About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Alanfavellackey0 contributionsWonderful day in jaisalmerSanjay was a really wonderful host. The car was new, great aircon. Very relaxed vibe. The Jaisalmer Fort and local town is gorgeous. Loved the catfish and cows. Quite spectacular architecture. Found a local Barista for espresso (sorely missed and greatly appreciated), the silks are a 1/3 of the price compared to government delhi shops. More variety too e.g. lotus silk for vegans. We loved the roodtop view at sunset cafe. Great value and food. The sunset was nice in the Thar desert but probably would skip personaly as not interested in quad bike joy riding and it was awkwardly touristica trap, it was also filled with garbage, I wish I brought a bag and picked some of it up 😥Written 26 September 2024
- ashleyvC9778VN0 contributionsGreat DealThe waterfall is beautiful but difficult to get to so I would not recommend for those with mobility issues. The Spice Farm serves lunchWritten 4 May 2024
- KurtV4970 contributionsCancellation day before for no valid reasonThey cancelled the trip last minute due to weather conditions. I luckily managed to book a similar trip with another organisation and had a great day. It was warm but not to the extent it justified cancellation of the trip.Written 23 April 2024
- briangY745QD0 contributionsWhat a packed, varied and exciting day.We experienced a day of contrasting experiences, sites, and activities. We were collected from our hotel at 9am by our driver for the day, Sanjay. Although we some idea of what was to follow the reality exceeded our expectations. Our first stop was the Catholic Bascilica and SE Cathedral in Old Goa. We also visited the nearby Achelogical museum. We then drove to the Hindu Mangeshi temple where a priest told us our fortune for a few rupees. Next was a guided tour of a spice plantation and lunch. ( All included). We then drove to Panjai town centre for some sightseeing and retail therapy, then onto Mirimar beach. The final stop was a "cruise with cultural music and live DJ". (Again, price included with Sanjay, ensuring we got on board in good time). What a great way to end a memorable day, as we sailed into the sunset dancing and having fun with young and old a like. We arrived back at our hotel about 8pm, with smiles on our faces.Written 13 March 2024
- suzannepW6105MA0 contributionsExtremely dissappointed as too rushed3 hrs to get to falls was very long. No time to visit any churches. The spice plantation was a 15 min walk around a wild garden to get you to the shop. We only had 30 mins for lunch. Then a 2 hr drive back. We were told lunch was before spice walk but on arrival it was all rushed and told by staff we had to wait till later to eat. By this time it was 2.30 and had to be back at bus for 3pm. We had been out since 6am. Totally unacceptable. No consideration given to slow walkers. older people or anyone with a disability. Considering your site says up to 99yrs. Not the experience we were expecting so disappointed overall.Written 6 February 2024
- suvarnam20240 contributionsAn alright tourThe bus seats were uncomfortable but the food offered was alright. The staff was very cooperative to everyone in the group.Written 27 January 2024
- holidaymaker8640 contributionsGood but could have been greatBooked as a Birthday gift for my Whiskey loving husband during our holiday. The tour itself was good and building stunning, only let down at the end by the fact we couldn’t buy a bottle to take away with us ( UK prices cheaper). Felt like a real missed opportunity?! Experience as a whole let down by the taxi booked to chauffeur us…..he was late arriving and then had no idea where he was going so my husband had to use Google maps on his phone to direct him on the 50min journey.Written 26 January 2024
- mehta4890 contributionsAmazingAmazing views. But to get there is a hassle. There are not any reviews on difficulty getting there. You need to book tickets and the time slots in advance and on line. However you when you reach at the base of the mountain. there is procedure to follow, which is to stand in so called cue at the jeep office (it is driver's union) to book a jeep (500rupees or £5) ,which carries 7 persons, so if you are less than 7 in your party, you have find rest or miss your turn, ) it took us nearly 3 hours in the queue just to make up numbers required. Once you have your token for the jeep, You need pay for the life jackets and it is compulsory (about 40 rupees or 40p). after that you get in the jeep and travel about kilometre, where there is a check post and you pay 100 rupees cash,to enter the park.after that it is 40 mins of very rough roads to get to the top. When get there you have roughly 90 mins to enjoy the views and you also swim at the base of the falls (life jackets is must ) be warned if you miss your jeep time , you will end up paying more money to get you down. It is not suitable for young children or severe disabilty, its very rocky and uneven .environment.Written 14 January 2024
