This was a most amazing day! The falls are indescribable and pictures do not do them justice. This is one of the "seven wonders of the natural world" for a reason. Seeing the falls were magical, but the way we saw them was spectacular. If there was ever a reason for a private guide, this is it. Ask for Everton as he was a grand tour guide. Everton is a local that has guided many for many years. Many workers at the falls knew Everton and it made it easy for us to get around. We decided to do the Brazilian side as well. It was Carnevale when we were there, so the lines at the border crossing we 1-2 hours long. With Everton, he had a driver pick us up at the airport, we drove to the parking lot of the park and walked across the border to Everton waiting for us. It took all of two minutes. Fantastic! Everton's knowledge and love of the park and the falls really added to a great day. He called the park "my office". What a lucky man!

William was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, courteous and enthusiastic. He contacted me via WhatsApp ahead of the tour and adjusted our itinerary in order to be able to arrive on time for an upcoming flight. Iguazú was unimaginable and breathtaking. Our driver Rodrigo was an excellent guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. The relaxed atmosphere and flexibility in time were great. Our helicopter tour was very scenic, and Rodrigo helped with our check-in for the flight. We finished our tour with a wonderful shopping experience and the best hot chocolate and coffee. We visited Foz do Iguaçu in August 2023. We had an amazing and adventurous private tour on both sides of the unique waterfall together with Rodrigo. He took care of all the administrative matters, booked the fun and impressive boat trip and was communicative while booking the tour and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. During the entire tour we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Rodrigo is a great person, fluent in several languages and he has a profound knowledge of the flora and fauna as well as the geology of Foz do Iguaçu. He even supported us in another issue we had. We highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Rodrigo is an excellent guide. Our family spent 2 days with him touring both sides of the falls and enjoying all that is in vicinity. He was amazing with our 3 young kids and was a wealth of knowledge for their 100 questions. Highly recommend going this route. We would have never been able to seen as much so efficiently. Must do for touring the falls.

This was an incredible experience and a brilliant way to see Iguaçu falls both in the air and on foot. Rodrigo was a phenomenal host, both knowledgable and friendly and he made the experience even better. The views from above are one of a kind whilst the views on the ground are just breathtaking. If you want a stress free and high quality experience to see the falls, then this is the activity for you!

Friendly and helpful driver! She picked us up on time and facilitated all border crossings and park access! She let us take the trails at our own pace and gave us great information on what to expect! All while we enjoyed spectacular views of the waterfalls.

This was one of the most amazing places we’ve ever visited. My jaw literally dropped at first glance and we were in awe all day. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly, so we learned a lot about the local environment and politics of this part of Brazil. We’re so glad we booked both sides in one day. Well worth it!

For what you pay, this is overpriced and you’re better spending your money with another tour operator. Firstly, this morning we were greeted by quite a fiery Rodrigo, bragging, inappropriately discussing politics (something that made us feel a little awkward) and a general lack of care. He left us to our own devices, many times, would spend more time speaking German to other tour groups rather than us…we felt somewhat belittled and as if we weren’t good enough for him. We did the boat tour, it was very fun! So would highly recommend. We were then re-greeted by Rodrigo, rushing to get away - felt like it was for a ‘better’ client, as highlighted above, something he kept talking about. Willian replaced Rodrigo, albeit, nicer and calmer energy - would disappear here and there. He told us at the Argentine side he would join us after using the bathroom. 30 minutes later - nowhere to be seen. We were hoping to learn something, but we decided to head back. I texted Rodrigo mentioning my disappointment- to receive an aggressive response (see screenshot attached). Essentially telling me, I had no right to be disappointed. So Willian, allegedly sick with Dengue fever, met us as if nothing had happened. Not 100% convinced, as someone who has had Dengue before. But for this sake, I will give the benefit of the doubt. The cherry on top of the cake was - we asked to be dropped off at the Friendship Bridge, on the Brazil side. Willian took us over the bridge - to be stuck in traffic for an hour. THEN asked us to pay 80USD for the service to cross the bridge. We negotiated it to 40. Let me reiterate - we asked to be dropped off at the Brazil side of the bridge - so we could walk across. Don’t waste your money and time on this tour, unless you want to be gloated at, and frankly scammed.

We had the easiest and most enjoyable tour we could have imagined. Our tour guide, Rodrigo, speaks four languages (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese) fluently. we had great conversations, learned so much about Brazil, the falls, and a variety of other topics. Rodrigo helped us come up with the plan and itinerary that worked best for our schedule. He helped make everything seamless and made great recommendations for food, had coffee and tea waiting at several spots, helped us exchange money, helped us to cross the border to Argentina, and even dropped us off at a local recommendation restaurant for dinner at the end of the day. Words of advice— if doing boat experience on brazil side (once in a lifetime experience!!) - rent a locker (2$ USD) before going on the boat— DO NOT bring anything on the boat that’s not completely waterproof; you will get drenched. Unfortunately, The guy next to us broke his expensive camera as it got drenched also. Anyway, Highly recommend this tour with Rodrigo. Make sure to save time to do both the Brazil and Argentina sides they are two very different experiences. P.s. don’t feed the Coati

I did lots of research to find a guide that could show us the best of our limited time at Iguacu Falls and it certainly paid off ! We visited both sides. Rodrigo was amazing. His knowledge of the area, history and ecology is incredible. His spoken english is very clear and he is a great communicator. He was super flexible with our arrangements and so accommodating with our requests. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Book him, you will not be disappointed !
