The mountainous trek to Imlil was an adventure in itself. Cold and snow covered the day we went it left a lasting impression of how isolated this community and those fairly nearby are in comparison to towns closer to main centers. The dirt and sand structures built into the hillsides look like sandcastles that have stood the test of time. We were fortunate to hire a private driver who navigated the winding, narrow roads with expertise and have us ample opportunity to visit in the little hamlets along the way.

We had a wonderful time with Mustafa and Abdul and saw so much of beautiful Morocco. They blended with our group and skilfully navigated the minibus through good and bad weather. The visit to the desert in Merzouga was beautiful beyond words!

Had a great experience with Mustafa and Abdul! They were very decisive to get us through the whole promised experience in spite of a snowy surprise and road blocks. They were helpful and reliable and above everything else we had a lot of fun. Their minibus is legendary and soon became our small home on wheels. Would recommend and do it again.
