received your call, we advised where the guide us, but instead of meeting with the guide you chose to to another part of the Park. We then arranged for you to come back with another guide and group.
Unfortunately with you missing the time to meet at the schedule place and having preferred to extend your visit rather than meet with the guide when you made contact with us, made it impossible for the guide to stay endlessly waiting.
Ideally when doing a shared group you should always be at your guide or at least meet the group at the scheduled time and place.
Thank you.

Excellent guide, excellent experience at the falls, all around very happy with my trip! The guide was on time with everything, knew the best way to experience the falls to avoid the crowds and the blazing sun. I really enjoyed both days, the falls will blow you away!! Highly recommend adding the boat trip, it was 100% worth it!!

A well-planned trip. Great experience. I was picked up on time, and everything else on the itinerary, in spite of the many different "moving parts" was executed smoothly and professionally. The only thing I would have changed was the amount of information shared regarding the history of the place, but in the end, this is something that one can easily read about independently. I took the combined trip to both sides and also thought that a little more info on how lunch worked on the Brazilian side should have been offered. But everything regarding the tour itself was great - just the right amount of walking, just the right amount of time at various locations, just the right balance to give you a good experience and a feel for the place. I have to point out that the weather, the border crossing, and the size of the group can change all of this easily, so a certain amount of luck is mixed in. The guide was great. Do I wish he had better English - yes, but it was manageable, and to my surprise, English speaking turned out to be a problem in Brazil in general. It appears to be a chauvinistic issue - Brazil being friends with China, Russia and India, does not put her in the best of company this way. Even flights and airports there do not have announcements in English, so I was happy to get a guide who might not have spoken perfectly, but managed to communicate the basics.Overall, 5 stars.

Hi - I just booked 2 tickets for this transfer for August 3rd.
I know I have to buy tickets to enter the Iguazu park online, but while trying the buy the tickets the Argentinian website asks me at which time I will enter the park. Can you please confirm which time I should inform? Thank you.
