I had a slightly modified Golden triangle tour right before Christmas. 2024. We spent 3 nights and 4 days. It worked out well for us. The driver. Hotel stay, and English speaking guide — they all did their job and the experience was seamless. Need to mention Payal helped me with the booking. Only one thing I had a little bit of trouble with was the payment which I did it in Infuan rupees. I guess the tour company uh was looking for payment day 1 preferably in USD. I won’t blame them since I heard stories tourists leave the tour without paying. Upfront payment make sense.

This trip covered so much! The three cities, major historical sites, great experiences. The hotel accommodations and travel arrangements by the tour group were seamless. Even with terrible air quality, we got to see the sites and explore all around the triangle. Our agent, Ritu, was friendly and checked in regularly. The hotels were great in safe locations easily to explore on foot after our wonderful arranged tours. Our tour guide/driver, Ravinder was amazing. Making sure we were shown the best sites, great insider information and a heads up on avoiding uncomfortable interactions or non-sanctioned guides at sites. He was professional, friendly and a joy to spend the week with. He was accommodating and always made sure we felt comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!

We are 6 friends from Las Vegas, USA and engaged Travel Fair India for a private custom tour of Golden Triangle with Rajasthan. Our tour advisor, Ritu Yadav, provided us an initial itinerary covering New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur & Jodhpur. We customized the trip to add Jaisalmer as well as other offbeat locations such as Abhaneri and Kumbhalgarh to the itinerary. Ritu was very responsive and easy to work with and helped us prepare a solid itinerary for the trip. Our driver for the trip was Kuldeep and we could not have asked for a better driver for this trip. Kuldeep was not only a very friendly and safe driver but also knew all the good places to visit, good places to shop and as well as the good restaurants. Kuldeep was very flexible and helped us in planning the day to maximize our time. This trip would not have been the same without Kuldeep. We had travel issue arriving to India and Travel Fair India as well as Ritu was very helpful and accommodating to make sure that we have a good time on this trip. One of our bags did not arrive in time and Travel Fair India helped us in delivering the bag to Jaipur, five days into the trip. I would not hesitate to use Travel Fair India again for my next trip to India.

We are a same-gender married couple from Denmark who decided to celebrate my 80th birthday with a road trip in India. More than a year before we wanted to depart, I began researching tour companies on Google, and when I clicked on Travel Fair India’s website, the company owner/manager instantly opened a live chat. He was Rohit Singh, with whom I quickly established a nice rapport and decided to continue with them. Rohit assigned me to a sales expert, who diligently and patiently worked with me on choice of 4-star hotels and logistics. 14 months before departure I paid a deposit to secure the bookings we had agreed upon. Our sales person changed later to Payal Pant who took over our program. She was very pleasant to work with. A month before departure, there were some trip and hotel modifications which were not expected because I assumed the bookings were in place, but these issues – as well as other minor things that arose while on tour -- were quickly and professionally resolved. Payal coordinated a wonderful adventure on a 17-day Golden Triangle and Rajasthan Tour, with a -day extension at Baga Beach in Goa. It gave us the insights and enjoyments we desired in experiencing the super Indian food, the culture and lifestyle, and dramatic architecture resulting from a very interesting, long, and varied history. Payal was in regular touch along the way with both us and our amazing driver, Ravinder (‘Ravi’) who not only impressed us with his knowledge of history and locations, but also with his driving skills for 3,105 km on roads made chaotic by the overwhelming number of cows, camels, goats, sheep, scooters, tuk tuks, overloaded trucks, cars, people, etc. We felt safe at all times. ‘Ravi’ was always punctual, kept our comfortable SUV clean and stocked with mineral water, and chose clean roadside washroom/lunch stops along the way. It greatly surprised us that in all the traffic chaos, we saw no ‘road rage’ or anger. One must travel to India to discover first-hand the kindness and self-esteem that make the people special. Payal did a wonderful job with planning our Golden Triangle trip. She was very helpful, courteous, polite and quick in her responses. Ravinder, our tour driver was very kind and helpful during our entire trip. He was disciplined, on schedule and stayed with us till we checked in our hotels incase we had any issues before he left us. He always made sure we were comfortable and took us to a nice restaurant in Jaipur, where we could enjoy the local Rajasthani dance while having dinner. The tour guides, Diljeet Singh in Delhi, Azhar in Agra and Nikhil in Jaipur were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this trip to everyone.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 19-day/18-night journey exploring South Indian temples and experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Kerala. Our tour was expertly designed by Payal Pant from Travel Fair, and she truly curated a magnificent itinerary for us. This trip was nothing short of a dream come true. While we spent several days in Chennai, we also embarked on a 9-day excursion covering Chennai, Kanchipuram, Mahabalipuram, Pondicherry, Madurai, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Cochin, and back to Chennai. The accommodations throughout our trip were luxurious 4- and 5-star hotels, each offering a royal and palatial experience. Our guide was incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive, and the cars provided were top-notch, fully air-conditioned, and extremely comfortable. This was truly an unforgettable experience and excellent value for money. We look forward to planning many more trips with Travel Fair and will undoubtedly request Payal to craft our next journey. we booked a 2 weeks tour with Travel Fair india - and it was all amazingly arranged and coordinated!! our travel consultant was Jyoti Singh and we were very impressed with her communication from the get-go, she was always there to assist us, we may have changed the itinerary numerous at the time of booking till a couple days before our arrival and she was always ready to assist! we travelled to - Delhi - Agra - Ranthambore - Jaipur - Jodhpur - Osion (Sand Dunes) - Varanasi and Ayodhya right from our arrival to departure - everything was very well organized by Jyoti and Travel Fair P.S : A SPECIAL MENTION: - our driver, Shivraj singh was absolutely GREAT!! so accommodating. full of knowledge and always smiling and we had the time of our lives with him! - he was with us from Delhi - Jodhpur (8-9 days)

