I took multiple trips in India with Parvez this year including a tour of Taj and Agra fort from Delhi, as well as local sight seeing in Delhi. Including friends and family I had a team of 12 for the Agra trip. From the time he came to pick us up at the hotel, Parvez took care of every need that we had. The short of the story is that I asked him to simply be with us for 5 days, and not leave until he saw us off at the airport. He checked into a hotel in Delhi after the Agra trip, and was with me when I had to take my daughter to the hospital at midnight for an injury. He ended up taking care of my other travel needs as well as the transportation needs of my nephew for an event, and I am sure I will be in touch with him again when I visit India next year. I addressed him formally as Khan Sahib, when we first corresponded. At the end of my India visit I had started thinking of him as a brother. A lot of the things I ask of my travel agent in India is bespoke, we explore possibilities and ask if there is a way to do them. Parvez is not only the kind of person that makes all these challenges seem easy and has a solution for every situation, he is simply an incredibly good person to be with.
