Brilliant day trip to swim at a lovely waterfall.
Our guide, Noe, picked us up from our hotel in Guayaquil and drove us to Bucay then into the Cloud Forest. He explained that he would tailor the tour to be what we wanted so just to say if we wanted to stop anywhere etc. Our trip inclided picking up some bananas of varying types - very different from the bananas that make their way to the UK! - as well as a walk to the waterfalls and a swim there. Noe was wonderfully friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. A nice lunch in a local restaurant before heading back to Guayaquil. Really glad we did this trip during our stopover in Guayaquil.

Beautiful area and great guide - Private tour done at our pace
Noe was a great guide and this was a very enjoyable private tour. The area is very pretty and we were given a choice to do an easier route (two waterfalls) or a little harder route (three waterfalls). We chose the first option due to my daughter's asthma and felt that it was just right. It does feel like you are in the clouds and although we were offered the ability to step into the pool at the bottom of the falls, we declined. Very enjoyable day.

Nice excursion out of the city
We were excited to get out of the city to explore the natural beauty of the cloud forest and learn about the indigenous community. The hike through the cloud forest was beautiful, but was more strenuous than the description suggested. It included some steep climbing on wet rocks in fairly humid weather. Combined with the altitude (which I am not used to), I found the hike somewhat difficult. However, our guide was patient and took some breaks so I could catch my breath. After the hike, we went to visit a Shuar family, who introduced us to some dancing and taught us how to hunt using a traditional dart-type of weapon. I appreciated that the visit was not overly commercial (they didn't try to sell us anything), but I thought there would be more to the visit - perhaps some introduction to how they lived and cooked inside their home, etc. Lunch on the way back to the city was nice and included a lovely lentil soup, choice of chicken or beef with rice and beans, and juice. All in all a good excursion.

          See you next time again!
We had an amazing day with Wilson. The trip was perfectly planned, being picked up from the hotel, having some snacks and educational stops along the way before entering the cloud forest. When it was time for canyoning, Wilson knew how to give easy instructions and made us feel safe the whole way down till the bottom of the waterfall. Even the pictures he took are spectacular. And don’t skip the traditional lunch, where multiple vegetarion options where available. Just what we needed after a thrilling day! Thanks a lot Wilson! When I come back, I will for sure try to book another trip with you!

Cloud forest and biking tour would do again in a heartbeat!
The tour was fantastic. This was a perfect day spent outside of Guayaquil. Our tour guide Wilson was great he spoke English very well and took a lot of time to show and let us experience some great things along the way. We absolutely loved our stop along the way there to sample some local fruit that was out of this world good! We continued to the cloud forest part of our tour and were rewarded with 3 beautiful waterfalls and in the end the clouds even broke to offer us up some beautiful views of the mountain. The bike ride down was great so nice not having to do the work up. We wrapped up the tour with a fantastic lunch and then headed back to the city. It was a wonderful day with great company. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great way to spend a day outside the city

          Great hiking and waterfalls
We had a fabulous time on our Cloud Forest Hike. Our guide Noe took great care of us, from all the hiking to having a great lunch. We were very appreciative of his knowledge. We found this tour when we were still in the states and booked once we arrived in Equador. Communication was so easy on WhatsApp. A definite recommendation!

          Perfect day trip!
We were a group of three and we had a wonderful day! Noé picked us up from our place in Guayaquil and took care of everything throughout the day. We stopped for bananas on the way, extracted sugar from sugar cane, hiked around the cloud forest to see some gorgeous waterfalls and finished the day with a complete lunch. One of us has dietary restrictions and they made sure to accommodate. Great day trip from the city and highly recommend.

          Adventurous excursion
Fantastic outdoor hike out in the Rain/Cloud Forest. Pickup on time by Wilson and Michelle. Wilson superb tour guide, and knowledgeable of the area. Ample bathroom breaks were appreciated. Its a bit of a drive out to the waterfalls, but so worth it, to get close to nature. There are several levels of trails to pick from, and we did moderate. I came in my bathing suit, sturdy water sandals, and a quick drying shirt. Afterwards we stopped for a authentic Ecuadorian meal, so nice. First class tour company. Recommend.

With no experience in canyoning, my friend and I were a little bit worried, but it turned out to be an unforgettable experience thanks to our 2 amazing guides, Wilson and Noe. Wilson was so calm, nice and gave us clear, easy-to-understand instructions so we could enjoy our canyoning experiene. Noe was our other guide and driver and he made us feel very safe, the car was very comfortable. The hike in cloud forest and the views of waterfalls are just beautiful! Highly recommend!
Don't forget to put on your grippy hiking boots, important!

It was amazing. I enjoyed the walk in the cloud forest, walking along the stream, and swiming in the waterfall and then going down on a rope down the waterfall.
        Amazing & trustworthy guide
