Caroline was a great tour guide who had a lot of knowledge of Shanghai and the sites we visited. Highly recommend this tour and Caroline as tour guide.

Our tour guide Xin was incredible and so knowledgeable. We saw so many sites and got both late afternoon, sunset and nighttime view of Shanghai. We got picked up from the hotel at 3:30pm. Had excellent communication from the booking and during the tour as well. We could not have seen as much as we did without this trip. Absolutely worth it and 10/10 must do.

This private yacht cruise was absolutely amazing and prefect. The yacht was as nice as I had hoped but Caroline, the guide, made the night unforgettable. Everything was perfectly planned and organized, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she really cared about us having a memorable night and was did everything to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Book this tour, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful day with Caroline visiting Suzhou. Every effort was made to make us comfortable, and Caroline was very informative and lovely. Suzhou itself was very picturesque and quite different from Shanghai, so made for a pleasant day trip.

We had a wonderful time on our private Shanghai tour. The driver and guide were punctual and very professional. Our guide Xin shared the history of Shanghai with us along with cultural insights and anecdotes. She helped us with our payment apps on our ohones, and took great photos of our group. We were able to see all the included sites as well as eat some delicious dumplings and get a photo opportunity with the Shanghai Tower on the way back to our hotel. Highly recommend for a tour of the city highlights.

The tour was easy to book online and the day prior I received a WhatsApp message to confirm as well. Blair was prompt and kept conversation going in English with ease. Having a private driver on NY Eve was super helpful, the acrobatic show was amazing, and Chinese comfort food on a cold night was perfect. I’d highly recommend you book this if you’re only looking for an casual evening night out.

Our tour guide is Berlin Hong. Berlin is a very efficient, nice, patient and very experienced tour guide. The food included in our tour package is extremely good, nice and very delicious. We really enjoyed our tour by Berlin very much. We even requested Berlin to be our tour guide again for another attraction in Shanghai. We want to recommend our relatives, friends and colleagues to ask her to be their tour guide.

Judy is a great tour guide, very caring and teacher-like, also like a mom. She toured us around Shanghai - from Jade Temple, Yu Yuan Garden & Market, French Concession and the Bund. Took us to the Michelin star Da Hu Chun restaurant famous for Fried Pork Dumplings. Excellent taste of Shanghai culture!

This was a fantastic tour. Snow is a wonderful tour guide. She gave very educational tour in the cruise and in the restaurant, Yer-Shari. Snow is very friendly, intelligent and fun! It was a great evening in Shanghai!

We went through this tour company to get around Suzhou before deciding to book with them to go to Hangzhou as well. Alana the coordinator was really good at planning our entire trip from our hotel lobby's turnstill to Hangzhou and finally back again. Judy saw that we made it to our station gate, Wen wen found us despite us going rogue finding a bathroom upon arrival and our mysteriously quiet shanghai driver found me right as we walked back out through the shanghai station gate when we returned. I'm honestly still a little shocked it went so smoothly. While we were a little sad we didn't get our previous guide Berlin, Wenwen was a Hangzhou local so she was also a wealth of knowledge on the local history, lifestyles, food, dialects, businesses, etc and we even got a chinese chengyu (idiom) lesson. Despite our last minute requests for our seats to be changed from 2nd to 1st class and changing our itinerary from going to the temple to buying food, especially taking into account that we did this trip on 31st Dec (New Year's Eve), the team did a really great job at efficient communication and remaining flexible the entire time. We already recommended this company to my relatives visiting Shanghai after us. If you're planning a group trip and would like someone else to take the reins in planning for a day, this package is probably for you too.

The day trip from Shanghai to Suzhou by bullet train was well organized by Alana our tour coordinator and Kimi who guided us on the trip. They made everything stress free and enjoyable. With over 20 years of experience in the business and very knowledgeable in Chinese history, Kimi taught us a great deal about the places we visited. Behind every picture we now have a story attached to them! Lunch was also very tasty with authentic Suzhou cuisine in a restaurant that used to be a family house from 200-300 years ago! Overall, it was a memorable experience and we learned a lot about Suzhou!

I think this was a great tour for getting a must see overview of Suzhou. Bella was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour.
