We did the city tour with Roberto and we absolutely loved it! He wa very nice and knowledgable of Recife and all of its customs, traditions and history. All the other staff that did our transfers were also all very professional and nice and we had a fantastic and safe time visiting Recife, Porto de Galinhas and Maragogi. Great experience with Up Translados! We used the transfer service and the sheep tour! Super attentive and helpful staff, from Anderson and Letícia, who assisted me virtually, to the drivers, etc. I had booked 2 tours, but unfortunately we had to cancel the tour to the natural pools due to the weather and we had no problems with refunds.

I made several transfers with UP. Recife/Olinda/Porto de Galinhas/Praia dos Carneiros. Everything worked perfectly. Punctuality, comfort and safety were the strong points. I would like to thank Letícia for putting together this logistics, the driver Janilson and the buggy driver Pedro. I highly recommend this company!

Fizemos todo o pacote com eles.
Começando com o Anderson no canal do WhatsApp muito prestativo, gentil e resolutivo. Tirou todas as dúvidas e manteve tudo explicado. Tudo organizado e entregue em planilhas e pdfs.
Transfer de Recife até Porto com a Josy. Gentileza e segurança.
O mergulho na aquamarina, desde a recepção até os instrutores no local.
Passeio de Buggy com o Pedro no ponta a ponta de PG (fotógrafo incrível tb hehe)
Passeios Maragoggi e Carneiros com o Figueredo no transfer. Cuidadoso e gentil.. ele foi 10.
Os locais que a agência fecha para os almoços e entre outros, muito bons. Principalmente em muro alto e bora bora em carneiros
Os passeios de lancha também foram com profissionais ótimos.. a experiência da viagem foi incrível, e agência ajudou muito com a comodidade, praticidade, nos deixando confortáveis e sem perrengues hehe. Indico e faria novamente com eles.
Transfer da volta com o Janilson tb foi muito bom. Prestativo e cuidadoso.

Empresa totalmente adequada, serviços excelentes, Com carros totalmente bem equipados e de bom estado, o motorista JANILSON foi uma pessoa maravilhosa, só tenho que agradecer pelo o que proporcionou em minha viagem, fazendo com que ela ficasse inesquecível, peçam seus pacotes com ele como motorista, que serão os seus melhores passeios. O atendente RAFAEL super me atendeu bem, fez com que meus pacotes fechados com ele que fossem perfeitos, explicou vírgulas e pontos para que não houvesse dúvidas, fechei com ele tudo via WhatsApp, no começo era apenas o transfer do aeroporto de recife á Porto de galinhas ida e volta, porém não tive como no contratar outros pacotes como, passeio de buggy, passeio em carneiros, passeio em maragogi, por conta de um atendimento excelente. Gente minha viagem foi perfeita, indiquei e continuarei indicando. Gratidão á empresa e funcionários.

Fechamos o passeio saindo de Porto de Galinhas. R$ 110,00 por pessoa. A Van te deixa na subida de uma estrada, você desce uma rua e pega o catamarã, vai até um local para banho de argila a margem do rio Formoso, vai até a Capela de São Benedito do Século XVIII. O catamarã deixa você no restaurante e no horário marcado a van vem buscar no restaurante. Achei cansativo porque não era nem 13h e a van só veio as 15h30. Um sol de rachar.

Fizemos além do passeio para Carneiros o traslado aeroporto - porto de galinhas. Do atendimento via WhatsApp até o fim da viagem, correu tudo super bem!
Nosso motorista, Eriberto foi ótimo. Super educado e conhecedor da região.
Precisava de bebê conforto e assento infantil, ambos novos e bem limpinhos, assim como o carro.
O primeiro preço que me passaram para o passeio foi o melhor entre 4 opções que encontrei.
Em resumo, super recomendo!
Nosso motorista, Eriberto foi ótimo. Super educado e conhecedor da região.