- angelahK334GO0 contributionsRip offTerrible value for money. This “tour” is essentially a taxi service. Did not see the churches mentioned in the page. No breakfast. The jeep excursion was fun and the spice plantation was interesting but you are not guided by the tour operator at all. The taxi driver was nice enough but for $230NZD this is a rip off.Written 5 January 2024
- dhruv20850 contributionsNot a city tour, it’s just a very expensive taxi rideNot a private city tour, it’s just a very expensive taxi ride. No tour guide, just the driver and car. The driver was more keen on deciding drop off time since the start of the trip. Lol. We did not want to do extra paid activities so may be the driver was disinterested. Also the driver used his mobile in hand while driving which was a bit scary for my family. Anyway, I do not recommend this for a private city tour at all. Waste of money. Better cost effective options available.Written 18 December 2023
- lulucfarfan0 contributionsButterfly Bliss & Spice Plantation Perfection! The Butterfly Conservatory of Goa was an unforgettable and magical place! We saw a handful of different butterflies and had the chance to see India’s largest butterfly, Golden Birdwing. My family and I also saw 2 giant spiders! Our guide was very sweet and shared his story of he and his wife began this place over a decade ago. The facility also features a display of gemstones along with a box full of them which one can mix and match to purchase. The Tropical Spice Plantation came with a warm welcoming when passing through the bridge by means of having flowers tossed at us. It was delightful and we were given a lemongrass & ginger tea before our tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the different spices we saw! To conclude the tour she gave us each a lavender oil drip down our backs to cool us off and promote a feeling of relaxation. There’s a cute small shop to purchase spices, oil, honey, and other natural handmade products for sale, so be sure to make a pitstop there! Just before leaving my family and I enjoyed an array of buffet style Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this tour!Written 30 November 2023
- 367chaitanyad0 contributionsJohn Distillery in Goa is a must visitI went here with my father who is a whiskey conneisieur himself from the army. While full tour of the distillery was not available due to construction, the staff welcomed us with a short presentation on the history of the company before showing us the incredible storage and the tasting experience. A Short and sweet visit to this distillery will definitely leave you with a good taste in your mouth. Ask for Asmita Chaturvedi, a very knowledgeable and kind person who led the short tour. Overall a nice place to visit with whoever is fond of whiskey 🤌Written 29 November 2023
- AnaScarlet0 contributionsRushed and only benefit was taking us thereConvenient to book so you get to the waterfall. However, the benefits stop at convenience. Good communication prior to departure/ collection. Tour guide appeared to always be rushed and treating the journey stops as tick box exercises. After the first stop, about 4 people had to run after the bus because this had left without them. Bus was old and smelled of petrol, although AC was working well. Loud music was played at 7am until i asked to be switched off. Same happened in the pm when people complained again. Lunch at the plantation was again rushed, and it all seemed like a conveyor belt process. The guide would start talking about the plants without enduring everyone re-joined the group from the previous point. It all was hectic and rushed and nothing like an experience you’d remember for anything else but means of transportation to the waterfall. 45 min jeep ride (worth it!) from park to waterfall + 90 min to spend there (more than enough if you don’t intend to do the trek that takes you to the train rails)Written 18 October 2023

- TJ R0 contributionsGreat experienceGreat experience but not suitable for anyone with a bad back, 45 minutes off road in a jeep then 15 minutes walk to waterfall over rocks. Very busy once there but worth itWritten 24 March 2023
