      Kedarnath Trip experience with banbanjara
I went to Kedarnath trip with some of my friends last September with banbanjara. They provided good facilities, we couldn't enjoy them due to rainning, not fault of company in it. All the experience was very good.

Took money and no organiser came to pickup point
It's a scam. Don't even consider it. They will cancel the event without notifying you or Bookmyshow. You'll arrive at the pickup point only to find yourself deceived. When you try to contact them, they'll respond with abuse.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Banbanjara Travels::
I recently booked a Bangalore to Ooty trip with Banbanjara Travels, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by unmet promises and subpar service. Here are the details of my disappointing experience: - First Disappointment: The website advertised a "Pushback Bus," but we were provided with a pushback tempo, which lacked comfortable seats and was uncomfortable overall. - Second Disappointment: The journey was uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep. The tempo stopped for 30 minutes without reason and then again for 1 hour at a substandard roadside hotel with unhygienic restrooms. - Third Disappointment: We weren't informed that this hotel was the designated refreshment point for the entire day. Moreover, we didn't get to stay in good hotels until 7 pm, and we had to enjoy sightseeing and take photos without basic amenities like brushing our teeth, taking a bath, or changing out of our night outfits. - Poor Communication: After booking, the operator didn't respond to my calls or messages. They would pick up calls and transfer them to someone else or respond through mail, showing a lack of accountability. -Poor Timings and Arrangements: Trip was marred by poor planning and last-minute cancellations. Despite paying for a comprehensive package, we missed out on several promised attractions due to the operator's convenience. The excuses provided were unconvincing and lacked accountability. On the second day, the entire program was cancelled after the first sightseeing spot, citing the Governor's visit to Ooty as the reason. This was clearly a failure on the part of the operator to anticipate and plan accordingly. We were left paying for services that were not delivered, which is unacceptable. Banbanjara Travels must take responsibility for their mistakes and refund the money for the cancelled programs. It's unfair to expect customers to pay for services that were not provided. - Guides: The guides were hired and while they did their best, the poor service wasn't entirely their fault. "I hope Banbanjara Travels takes my feedback seriously and improves their services to meet customer expectations. A more transparent and customer-centric approach would go a long way in building trust and loyalty."

BANBANJARA- A FRAUD THIRD PARTY COMPANY
Had a very terrible experience with Banbanjara as they cancelled the trek on last moment when I was waiting for the guide to start as the base point, just beacuse there were no other bookings they could get. They are totally fraud. DO NOT BOOK ANY TREK with BANBANJARA. Arpita (7339938100) from Banbanjara had spoken to me before booking this trek of Kheerganga. She told me that everyday batches are there and I had booked thos trek for Sunday 18th Feb. Attached is the payment screenshot. There was no cancellation policy or anything that sought that was shared with me and I was asked to report at 11.30 AM at Dev Cafe on Sunday, 18th Feb. I was there at 10AM and waited till 1.30 PM yesterday and was in touch with Arpita from Banbanjara team. The person over there informed that there is no other booking and hence the trek is cancelled. Due to this unprofessional behaviour I had to bear taxi charges to and from Barshaini 2200 each side to Kasol all this time was wasted and had to return back without doing this trek.. I came all the way and yesterday Arpita informed that entire refund will be processed by operations team and then I returned back to Kasol. Now today morning she is not answering my calls and she messaged me that no refund will be given as trek was not cancelled. So I have no other option but to report it to consumer forum. Iam also going to write a linkedin post mentioned your instagram handle and people working. DOCKET NUMBER- 5492123

NAG TIBBA TREK - A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I went to the Nag Tibba Trek organised by Banbanjara. The trek was amazing and the views were extraordinary. The tent available for accomodation was good and the care taker was an amazing person. Even though I was the only person they still arranged the trip which was amazing!

      Pathetic service and terrible experience
Please don't waste your money and time. I had booked for the Kumarparvath trek on 29th sept 2023 and experienced the most horrible unorganised trek ever. So firstly the booking was done in Banbanjara with a group of max 21 members and we were assigned to “Antriksha trekkers” with trek lead Gajanan and Suhas. We boarded the bus from Bangalore with 50 members which was very congesting and uncomfortable journey to Kukke Subramanya. As we already knew that the Tents and sleeping bags were available in the Bhattarmane or the Forest check post but still they made us to carry them to bhattar mane from the base point which is roughly around 11 kms in total from the room. And the lame reason given was the tents were old in bhattamane and that’s why they purchased the new tents for this trek. So we started the trek @ around 7.30amfrom our room and carried our tents and the backpacks to reach Bhattarmane which is one of the most difficult terrain to trek. So as soon as we reached there was no one to guide us for even to know where to pitch in our tents. And later with the help of other trekkers group we figured out how to pitch in those tents and even our guides had no idea how to pitch them. And since it was raining all the tents and sleeping bags were already wet and water started gushing inside the tent because they didn’t have any sleeping foam which was supposed to be carried with the tent. We literally could see rest all of the trekkers were inside their tent even when it rained heavily and we just stood outside in the rain. And the bhattar mane was very far from the place where they told us to pitch in our tents which itself is another trek and the trails are very slippery. And we saw there was a huge chaos around the Bhattarmane with around 600 people waiting for the dinner which was not open until 8.30pm. There were leeches on the plates which were crushed and with all the blood stains on those plates. Here at least the rest of the trek groups they had got their own plates/plastic boxes because the guides were very well informed. Barely few of us could get the food and rest of us walked back without the food. The accommodation was terribly bad and no one could sleep in tent that night. Later Suhas(guide)informed us that we are descending down in the morning and we spoke to Forest officer who was in charge regarding the issue and he strictly informed him to pursue the trek next day. Since nobody had proper sleep and food we agreed to Suhas’s(guide) request and descended down again carrying all the tents and sleeping bags without even starting the actual trek to the peak. We had a difficult trek after which we had to sleep without food in the cold and rainy conditions and we were asked to trek back without breakfast and with huge disappointment of not reaching the peak. We planned for this trek for months taking time out of our hectic schedules and it was very unfortunate that we chose Banbanjara for this long weekend.

