From the moment we booked, Mr Chand began communicating with us ensuring everything was tailored to our needs. The whole team was kind, educated and polite. Our driver Ajay was reliable, safe and calm especially in the crazy traffic. Our guides, Gaurav (Delhi), Hashim (Agra), Nazim (Fetahpur Sikri) and Jit (Jaipur) were all super knowledgeable and took time to explain the complex history in digestible nuggets while finding us plenty of short cuts around long lines, shady spots and water. Since we were more interested in sightseeing than shopping, they adjusted our schedule to accommodate this request. We booked our own hotels which provided nice flexibility. Overall, they provided recommendations but are happy to adjust to your individual needs and listen to your feedback. Great trip made better by Taj Mirror Tours!
