Had to buy another ticket
The ticket did not show the price, so although I was able to enter the grounds of the Taj after my guide argued with them to scan the ticket, I was refused entry to the Mausoleum. I had to go back and buy another ticket. Regular entry lines were not long, no need to buy this.

Uplifting experience
Our guide showed us many places we would not have found on our own. We learned much about the history and were able to ask all the questions we had and got excellent answers. We were not rushed. \it was clear out guide had much experience and knew what she was doing and also loved Lourdes.

Well worth doing
Although not as long as advertised, we spent a very pleasant 30 minutes gondoling through quieter waterways with a talkative but non-singing Gondaleer. What can you expect for €80 for 4 people? In Venice? It was well worth doing and even caused my wife's teenage daughters put away their 'phones; sink into the cushions, open your eyes to the history and enjoy the ride. As a bonus, you will take the unforgettable memory with you.

Absolutely fantastic!
If you're looking to experience beautiful places and scenery, delicious food, history and culture, this tour is a great way to achieve all of that. The hotels were all centrally located allowing easy access to the main places of interest. Rooms were clean and pleasant and services overall were good. The transportation services were always on time to the local destinations and key locations. The itinerary also provided enough free time to add in custom tours or explore on your own. Federico handled every attention to detail and was always available to answer any question and add in extra activities to make this a trip of a lifetime.

Pleasant and good pilgrimage. However it was ruined by my trust in Expedia.
I told Expedia I wantred a hotel close to the Sanctuary in Lourdesand within easy walking distance because of mobility problems. They booked me a hotel which was nice but a walk from the hotel to a lift to get to street level and then a (yes a few minutes) walk to St. Joseph's Gate and the Sanctuary. This spoilt our trip as we always got a taxi back to the hotel and it cost 12 Euros each time.

Great way to get from Milan to Florence
Our family booked the Milan to Florence train on line from Australia and printed the booking confirmation on one page When we arrived at Milan train station we were advised we can use the one page as tickets so we found the gate, boarded on to carriage 5 and away we went Really simple and the train was clean and incredibly fast Highly recommended

Tours of Lourdes shrines
For our trip to Lourdes with my family, Cathy was our tour guide for the shrine tour. She was amazing, very knowledgable and a lovely lady. All our questions were answered and she couldn’t do enough for us. Even recommended some good local restaurants. Highly recommend this tour and her as a guide. Thanks Cathy! Annmarie

Due to Holy week, our trip was cut a bit short, but our guide, Rich 10, was very efficient. He was informative, professional, and kind. Having to deal with a group that ranged from extreme highiest education to the not so educated. I feel he did his best to accommodate all.

Convenience offered was worth it! excellent service!!!
After a long trip from out of the country, we were picked up by 2 punctual and prompt Chauffeurs and rode their 2 Mercedes Benz minivans from the airport to our hotel. Our luggage was taken cared of by the Chauffeur who was careful in stacking them in the trunk. The drive from airport to hotel was enjoyable as it gave us our first glimpse of beautiful Rome. Just a couple of dollars more compared to taking the train (but if you take the train, you will have to walk from airport to train and from train to hotel with all your luggage). Will highly recommend taking this transfer. Thank you Volando Tours!

Globus Tour company was excellent
We were not sure of a tour group. We had 42 of us on this trip. The age ranged from 30 to 70. We did a lot of walking and saw alot of sights. The advantage of a group tour is we can get into the sites one hour prior to the balance of other tourists. Do this trip. It was fabulous

9-Day tour of Italy
While the company took care of tour bookings, hotel reservations and train tickets, we received nothing from them regarding itinerary until less than 24 hours before we traveled--and I had to send 3-4 emails to them to even get that. We saw a lot of great things, but were VERY disappointed that the Accedemia and Uffizi were not included in Florence. We had 1 day in Florence and were sent to Pisa. We had 2 days in Venice, which was too much! If they had tried to contact us before, we could have reviewed the potential itinerary, and recommended changes that would have been better for us. This wasn't a group tour, it was just us, and should have been tailored to what we wanted to see!

More stops for pictures
This tour started 30 minutes late since they waited for one family to finally show up, good info as you traveled to the sites at night, but not enough stops for pictures, those taken through the bus windows had too much reflections. Yet they had a stop at the end of the tour for a walk thought the "night life" area of Rome, which was pretty much a dodging young adults hanging around the cafes and clubs. Would rather had skipped this and had more time to stop and take pics. Good part was that they did drop you off at your hotel and the end of the trip.

take the train - no need to drive
The trains are almost always on time. They travel at speeds up to 180 mph. I traveled in business class except for one train and honestly there is not much of a difference between business and coach. A little wider seats, but no big deal when traveling for 1-1/2 hours. But your tickets in advance and you can save money on your seats.
