Start your day with port pickup, then travel in your air-conditioned vehicle to your first destination, Shri Manguesh Temple.
Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the 400-year-old Shri Manguesh Temple is considered one of the most beautiful temples in Goa, and features a 7-story Deepa Stambha (decorative lamp tower) at the gates of the temple complex.
Continue to Shree Shantadurga Temple, located in the hills and noted for its statue of the Hindu goddess Shree Durga. Then, take a break for lunch at a tropical spice plantation. Afterward, have time to stroll around the grounds, taking in the butterfly garden and looking out for some of the 75 spices of birds that can be found there.
Visit the World Heritage-listed Basilica of Bom Jesus, completed in 1605 and home to Saint Francis Xavier, who is said to have brought Christianity to the region. Continue on to Se Cathedral, a magnificent 16th-century monument and the largest church in Goa. Finally, stop at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, built in the 17th century ad now containing a museum by the Archaeological Survey of India in 1964.
In the evening, your tour ends with drop-off at the port.
