About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- BoatManager20180 contributionsWhat an experience!Seeing the Falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides on consecutive days gave us a complete perspective of their grandeur. Gisela, our guide, was very efficient with facilitating our border crossing and entrances. Her knowledge about the best viewing places and the wildlife were second to none. We saw coati, had a fabulous sighting of a pair of toucans and marvelled at the dusky swifts who only live in that part of the world. The sight and sound of the roaring Falls were spellbinding.Written 17 October 2024
- MPeabody0 contributionsMagnificent Falls! The falls were magnificent! Bigger than we had anticipated. We used a local tour guide who showed us around the Brazilian side of the falls, and then the next day took us over to the Argentinian side of the falls. On the Argentinian side, there is a very large well maintained park which has three trails that you can take to view the falls. You can access the upper trail via a small train. The falls on the Argentinian side are much more spectacular! We're glad we took the time to go to the other side.Written 2 October 2024
- Two S0 contributionsBrazil and Argentia's FallsAmazing experience and a great guide. Loved every moment and will highly recommend to others. Visited both Argentia and Brazil's borders, both give different views. A memory to share with othersWritten 4 September 2024
- F6964RSdavidm0 contributionsGreat experienceFalls were awesome! The safari boat was the highlight. Tour company did pick-up and drop off at our hotel. We also had an excellent guide, Junior, who spoke very good English. Would definitely recommend.Written 8 June 2024
- Trail162931507730 contributionsWARNING! Driver scams you out of additional money.Do not use this company. On December 19, 2023, my parents went on the Iguazu Falls tour from Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, using this company. The driver they sent scammed my elderly parents, along with many others in the bus, out of an additional $10 USD per person by making them wait in the vehicle while he went to buy the park tickets. The stripped them of the opportunity to go buy the tickets themselves. This scam involved forcing my parents, along with others in the bus, to pay cash at an exchange rate of 175 Portugese Real, which works out to approximately $35 USD for each park ticket when it should have been around $25 USD. I asked this company four times for the name and phone number of the driver but they refuse to provide the information. Furthermore, the driver then made each person pay an additional 5 Reais on the way back, claiming it was to pay for some additional fee. Lastly, this booking was done for an 8 am tour departure. The company sent us an email stating 7:40 am, which was fine. However, the driver showed up at the hotel at 7:10 am while my mother was still eating breakfast telling her to get moving or he would leave them behind. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with and even to this moment they refuse to provide the driver's information to us because are protecting his scam from the police. I petitioned Viator for a refund for at least one of the tickets but this company turned around and lied to them stating that my parents chose to do the conversion at a much higher market exchange rate with the driver. I hope others that were in the bus come forward.Written 23 December 2023
- tomosl2380 contributionsGreat Trip to Brazilian Iguazu FallsI had a great time on my trip to the Brazilian Iguazu Falls. The trip was informative, interesting and the team members made it a great day out. The group I was part of (seven people) were catered to all day, with our needs put first and always considered a priority. Our guide, Joan Pedro, was knowledgable, made the effort to explain everything to me in English and enriched our experience of the Falls. Thank you for a great trip.Written 9 November 2023
- Donie S0 contributionsFalls CallsThe sense of fun started building as soon as you sat in the boat - when you see the operators wrapping up in rainproof gear, you knew it was gonna get wet wet wet... and it did not disappoint...Written 9 April 2023
- Marcel B0 contributionsA rly impressive wonder from the natureIt was amazing and very beautiful. Wow! But if you don't go with the boat I'd recommand the brasilian side to watch the waterfalls. In my opinion there's a better view there.Written 13 February 2023
- edelli0tt0 contributionsVery fun trip! The waterfalls are amazing and not to be missed. The macuco safari was an excellent way to experience the waterfalls so close you get absolutely drenched! An excellent combination of seeing raw nature up close and a bit of an adrenaline rush! Noticeably the company even picked us up from our hotel at our request even though it was not one of the designated pick up points. Our guide was perfectly fine, but I would say he was more of a driver than a guide. This is not to be missed!! Absolutely amazing!Written 6 February 2023
- willskeates0 contributionsBreathtakingGreat day at the falls from the well defined path ways that took you along the upper parts of the Brazilian side of the falls the walkway that took you in front of the falls. The spay and the thundering sound of 1.5 million liters per second was amazing, lunch at the restaurant was very nice with a view towards Argentina. The Macuco boat Safari is a must as you get to see the falls from the water> you will get wet as you take Three showers in the falls. i would highly recommend this trip. All Covid precautions were in place.Written 11 February 2022
- Lubo V0 contributionsMust do when at Iguazu10 minutes flight in a small helicopter with a pilot and 3 (or 7) passengers. It's done from Brazilian part of the park. Gives a wonderful perspective and view of the waterfalls, river and the rain forest. A must see. It's better if you sit in front or next to the window. The staff decides who sits where.Written 29 December 2019