We would like to say a huge thank you to Travel Fair India. We loved our tour!! We did the 15 day Forts & Palaces Tour. Jyoti from the very beginning of our enquiry has been so helpful and attentive in everything. She made the booking process and enquiries easy and always answered any questions we had promptly. We had a wonderful time exploring the various cities inc Udaipur, Mandawa, Jaipur, Delhi, Agra & more. Our tour guides were amazing each day. A few of these included VISHAL (Udaipur) who recommended a lovely restaurant called Upre with a view of Lake Picholi. Also AMIT (Jaipur) was also really good and showed us around. He took us to a really good clothes shop called Shekar- exceptional staff member called CHAUHAN who did fit to measure and delivered 5 outfits in 4 hours! GOPAL (Pushkar) very good! We said we wanted to have dinner on the lake after visiting the Brahmer temple and Gopal suggested a place called Doctor Alone which was great!! The team at Kawaan Camp in Jaisalmer were amazing and looked after my Husband when he wasn’t well. And lastly, we would like to say a HUGE thank you to our driver PRAKASH. He was exceptional from start to finish. He always went above and beyond. Always on time in the mornings, was always happy to drop us to a restaurant or anywhere we wanted to visit that wasn’t in our itinerary. He was full of knowledge about each location and also the smaller villages we drove through on the way. Prakash also took us to a place in Akshardam Temple (a family member suggested going there) they had a boat ride displaying all the heritage and history of India! We thoroughly enjoyed that especially as we didn’t know anything about this ride! It was the perfect end to our trip. Prakash made us feel safe, welcome and comfortable the whole time. Lovely gentleman! Overall our experience with Travel Fair India was amazing. We even had a few nice little surprises along the way such as a bottle of wine and we were also taken to a lovely authentic restaurant in Jaipur with traditional dancing! That was a nice surprise. We went as a family on a private golden triangle tour that started in Delhi then Jaipur then Agra and finished in Delhi. From the start of getting the booking details of hotels, car and everything else about the tour it was a seamless experience and Nandani Arya did a fabulous job in ensuring all details were in order. The tour itself from our driver Ravinder to all the local guides at the locations were absolutely amazing and great. This trip was a once in a lifetime experience for us and this tour company made it memorable. If you are looking for a seamless, safe and memorable tour I would definitely go with them.

Travel Fair India Tour Expert Payal Pant organised a fabulous custom-made seven day tour of Rajasthan for the two of us including Udaipur, Bundi, Jodhpur, Pushkar and Jaipur. She made sure we were able to catch the famous Pushkar Camel Fair as well as enjoy tours of many of the area's attractions. We were very impressed with the hotels we stayed in - it always seemed that we got the best rooms. Our favourite was Rohet Garh, a converted old fort outside of Jodhpur, which gave us the opportunity to explore the nearby village. Our driver, Parmjit, was highly resourceful, and was able to arrange very good local guides when needed as well as making our travels as enjoyable as possible. The main city tours did include what appears to be the mandatory retail opportunities, but we were never under any obligation to buy.

There are many positive things: From our first email dated 28th August 2024 of Miss Aanchal Chauhan, everything planned and promised was fulfilled accordingly. Our Driver Satnam Singh was punctual upon our Arrival in New Delhi on 17th October and drove us according to plan (Hotel - Sightseeing - Lunch-Shopping- Hotel) for the whole day and drop us the next day to the airport for Srinagar. Our driver in Kashmir, Danish Nazir was most efficient and punctual from our arrival and departure from Srinagar and our daily tours of Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonnamarg.Even when my international e-sim purchased in Mauritius was not working he did the needful for me to have a sim of Kashmir. All the places visited during our sightseeing were fabulous, memorable and vivid experiences. From visiting the Saffron plantation, the gardens, hill horse riding, Gondola ride, zip line, shikara ride, etc we left Kashmir with unforgettable memories. The shopping experience at Habba Khatoon Shawl palace and Pearls of Kashmir was pleasant and full of hospitality. The hotels in New Delhi, Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmargh and the Zaffer Houseboat are good except the Lidder Spring Resort Restaurant and food. Definitely it is not to the standard of a 4 star hotel. However the staff was very attentive and do the utmost to satisfy us as to the means available. Another advice is to request the Regent Grand Hotel of New Delhi to make hot water available on a 24/7 basis. Lastly, we wish to thank Aanchal Chauhan for having tried her best to get us a driver and a car on the eve of our departure to Mauritius but she was not successful with her company. We told her that it is important to satisfy customers from the date of arrival until their departure. Overall the 95% positive things of our tour greatly override the few negative experiences. Thank you again Aanchal, Satnam, Danish, Bunty, Ashiq,Kamal, Zafer, Akhtar and anyone we might have forgotten.
