We had the most amazing day with Neyla in May 2024. Neyla is so friendly and fun and she is full of love for and knowledge about Rio. We cannot recommend Neyla enough. Neyla is simply the best tour guide one can hope for when visiting Rio. We had an excellent two days with her in Rio. She is very flexible (we went over and beyond what we thought we could do in two days in Rio). She is very mindful on how to plan everything so it is well organised while also taking into account the weather conditions (we were on top of Chris Redeemer exactly during the few hours there were no clouds). The private bus ensures that we had no hassle to move around and Neyla is very well networked (knows everybody it seems at all the attractions) and extremely knowledgeable on the city. Don’t doubt, book with her, you will not regret for a second !

Neyla took my cousin and me on a one-day tour (9 AM to 4 PM) of Rio. We agreed on a list of things we wanted to see and experience, and we did everything and more. Her English is excellent, and we toured both by car (she’s an excellent driver) and on foot (in the old, central district). I recommend her most highly. Apparently she also speaks Italian and Spanish.

I have been to rio many times and have been on many tours with Neyla. This time we did something a little unusual , a tour of Pantanal Carioca, Tijuca Islands and all the beauties of the Barra da Tijuca Lagoon Complex!! We took a water taxi around the area nice to see nature including birds and alligators for example. It was a relaxed morning as we took the metro to the entrance of the water taxi then took the water taxi around the lagoon eventually landing in one of the communities where we walked around looming at the houses and wall art ending with a coffee at a local cafe. As always the local Brasilians were so welcoming. Thank you again Neyla for a wonderful morning tour

What a truly great day thanks to Neyla!! We were picked early in the morning and from the start it felt like we just met a distant relative or long term friend. We did so so much in one day. It all went smoothly, didn't feel rushed or hurried & made our visit to Rio!

I highly recommend Neyla to anyone who wants to see the major sites in Rio! We had only one full day and wow our day was packed with every attraction you’d want to see - Sugar Loaf, Christ the Redeemer, the “stairs”, and amazingly topped off with Ste Bento Church. Neyla provided a half day tour after picking us up at the airport and then a full day round trip from our hotel the next day. Absolutely a fabulous day and a half tour of Rio. She is a producer of any request, dream or wish of the visitors of Rio de Janeiro. She has inside the culture and happiness of the "cariocas" (local people of Rio) and offers more, much more than any traveler expects. I put 5 stars but for Neyla the limit has be 1.000.000

Our Cruise ended in Rio de Janeiro so we arranged our own private tours for the next 2-3 days. We found Marcio Guedes on TripAdvisor but he was not available and recommended TourGuideNeyla, an experienced tour guide who spoke fluent English. With our own air-conditioned van and driver, it is a great and safe way to see the city. The rates are reasonable and we are very happy with all the arrangements.

Neyla was recommended to us by a family member. As we were in Rio de Janeiro on December 30th 2018 and the city was preparing for the New Year's Eve celebration on Copacobana Beach we decided to book a Private Customised Tour to see the important tourist attractions. We didn't expect to fit everything in as the city was very busy..BUT..booking Neyla was a godsend as she and her driver knew all the best routes to take. Also, at the sites that were bustling with tourists (ie Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain and the Selaron Staircase) Neyla was able to bypass the queues and get us through the crowds without any waiting. We spent 8 hours touring with Neyla who felt just like a friend. We thank her for a most enjoyable day and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Amazing experience with Neyla for two days at Rio De Janeiro. She made my trip interesting, comfortable and ensured I did not miss out on the finer things apart from the scheduled ones. We just returned from a short trip to Rio where we booked our tour of the main attractions only a couple of days in advance. Neyla did a great job of showing us around, including all the main attractions, at the same time avoiding huge crowds. We were picked up at the hotel by Neyla exactly on time, had a fun day and always felt safe. Neyla told us a lot about Brazil, its people, history and everyday life. Would do this immediately again! We arrived in Rio from a cruise and only had the one day to see the city before flying back to the UK. After reading many reviews on many guides we booked Neyla in advance for a 1-day private tour of Rio because we reckoned she would make the best use of our limited time in Rio and we were not disappointed. Neyla met us at the port as soon as we disembarked before 9am. We had asked to see the main sights asap. We were lucky that the weather was good and Neyla took us straight to Sugar Loaf Mountain followed by Christ the Redeemer before midday avoiding the queues wherever possible. Such incredible sights we will never forget and Neyla was able to show us where to get the best camera angles for great pictures. Tickets for Sugar Loaf were bought easily on site and Neyla already had tickets for CtR which saved wasting time because if she hadn’t had pre-booked tickets it would have meant a 4-hour wait for the train. Her knowledge of Rio and how to get quickly through the queues where possible is great. More than once we saved time through Neyla’s official guide status. We saw the Cathedral, the Selaron steps, Santa Teresa, some of the backstreets of Rio and much more, stopping at a local insignificant looking "kilo" buffet restaurant after CtR for a quick lunch where you choose and pay for your meal based on the weight of food on your plate. Excellent tastes, couldn't have asked for better! Neyla dropped us off at the airport at 7pm after a super exciting day enjoying the local sights, sounds and tastes.
