We got to see the main attractions in Rio which we enjoyed. Our guide was good and provided history of various sites. The van was terrible with very uncomfortable seats and no step stool for getting in and out which was an issue for many. It’s a good way to see everything in the city. The meal was okay.

Good tour of guanabara Bay and specific landmarks. Good information provided in 3 languages. Spoiled by people standing and taking selfies. Didn't see the relevance of getting close to one of the party boats to wave to people.

This is a highly recommended company to assist in your adventure in Rio. We did a full day tour with C2Rio and it went so incredibly well, we booked another adventure with them before we left. Our guide for the full day tour of Rio, Matheus, was absolutely fantastic. He definitely knew his stuff, had great connections at each destinations, kept the group engaged and connected, and we all had a magnificent time!

Amazing experience. The sky was clear and the sunset was wonderful. The boat made a few stops for photos and drinks were available for purchase. 10/10

This is a great tour to explore the major sights of the city in one day! João was our very knowledgeable and friendly guide who shared so much of Rio's history and other interesting facts with us. He managed our group very well, especially in terms of switching between Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The lunch was great too with lots of variety. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Rio for the first time.

The hotel service has been wonderful. The staff has been great. The rooms are nice, right on the beach. Nice view. Absolutely recommend this hotel and will return.

This company has serious management issues. Despite our group of over ten people having reservations, they failed to purchase tickets in advance for that day, leading us to be blocked by officials at the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car entrance for over three hours. As a result, we missed the sunset view. They provided various explanations, none of which were convincing, especially since other groups continued to board the cable car during the same period. Although they eventually offered a night visit as compensation for those who stayed, this was far from what we signed up for, considering the high cost of this tour. It was not the service we paid for. Everyone felt disappointed, exhausted, and publicly embarrassed. Many had their schedules and flights disrupted. We are still unsure if there will be any further compensation from the company. 注意：他们曾犯过严重失误：比如没订上票，让你空等三四小时错过日落。我们团中很多人因此没法继续等候浪费了最宝贵的时间。希望后续的团队不要遇到这个问题

We had a short stay in Rio de Janeiro and this proved to be the perfect way to explore the city. We got a real feel for different parts of the city and got to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. Letitia was the perfect guide. She is passionate, friendly, fun and clearly loves her work and her city. She is incredibly knowledgeable and seemingly spoke every language. Doing all of this in one day allowed us to relax on the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches on our other days in the city, knowing we had already visited two of the famous attractions Rio has to offer.

We chose the half day tour for a reason, as we wanted to concentrate our limited time on Christ the Redeemer and the Selaron Stairs. Instead of running the half day tour as booked, we were 'upgraded' to the full day tour without prior warning HOWEVER, we were not allowed to join the lunch nor Sugar Loaf and instead of dropping us back to the hotel, they wanted us to get an Uber back after the stairs. It was a complete shambles, as we were rush viewing the two attractions we were interested in, for the wider group to view other attractions such as the outside of the football stadium! Such a disappointment for our first day in Rio!

Carlos Adriano is a kind, accommodating and impressive polyglot. A knowledgeable guide he made this tour memorable and enjoyable. He has the patience of a Saint. For all walks of life, families, couples, solo travelers and elder couples, he is most highly recommended. The driver Pedro too, was excellent and generous with even allowing me to charge my phone in his van outlet!

We did the half day tour with “John” (sorry, can’t remember how to spell his name!) on Sat 21-9-24. We had an excellent afternoon seeing some of Rio away from Coca/Ipanema beaches, then onto Tijuca forest for a short walk then next we had a good tour of the Botanic gardens which was very interesting. Despite our guide saying he wasn’t an expert naturalist, he provided plenty of information on all the plants and trees. Would definitely recommend and was very reasonably priced.

Alexia was our guide! I couldn't have asked for someone better and more knowledgeable to take us around and show us the sites. She missed nothing and took us to a couple extra spots of interest which I loved. She made me fall in love with Rio on this day! Anyone to have Alexia as their tour guide will enjoy every minute with her 😊