      Amazing trek
It is the highest peak of Pir Panjal. It amazes me with its mesmerizing views of Dhauladhar. Highest points for journeying in the Indian Himalayan locale, the friendship top approaching at high heights. It is heaven for me. The perfect way to give highlights of a few elevated knolls, thick timberland speckled with fluctuated types of snow-capped trees, bright plantations, and mismatched by various little and spouting streams. It is a beautiful and life-giving experience. It is in my eyes an all-encompassing perspective of the Pir Panjal Himalayan Range. It is a new experience for me and gave me new learnings and experiences and trekking gives a different type of peace and calmness to my mind and heart.

      good experience
A quick reservation of 30 minutes for the Camel safari with an experienced guide. This is the best way to experience and explore the beauty of sightseeing. This beautiful and soothing view lets you capture the beauty of the desert's scenery. The on-ground team was also very supportive and helpful. I was so afraid before doing it but the guide helped me keep aside my nervousness and fear and let it go as it is. This was so good experience and a lifetime achievement for me. This was new learning and a new mesmerizing experience for me. The safari was adorable.

Best Desert Safari Experience of my Life
Half-day Desert Safari in Jaisalmer It is so much fun to explore the culture, which is so ethnic and filled with happiness. We went to Jaisalmer for a desert safari there. I explored the beautiful culture and famous cuisine of Rajasthan. The dance, music, and food were all very good and interesting. The camel ride, exploring the stunning dunes, and Sam desert. Everything was good and I learned so many new things.I did not have that much time to visit the whole place so I decided to go on a half-day desert safari in Jaislamer. The camel rides, exploring the culture, folk dance, and music were so relaxing and gave peace to my mind all the stress of my day was gone and I was completely into the environment without any stress. I came to Jaisalmer for some work and my friend suggested the desert safari so I decided to book myself a half-day desert safari in Jaisalmer. It was so much fun the team on-ground picked me up from my hotel and we went to Sam desert which is 45 minutes away from Jaisalmer. There I was so astonished by the camel ride, the tasty cuisine, the relaxing atmosphere, and the peaceful folk music and dance.

One of the best experience I have ever had
I love being in nature everytime. I need some excuse to go and be in the mountains, trekking and camping all the time. I went to Kasol for my official work and trekked there, it was easy to moderate and the trek became more happening with the on-ground travel trekking guide. It was the best sightseeing nearby. Trekking always gives me a new adventure and this time a new trekking destination that is Kasol-Kheerganga trek is added in my list of trekking destinations I love. I loved the place and nature.

Today, my friends and I, visited one of the most underrated and unexplored places in Jaipur that is Jhalana Leopard Safari. It was only 10 mins from my hotel in the heart of Jaipur. We had went for the evening safari with the trip organized by BanBanjara. Their services were well managed, as their coordinators were connected with us.

We had spotted a bunch of Nilgais, Deers and we were lucky enough to spot 1 female leopard. Also our driver in jeep safari was very friendly and experienced so he spoke with us throughout the safari.

Fun fact we learnt: Jhalana is comparatively smaller compared to other wildlife reserves in India so the chance of seeing leopards and other animals are comparatively higher in Jhalana.

Driver was a complete fraud. We went into the reserve spent 15 minutes then he turned around and went back to pick up two others - we therefore missed out on the experience. We travelled 10,000 km for this experience and get treated like dirt by the money hungry locals - avoid at all costs. Waste of time and money - and it’s run by the government of rajahstan - I will be telling all my colleagues not to bother A disgrace!

We got to see the Leopard!!, actually 2 of them during our morning safari. The Jhalana jungle is a small jungle as compared to many other reserves, hence sighting is little more easier (one has to be lucky to sight any big wild cat in any reserve), the probability of sighting Leopard is higher at Jahana.

Totally overpriced! Better to book through the official website - then it only costs a third! We didn't get any water or juice bottles, let alone someone from the agency to greet us on site. All in all, totally disappointing and never worth the money!

3000 rupees each to see leopards and the only thing we saw were little birds.
We were stopped for more than half an hour at a lake where nothing arrived while the other jeeps who did the tour with us managed to see two or three.
They should invent something to give paying customers the certainty of seeing at least one!
